I was giving hits to my bf for a couple of months. He listened and gave me the best birthday experience ever. I cried 5 times! Those were happy tears, mind you. The service was great, food delicious, all performances breathtaking and everyone involved just super hot! Now, we are thinking of going back for our anniversary.

Unless you donā€™t mind drinking from dirty glasses and having fruit flies in your drinks, Iā€™d pass on getting any ticket for a show here that includes dinner. I ordered a drink that came in an obviously used glass with lipstick stains and immediately asked for a new drink. No problem thereā€”I got what I asked for and I thought that would be the end of my issues, but it was only the beginning. As I went to take a sip of the new drink, I saw that a fruit fly had got to it before I did. There was also fruit fly floating in my motherā€™s drink. The glass my sisterā€™s Coke came in was also dirty with lipstick stains. I showed a host/server what was in our drinks and they immediately took them away. I was so pissed at this point that I forgot to take pictures of the flies chilling in my drink. The same host who saw the fruit flies came back and informed me that it was probably just a piece of mint in our drinks and not actual fruit flies. Insulting!!! We both know what we saw in the glass and it wasnā€™t a piece of mintā€”mint doesnā€™t come with wings. They tried to make things ā€œbetterā€ by offering us a 33% discount on any bottle of champagne we wanted, but if Iā€™m being honest, the only way they could make things better is by refunding me the money I spent. Aside from the drinks, the show is okay. If you want a better cabaret show experience, Iā€™d visit Paris instead. Like I said in the beginningā€”please save yourself the disappointment and skip the dinner. Just get tickets for the show.

The show was alright, there was a lot of kinky fun. Donā€™t get a table near the stage if you donā€™t want to be picked on by the artists šŸ˜‚ The service and the staff was absolute no nošŸ‘ŽšŸ». Everyone was so stressed and rude. They were plenty of them so why stress. Terrible attitude as well. It ruined the night where we came to celebrate a birthday. Real shame.

The food is decent, the entertainment is OK. But the service is terrible and they try to scam you and threaten you when you leave. Thereā€™s no bar service so if you want a drink you are at the mercy of the waiter. It took us an hour to get the bottle of wine we asked for and an hour and a half to get the water. When you leave they do some tricks on the bill to make the service charge about 50% of what you paid on the night. When I said I would only pay 10% (v generous considering the service) the waiter got very grumpy but admitted he couldnā€™t force me to pay the service charge they were demanding. Then when I tried to leave another staff member said I wasnā€™t allowed to leave until I showed a receipt. I said I had paid and would like to leave. He said I couldnā€™t. He didnā€™t explicitly threaten me with violence but it was implied. We grabbed a waiter eventually who got them to let us leave. They pretend like itā€™s a feel good fun night but they try and take advantage of drunk people to scam them. Avoid. I have been to Proud City before and that was a lot better.

The show is 5 star āļø, there is something for everyone and just when you think the show has peaked something else l happens. The food look good but due to a hem trying to feed soo many people at the same time a few courses came out cold, as portions where small i was hoping they would taste amazing but quite under par for what you would expect. The service was OK but as itā€™s all table service and drinks reasonable expensive (a Grey Goose and coke Ā£15) and a set service charge it could definitely be improved. The show is definitely a reason for going but service and food could be improved.

BEWARE! This club turned us away when we had tickets for an artist to perform. White Lady at the front simply said ā€œWe are not letting them inā€ and closed the line to EVERYONE that was waiting for 1hr+. Some people were on the ā€œguest listā€ and got in depending on who they knew. I suspect that they make GOOD MONEY from people they turn away (not everyone is going to process a refund/Chargeback) it is ROBBERY and this should be illegal. HOW to get your money back! Call your bank/credit card provider and proceeds a Chargeback. Say that you did not receive the service you paid for. This is your right in law. You can also go to small claims court and easily win. EASY.

First the positive: 10/10 amazing show and performances! Absolutely enchanting and so sexy, it made it such a memorable night for me! Negatives: the food straight up gave both me and my boyfriend food poisoning, we were violently ill the next day. I ended up being sick in the middle of the tube station. We got the 5 course meal, the first dish was some meat and bread and the bread was extremely hard, I didnā€™t bother trying to chew it after the first bite. Then the turkey dish (we were there on American thanksgiving day, Nov 23rd) had a really old stale tasting meatball that I presume was what made us both sick. The salmon was delicious and dessert was great. We also were ignored by our server when we wanted to order a second round of cocktails, so we asked someone else if we could order with her, she said yes and then forgot to tell our server what we wanted. I do understand that you shouldnā€™t ask people who arenā€™t your server, but our server legitimately hadnā€™t come by and the show was over halfway thru. It was not super crowded, there were several empty tables. Overall I highly recommend this place to see the performance, and maybe skip the food because thatā€™s not what youā€™re there for anyway.

