Really enjoyable Stadium Tour. Our Tour Guide (Neil) was very cheerful and informative during the tour. Access to the stands, Royal Box, Changing rooms and Boardroom, plus access to the pitchside via the player's tunnel. The Museum was a great experience. Plenty of history and displays, plus you can have a go at the scrum machine and the virtual reality goalkicking game. Enjoyable time was had.

This was the top of my list to visit. I love rugby and it was a great experience overall. Our tour included a guided walk around tour of the private function rooms, the royal viewing box, the sheds of the English Rugby Team and going on to the sideline of the stadium. It was topped off with a self guided tour of the museum which had something for all ages. Would highly recommend for anyone who enjoys rugby as well as anyone wanting to convince someone that Rugby is the game played in heaven!

Wow what a stadium the history behind it the ethos of the players and respect is inspiring. The rose and poppy gates tell there own story of those that gave so much. Walking out of the tunnel onto the ground What a feeling knowing you've got to win is intense and intimidating but so cool. Museum I felt could be better.....good but needs something more. Happy days.

The tour of the stadium and the museum are definitely worth doing. It's really good seeing parts of the stadium you never normally see and walking where your hero's normally tread, like the changing rooms. The museum was amazing and full of loads of interesting memorobila dating back to the origins of rugby.

I went on the tour for the 1st time in preparation for possibly becmoing a tour guide. It was really fascinating to hear so much about the rich history of rugby as well as finding out what it takes to run a world class stadium. The icing on the cake was access to areas off limits to the general public and an emotinal climax from my tour guide of the day...

Visited The World Rugby Museum (28/05/2022.). Absolutely fantastic. As you climb the stairs you have quotes to read by fellow Rugby Union Players, then an amazing model of Twickenham Stadium. The World Cup and Calcutta Cup, loads of Silver Trophies on display, plus Players jerseys both male and female, great display of British lions, and Barbarians, and Touring Nations Blazers, the Springboks(South Africa) one's are stunning, great collection of Rugby Programmes and Tickets,. A beautiful oil painting titled "Waiting for Jonah" Depicting 14 of the World's, best Rugby Union Players, and a small portrait of Jonah Lomu, in the painting to make the 15, Jonah Lomu should have been at the sitting for it but was unwell at the time. I can definitely recommend visiting the World Rugby Museum, you can spend as much time as you want looking at all the displays. The toilets, are spacious and clean. Go On Give It A TRY.

The tour took about 90 minutes very well organised. The guide we had was very informative. The rugby museum was good a lot or memorable and well laid out. Parking was good . The shop was a bit pricey. A big draw back is the fact that there was no place to buy a coffee or any drinks or snacks. But was very enjoyable. Would do it again.

The experience was fantastic, the tour guide was very knowledgeable my only negative is that in the stands you could not always hear everything the your guide was saying due to the loud noise from Aeroplanes over the stadium (close proximity to Heathrow airport), also their were tractors being used to treat the grass (also quite loud). I would suggest the tour guide has a mini portable speaker with mic to project there voice more effectively especially in external areas. Other than that it was a fantastic experience, all questions answered and lots of areas covered in the tour.

Cracking day out....museum trip before the ground visit, boxes, changing room, great dining hall and pitch side...stories behind changing room decor, disaster of 2015 World Cup and ghost figures in paintings....still can't get used to Umbro being the kit manufacturer though

Gained a good insight into the workings and the history of the stadium and the game of rugby itself. The tour guide, Andy, was very informative and had a number of anecdotes which helped to build a better picture. I also came away a few quid lighter after visiting the store. I had a good time!

Had an amazing day today. A 60th birthday gift from my wife. Thanks to Andrew who showed us round and gave so many pieces of fascinating information. He was brilliant. It was great to see parts of the stadium that you would not normally see. I cannot praise the tour highly enough. It was a very memorable day.

Fantastic location, fantastic facilitate. Can accommodate any size of crowd. But the toilet hand wash too harsh. Perhaps trying to kill mutant COVID-19 viruses.

We were really disappointed with our tour. We were told it would take 1 hr 15 mins, it was over after 40 mins. The tour guide (I do know who, if you want a name) got us very disoriented because she kept banging into other tours so kept changing the route and order which meant going outside more times then normal in the torrential rain. Nothing wrong with facilities we saw just very disappointed with the disorganised tour guide. After travelling three hours to get there

Fantastic stadium tour and the museum was interesting to must visit any rugby fan regardless of which team they support. The guy was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions are party posed with him. Staff in the shop also very helpful and very good customer service throughout. Tour took about two hours and explored many areas of the stadium . My favourite part was the players dressing room and being able to sit experience what so many legends
