Lentil is a wonderful restaurant that I recommend to everyone. The food and service are 10/10. The staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They are so helpful when it comes to recommendations and they really make you feel at home. The menu is vast and there were so many vegetarian options. Any food that was left over they boxed up for us to take home. They also treated us to a lovely ice-cream dessert because it was my friend's birthday. 10/10 will definitely visit again.

We've been before and the food and service has always been truly excellent. As a matter of full disclosure I should make it clear that I have previously left 5* reviews for Lentils in South Ealing on TripAdvisor. We hadn't been able to visit Lentils for a few months but that didn't stop the guys welcoming us like long lost friends. Once again we had a lovely meal, freshly cooked with every dish having its own distinct taste, unlike the generic dishes you are often served at other Indian/Nepalese restaurants. Lentil's chef is an artist. Keep it up! The only thing that may become a problem in the future... This restaurant WAS a real hidden gem and is now becoming a much more popular eatery. Yes, other people have now discovered Lentils and it's getting busier in there, not so much as to spoil a meal, but enough to slightly delay the arrival of your food. So I suggest you go in with a relaxed frame of mind, chat with the guys as they take your order (tip: ask what 'off menu' dishes they can recommend) and enjoy a fabulous meal. We certainly won't be leaving it quite so long before returning to Lentils in South Ealing.

I really love the food here. I’ve been to many Indian Cuisine restaurants in some Asian countries (though not in India lol) and Lentil definitely has its own special savory dishes! As a pescetarian I recommend prawn and fish curry(prawn with spinach and garlic, fish with coconut milk- you will find in the menu) and plain naan. Garlic naan is also good, but if you like thin, crispy naan then choose the plain one. Also you can order Lassi, not on the menu but you can(mango/sweet or salty). Last but not least, the friendliest staff I’ve ever met in London!!!!

Got a delivery. Not good. I'm surprised as lots of positive reviews. Mixed grill chicken fin but lamb overcooked and very salty, tough. Chicken dhansak OK but chicken overcooked. Something decidedly wrong with the Sag aloo, strange taste, can't eat it. Aloo Gobi passable. Not recommended.

We had a variety of different items from the menu. All were good. The butter chicken and the korma chicken were outstanding.

I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant as South Ealing Road is not the most happening street. The food here is really good and one can get a very satisfying meal with even just the vegetarian options. I will be going back for more. The prices are very fair.

We came in and asked for food for four which the waiter could decide all by himself. Wonderfull selection and food! If you like spicy you should ask for extra spicy;)

Just got back the food was fantastic you can order any meal Amy heat. I had a chicken dansak madras heat and I have to say the meal was outstanding. Cooked fresh, by people who care, with great service....thank you.

Myself and three work colleagues visited on a Tuesday evening and had an incredible meal. We weren’t sure what to order so asked the manager to bring over whatever he recommended. It was some of the best Indian/Nepalese food We’ve ever had. We will definitely return. Really lovely family run restaurant with such lovely people and amazing food.

Wow! I cannot fault the meal we just had delivered. Not oily, super tasty and great price. This is my new go to Indian takeaway fro now on. FYI had lamb madras and Tandoori Paneer mains. Excellent 👏
