As mentioned by others reviews, bouncer is really rude and exclusionary. The cherry on the cake was when the bouncer started arguing with us and roped in a random member who then physically attacked us. Avoid this place and go to Archer down the road, with a very nice and polite bouncer.

Cool bar, mixed crowd (gay and straight), relaxed atmosphere but cool pop music to dance a bit as warm-up. Fair drink prices, no queues, good amount of people even on a Thursday evening. Good clubs nearby to move on later. Basement and 1st floor are quiet bar zones with tables.

Bar/Dancefloor. Our party booked a reservation for the downstairs area which turns into a pretty active dancefloor around 23:00. A great place to meet with friends or socialise with others. If you are looking for a mellow evening with the flexibility to casually chat with your party, I would recommend a reservation for the upstairs bar room. Employees were kind though one/two may have come across as a bit sour. Music was on par 👌🏽

Located in the heart of Soho on Wardour street it is a bar spread over two floors with bars on both floors. The staff were welcoming and efficient. They have good Covid regulations in place and you need to show both a domestic Covid Pass and your ID for access. A very nice ambiance.

Soho Residence is a cool little place to try out for sure. Right in the heart of it. The cocktails are really very good. Recommended.

Honestly such a fun night. It does get really hot and crowded but the dj was playing the best music! The cocktails were amazing 🤩

I went to happy hour on saturday and it was really nice, atmosphere was fantastic, cocktails delicious (very cheap too) and absolutely beautiful venue. There is a downstairs club, ground level bar and upstairs bar. Julia was so amazing and very helpful and Monika was a great deal of help by making our night special. I will definitely coming back here when I am next in the city centre.

The DJ … he it was very rude !! H was with his friend laughing at me. Very bad ,because I asked if they could charge my cell phone and they said yes, but they never did and they started talking very badly about me with them friends ! and I had to leave! I felt super bad …. I don't think they are ways of working honestly, I will definitely not return if the same DJ is there. Very bad !! ….

Extremely rude Door man. Two of us wanted our first drink in Soho after a nice day shopping. It was quiet with only one other couple in there (5pm Sunday) and we were point blank refused entry! Avoid! Go to ‘freedom’ bar across the road! Much more welcoming, Merry Christmas

Good atmosphere, good music, cocktails are decent. Awesome place to go with friends or as tourists. Has 3 different vibes depending on which floor you're on. Top floor is chill lounge with seats, ground floor is nice dancing space, a few seats to sit in if you're in a group, basement is more of a club/rave vibe. Entry fee is £10pp, the usual for the area. Good for large or small groups, not ideal for individuals.

Had a fantastic evening out. Staff very friendly and helpful. Met the owners, who made our experience very nice. Nothing was too much. Definitely recommend, will visit again very soon.

Very welcome place, staff and manager are kind and give very good advices. I really recommend the cocktails because they are amazing and the prices are ok ( £12 per cocktails). The bad thing in this place are the security who are a bit rude at the entrance, but I promise that once you are inside you can have fun.

I had a great time on a Saturday night at Soho Residence with a big group of friends. The decor is very very nice, and we had lovely seats for our group which we had reserved. The doormen were polite and nice - one of our group was not wearing appropriate clothing (sports top) and the doormen polite suggested that he could purchase a plain top from a nearby Primark or any other shop and they would allow him in - this is what he did and he was allowed in without any issues. The music was great all night and the drinks were good too! The layout is fun and the vibe cool. Just missing 5 stars because the waiting staff although efficient, could have been friendlier and more welcoming, making us feel more valued. Otherwise a good place 🍸

Well, I went there for cocktails and drinks. The vibe is good, everything is fine, except the place that I was sitting, was incredibly uncomfortable! It's better to take sit not next to walls🤭 My cocktail was great😋 The name of my cocktail was Summer Thyme😋

Have been going year for years and never disappoints. Friendly staff inc security. My routine is a starting beer at the entrance bar, then chill with few cocktails or spirits upstairs and then head to the basement for great music and mini nightclub vibes. Highly recommend

The small balding black haired bartender told my friend that she was an 8/10 and needed to go to the gym. He then asked her to rate him and she said no as you shouldn’t “rate” anyone. He then continued to ask for her number after he insulted her. The black haired female bartender was no help and defending the balding black hair co-worker. I would not recommend for girls as it is not safe, don’t know what he would do.

