😠 Rude, stuck up and entitled! Was racially abused by a waitress who felt it was appropriate to make fun of my accent. I left shortly after with my husband - I will not be returning. Your staff need better training in customer service. People often mention great, service, staff, club, private, nice,

The Club at The Ivy is one of those London prestige places you only get to see if you know a member of the club who can book a table or a room for a party. It's worth seeing those at least once, with an amazing glass lift in a marble/glass white staircase. On the first floor is a restaurant with live piano playing, on the top floor a quirky room with a bar, couple of coffee tables and sofas to lounge, perfect for a canapé food kind of event. All inspired by Art Deco but touched up with great contemporary art. The staff was absolutely perfect of course, professional, friendly with real style and never intrusive, and never snobbish at all, everyone has real grace. I'm sorry I don't have more photos but perhaps some things should be left to surprise you;)

It's a private club that you can bring your friends too. Good selection of cocktails and wine. Piano lounge with ample seating. On the fourth floor you'll find a private function room with bar.

It was the first time that went there and we truly enjoyed the experience- me and my partner just got engaged that afternoon and our waiter (Cristian) went the extra mile and really made us feel special. He looked after us in the standard the Ivy is known for. Food was great as well- the duck salad, shepherd’s pie and the steak tartar were so great. We also loved the cheesecake presentation (so original!) We will definitely be back again soon.

Possibly the best Thai green curry I’ve had outside of a Thai restaurants lively vibe in the piano bar with great service - and punchy dark and stormy’s

The service at the Ivy members club was hands down the best I’ve experienced in a very long time. Attentive, friendly and made you feel really at home. The food was exceptional too! Thank you!

It’s okay. The difference between this place and THE Ivy is it has Club attached to its name. It’s decor looks like a Harvester on a B Road. You won’t see anyone younger than 40 in here, and if you need a Gentleman’s pee, stand on your tip toes… the urinals are almost 4ft from the floor. Odd considering Richard Caring is 5ft (with heels on).

I attended a preloved shopping event here and it was a fabulous space. The staff at the door and behind the bar were super warm and friendly. The cocktails were lush too

Had a lovely meal here. The food was excellent. Couldn’t fault the service. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and tended to. The cocktails were particularly enjoyable. I’d really recommend a visit to The Ivy.

Cool member's club. Roaring twenties vibe to it. However catered food was very bad...so just get cocktails here instead.

The Ivy Club is an exclusive place ideal for feeling at home with adorable staff and getting the bes gastronomy. I was invited for a business meeting and knew the place for the first time. I would definitely like to come back soon! Avocado toasts and granola this time. Lookong frorwar to tying the rest of the menu.

Excellent service, classic decor with an extensive choice of quality drinks and cocktails. Great-tasting food with all the staff friendly and welcoming. The Piano Bar is the perfect place to relax and catch up with friends and I absolutely love this place !

Attentive staff and excellent location. Decor a little dated but probably appeals to the clientele.

Extraordinarily poor value . I paid £1500 to join the club for the privilege of spending £100 per head on average food . Overpriced brand.

I love the elegance of the place. Service was wonderful, eventhough many of the waiting staff were new. The food was a mix of incredible and average. Cheese souffle was phenomenal. Watermelon and duck salad is a little gem. Steak was ok- most steak places are better. Cauliflower cheese was phenomenal. Spinach was horrible. My baked Alaska was burnt black. The other desserts were good, but nothing great. Was it worth 90 pounds per person. Probably not. But it was ok for the experience of going.

Went inside tonight (Saturday 15th July 2023) at about 11:30 pm, with a female friend. There wasn't anybody to see at the door on street level, we looked around then went upstairs. Just wanted a nice drink - instead I was literally pushed by a guy, mid 50ies, grey hear, who shouted aggressively 'Leave!!! I don't know you!!!!!'. From the other guy a second guy, similar age, light grey shirt, informed me 'This is a private party!'. My friend and me immediately turned to leave, after I literally was pushed again but that first guy! I was upset about this. We left right away, but WHY is this man pushing me? We had no way to know that this is a private party. How dare you push my twice on my arms, each time quite heavily?! Could someone from management please explain why you allow guests of the Club who are aggressive like that against women have parties there? Could you explain as well why the door was unmanned, and no sign anywhere to signify this is a private event?? I'm shocked that behaviour like this is tolerated there. Obviously I didn't wish to intrude and we left. But we left as well because we were scared that if we wouldn't, a second later there might be real violence, like a push in the face instead of the arm. So sad that the Ivy has come to this. Enjoyed my meal there a lot in the past. Angelika Kraus