The show is excellent! I canā€™t fault it. The host, Aiden Sandler is funny, irreverent and a great singer. The performers are all extremely talented: I was lucky to see the amazing Jake DuPreeā€™s last London performance before they returned to the US. The waiting staff are excellent and the food is good. The booking process is a bit of a shambles- we had standard tickets which included a 2 course meal. However the server insisted we didnā€™t and would have to pay Ā£40 per head for our meal. I showed her my booking and she got the manager. This took 15 minutes. Eventually they agreed that our food was included. Later another manager asked to see my booking email again and screenshotted it, which made me feel like they still didnā€™t believe me. At the end the drinks bill had 15% service charge which was on the entire booking price. I reduced it to 10% because of all the hassle, and gave the money saved directly to the server, who was lovely. Adding 15% to the Ā£152 ticket price Iā€™d already paid feels underhand to me. But hey - it is what it is. It didnā€™t detract from the great performances, and very enjoyable evening!

Would have been 4 stars if they didn't come round bribing patrons with free shots for a 5 star review - so beware of any 5 star reviews. Some (2) of their staff are really great and give good service, but the majority don't seem pleased to be there and treat you as an inconvenience. Never received a lot of our food order, and having to chase up drinks orders (plus incorrect drinks orders) is not ideal. That being said, the Cabaret show is really great, impressive performances and crowd participation for those in the premium seats; but it's a real shame that the service lets it down so much and what seems like a lack of decent management lets it down so much.

ā€˜VIPā€™ table booked, which turned out to be a restricted view table when we arrived. Food very average (to poor), service so-so, show so-so and samey. Just a shame as the previous two times weā€™ve been has been so much better.

Really great evening here, the flirty dancing show was great! Nice mix and quality performers. Food was nice, took a while to come & portions could have been bigger. Drinks were quite expensive but other than that a really great way to spend an eve!

Yesterday was my second time at Proud and I can honestly say I highly recommend. The customer service from this team is faultless, from purchasing tickets to taking the last orders. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Only downside I would say is the mandatory 15% surcharge on food and drink but it was all worth it. The performers are amazing. I can not wait to go back again!

Had an amazing day today. Went to the matinee performance. So much fun from beginning to end. Did not stop dancing so I was glad we were at the back as we did not upset anyone by standing. The acts were fantastic and such good fun. I had a Mr Proud cocktail, was the best cocktail I have tasted. If I had to say a negative it would be the food, but entertainment far outweighed the disappointment of the meal. Well done to all the team, will definitely be back. X

Went here on a Saturday night to celebrate a bridal hen party. Have mixed feelings about the food BUT the performers made it so worth every Ā£Ā£Ā£. If you decide to book here just know youā€™re paying for the performance. The food is absolutely terrible at least from my experience of the 3 course meal. If I was to visit again Iā€™d simply get a show ticket without the food.

Great show and performers, very poor meal with massively hyped drink prices. A very good visual show and Bill Bailey was excellent. However, the food was to a low standard, barely warm and lacking any real taste. The toughest chicken breast I have ever had and the rice was one large glutenous blob. If a real chef prepared this...... A real downer, on what could have been a fab experience.

Amazing cabaret show. Performers were amazing. We booked for just dinner and made sure the server understood this but got served a 3 course meal and then charged. Worth the visit for drinks and entertainment but this sneaky trick makes the food not worth it.

Drinks were quite pricey Ā£48.00 for a supermarket Ā£9.00 bottle of Prosecco . Small bottle Carlsberg Ā£6.50! The gents toilet were dark and not as clean as I would have expected. The compĆØre was excellent as was the music. The food was acceptable. I would go again.

Had a gorgeous time at proud cabarets new disco show last Tuesday! Wow!! The performers were all so incredibly talented! The singer and host Amy was so lovely and hilarious and so sultry and seductive in her performances I couldnā€™t help but admire! There was fire, hair swinging in the air, a ballroom couple and so much more!!

Iā€™ve known about Proud for a long time and I havenā€™t been before due to the price. My fiancĆ© and I chose to come for our end of year date night as a treat and we left feeling really disappointed. Firstly, the booths we were shown to were tiny with very little leg room or table space - we spent the evening moving items from our table due to the lack of space and generally feeling quite uncomfortable. I didnā€™t see the space restriction highlighted anywhere when booking (and apologies if this was missed), but we would have certainly upgraded had we known about this. This wasnā€™t a great start and certainly didn't make us feel very special! I donā€™t believe the food and service on the night reflected the price of the tickets or the 15% service charge we paid. We had multiple staff members repetitively ask us what package we were on, how many courses we were having and if we wanted a drink when weā€™d already ordered one - the staff seemed like they hadnā€™t been trained and hadnā€™t been informed about the event. I wasnā€™t able to find the menu on the booking confirmation or online before attending the event, so I didnā€™t know what we were going to be eating. We also werenā€™t told what each course was, when it was quickly thrown onto the table in front of us. There was no organisation to the food service and tables around us were getting food whilst we sat waiting. For our meal, there was at least an hour in between starters and mains being served and as the ham starter was very small, we were then starving by the time mains finally arrived. The Christmas dinner main course was dry and cold and really disappointing after waiting that long. The dessert was the nicest part of the meal, but it was served late and right at the end of the show, so it felt like we were rushing it. Further to this, after opening your doors at 6:30pm, we and the table next to us were told that youā€™d run out of all beer and lager by 7:30pm with a full night still ahead. Finally, I feel that the marketing for the show itself was misleading. It was promoted as an 'All Stars' show, but there were more 'filler' acts than big performances. The quality of the show wasn't necessarily the issue, it just wasn't what we expected from an 'All Stars' show. After paying Ā£380 for our tickets, our total bill on the night came to Ā£550 - a very expensive night out for anyone! We reached out to your team privately out of respect, but as Iā€™ve still not heard back from you, I am happy to leave the review here as well.