Nice place, nice atmosphere. We hadn't booked so stood at the bar as it was busy. Happy hour cocktails were good and seemingly a bargain, although as they are quite small with lots of ice maybe the price was a bit deceptive. Still a nice place to go ahead of a meal elsewhere.

There are many people here, the location is very good and easy to find, the woven lights on the roof are very distinctive, and the cocktail taste is excellent.

Great little bar hidden in the heart of Soho. They have a good range of drinks, which are reasonably priced. You can walk in or pre-book a table. They have great happy hour deals all week aswell, definitely worth checking out.

drinks are great and the management are lovely. however two of the staff spend their time judging people, whispering and making you feel bad. this place could be awesome if the staff actually wanted to engage with their customers

Went here on a weds night with a friend for a spontaneous catch up … really enjoyed the vibe, music…. The cocktails from Marina was amazing and the service from Doriana was special! Made us feel so welcome and will definitely come again

Visited Soho Residence for a stag, and we had excellent service, felt very welcomed by all the staff especially with a large group of 11 men. Doriana was very attentive, helpful and provided excellent customer service. Recommend going to Soho Residence for any event, as they are very accommodating.

Really liked the chilled up stairs lounge vibe. Great if you want to get away from the busy crowds on street level and enjoy a quite drink

Good bar/club in Soho, Ldn🇬🇧 We spend a night there, the entrance costed 10£ per person, and the cocktails 10£ as well. The place is divided in 3 floors, downstairs is the club (that wasn’t very animated) on the ground floor there’s a nice bar, music and people dancing, and upstairs a more chill zone where you can seat (but we couldn’t find anyplace to sit). The music is commercial I think it’s a good club but there are definitely, for the same price, other greater club in London.

The staff were really nice. We arrived for a night cap and have a couple of drinks. The alcohol in the cocktails were not premium liquor but were still tasty. The setting was quite chill, but it was great to just watch the world go by and have a catch up with friends

This is the perfect place we needed to catch-up. There's a lounge upstairs where the music is not loud and you can talk. There's a dance floor downstairs where the music is loud and gives you the dance vibe. Drinks were of good quality and reasonably priced. If driving, there's free parking on the streets from 6:30PM on weekdays. If the bar is closed, there are many food options nearby including Wok and this nice kebab/sharwama place.

The bar is nice, people are nice as well. They are very selective about the people inside which makes it good to spend time in. Bartenders are lovely. I liked my Martinis. However, what is the point of playing all the cheesy pop songs between 1998-2008 as a spotify list? Even tho I wanted to dance so badly it was old, boring and with zero effort. So I sat down and talked with my friend instead. Please change the music guys😁

Some incredible cocktails! Went with a friend and the cocktails are well tested and make to perfection. Small quantities though for the pricing . The Clover Club was my favourite! Nice music and breezy atmosphere! The staff could be more cordial though. Didn’t try the food and the place looked more for drinks! Variety of options to choose from. But is expensive!

Very nice, buzzing spot in the heart of Soho. Great drink options and awesome happy hour deals (premium whiskey neat for £5). However the bouncers were incredibly rude to an unnecessary point. They would not allow my male friend in until I came up and said he was with me, and was reprimanded for not coming with him together. I was able to get him in but it was not a necessary way to treat the situation when we were both acting non-confrontational.

Serious problem with the door man - incredibly rude and sexist when simply enquiring (politely, completely sober and on my own) whether my booking had come through. Not safe or inclusive for women and queer people at all. Don’t bother giving them your money.