Unfortunately we had to postpone the show, which wasn't a problem at all. We got tickets for a show in Proud City, which could also be booked online. Because we bought our tickets during a promotion, we had to pay the difference in price. Also the actual problem. After selecting the menu online and clicking on the location description, we were shown a location 3 hours away. We then inquired at Proud Embankment and they gave us an address in the city center. When we were there at the appropriate time in the evening, we came across an empty bar and the employees there told us that there was no show that evening and that it was planned. After a lot of back and forth we went to Proud Embankment and saw an alternative show there. The show was good, the food was delicious, but the service was subpar! We had booked an upgrade with a 3-course menu and sat somewhere at the back. It took the waiter an hour to take our order and bring it to us. During this time he was at the tables next to us 5 times and also ignored our signals. After we got the wrong starter, we only received an alternative when we asked. The main course was also wrong. The same problem when paying - multiple hand signals and he kept us waiting for a long time. For this underground, but in his opinion good service, we had to pay a 15% service fee on the total price (!). Really outrageous and the evening always has a bit of a bland aftertaste.

We visited Proud for their badly behaved burlesque show last Saturday night and it was amazing! Everything from the service, food and acts were superb. Lucy was incredible. She particularly stood out to us with her burlesque hoop routine, really talented girl, absolutely nailed it. Amazing skills and absolutely owned the crowd. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Visited Proud with a small group of friends over the New Year, we absolutely loved it. A night to remember. The service was great, as was the food, but acts were incredible. Too many to list but we particularly enjoyed Lucyā€™s aerial hoop performance with a blend of burlesque involved. It was dangerously beautiful, no idea how she managed not falling! Will absolutely visit again next time Iā€™m in London.

AVOID! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: We can here for a hen do and the night started off well, as the show was honestly amazing. I am only giving two stars for the show. The food, however, was disgusting! We booked on the premise of the 3 dish menu online, that menu we later found out was ā€˜outdatedā€™. The food is where it all started to go wrong. We ordered 4 vegetarian menus and 2 meat menus. The started was a quinoa starter where only half a cherry tomato was marinated with any form of taste. The vegetarian main was boiled celery with some white sauce. It was not a great dish at all and most of our party could not eat it. We got two red loin mains. One was cooked well (medium rare) and the other was absolutely raw that you could not even cut through it. When we sent the dish back, our waiter returned to the table to tell us that we were told that the dish was medium rare. We had two dishes to compare and we all eat and know what a medium rare steak is. When approaching the managers, they were rude and hostile, after arguing they eventually offered either a replacement or a Ā£12 pound discount. As the guest no longer wanted to even try to stomach another poorly made dish (that, as we were told, was apparently cooked by a Michelin star chef). The way we were treated completely changed the mood and vibe of the night at this point. The deserts were just as poor (vegetarian option: the dark chocolate tart and the GF option: chocolate mouse, meat option:the carrot cake being the only edible one). As soon as the show was over we promptly left. I do not recommend booking here for any sort of night out or experience or special occasion. If you must book, Book for the show only if you want a good night!

Absolutely loved the show and the acts were top notch! The staff were accommodating and helped reseat us when our view was restricted. One star was dropped due to the drinks prices and the food could be better. But otherwise, great experience! Highly recommend!

Some top-notch performances and a great time. The host was an excellent singer and full of energy, and some of the aerial work was shocking; move smoothly 20 feet off the stage... While wet and hanging over a bathtub! Other performances really touched my heart. The food was decent and the cocktails poor flavour and value, but the entry price was great and you're there for the show and atmosphere. The service was friendly too, put the crowd in a great mood. Suggest brining earplugs as the volume is high and the tone peaky enough to be painful. It's a pity I feel I have to dock a star for hidden fees in the menu, but otherwise I recommend fully.

Lovely venue and show. Had a slight problem with the seating at first but got sorted out after a little while and once that was sorted it was absolutely brilliant. The waitresses and waiters are lovely and so good to the customers. Great entertainment!

Visited Proud Embankment last night and had an amazing time. Four hours of high quality, daring and vibrant entertainment, often very funny as well with a scent of danger. Food was excellent and the evening flew by - go and cheer yourselves up, you deserve it!

Amazing show, and a great place to hangout with friends. The performance is just stunning, and people there are super nice & friendly. I high recommend this, to spice up the week, and have plenty of fun! Iā€™m definitely going to recommend to friends to check this place out! Thereā€™s even a drag brunch and I am looking forward to be attending to one!
