Inconsistent portions, over 10 minutes and I wasn't served, ended up having to leave to catch my bus. It's a rubbish place to visit online and physically in store. If you order on uber eats you're guaranteed to have missing items,in store and you'll have to remind the server of your order 100 times. Or you just won't be served because they're understaffed and will only put one person on the till. I feel sorry for the guy, he probably forgets etc because he's one person managing all orders and online orders. The company need to stop being stingy and hire more staff, improve on the quality of their food and work on customer service because it is absolutely dog sh$£¥ at the moment. Don't order online,my food is over 40 mins late

My experience was terrible only because the short Asian lady with dark long hair who served me @ 9:51 on 05/01/2022 literally had the worst attitude 😭no one told you to come into work today. She even chucked my food in the side. KFC Need to train their employees on customer service because this store is poor.

We were served on the 09.01.22 at round 9:30pm but the unbelievably rude manager working that shift. Proceeded to refuse any requests we had regarding our order, whom continued to say that’s not what we do in this store and when we informed her we would be leaving a bad review she stated ‘that’s not even important, do whatever you want, I don’t care’. Not only she did continue the disrespect towards us, she was also shouting and verbally rude towards her other staff. We would never visit this store again.

Have to agree with a lot of negative feedback here, probably the worst KFC within a 5 mile radius. Ordered a zinger burger meal with a piece, burger was all squished and wet underneath and the meat looked pink. Always given this place the benefit of the doubt but will not be returning again.

Ordered via JustEat. It says on the app that the food was delivered but I received nothing! Clearly another driver has stolen my food this is the second time this has happened. Lowlife scums. I tried to contact KFC Hendon to find out what has happened but they don't even answer the call.

Stopped in on my way coming back from central London, wish I hadn't. This place should be closed, its an awful place and KFC central team, should investigate these clowns that run this branch. In short, food very dry and over cooked, waiting time to long and service, well, lets say none. I would like a refund and an apology

Ordered 12 pounds of food from here and it didn't even turn up, rang up and they said it's not their problem. They told me to order somewhere else and didn't refund me for my missing food that they charged.. scammers

Ordered some form of filet tower chicken burger with a tango. Burger was fine, but again miniscule portion of fries. Tango drink was flat and horrible. For £8 it's nothing special and I could have got a similar deal at any greasy take away for much better value & cost, minus the dodgy tango. To top it off customers who odered after me got served BEFORE me! For heaven's sake 😑

Did a mobile order, they served all the customers and then asked what would I like. I told them order number and I was handed a cold bag. She didn't hesitate to say the order number for us to come to the counter. Working incredibly slow, waited 20min for cold "fast" food.

Ordered an 8 piece feast. It arrived extremely quickly! Staff were very helpful and gave us some extra cups to go with it when asked (even offering ice). Overall, lovely!

This place is a joke especially the way they serve foods , the way they treat people also costumer service is bad .they served me raw chicken meal and Burned chicken burger when I tried to contact them by phone to explain about the issue the lady who introduced herself as a manager talked to me rudely and bad and was hanging the phone while I was talking When I went there in person to give them back the food again she was shutting and talked badly .

Told to wait 8 minutes, we were waiting over 25 minutes, food got cold and the staff incompetent, looked like they don't quite know what they are doing. £30 wasted

Terrible chips, taste like they come from a frozen bag. Big and soggy, that's not French fries... Chicken upset my stomach. Corn was old and grey.

Worst food I had in my life. KFC was never this before. Np crisps, oily chicken pieces, smelly oil dipping out of everything, too much salt, and bland chips. Seemed like a street vendor of frying chickens; even that could have been a better choice. Upon asking to manager, she said we get everything from KFC directly - HEY KFC, you should work on this seriously.

It's the second time I've been served by this girl and she has such an army attitude. Apparently she's been working for 3 years here, I didn't catch her name, but I guess it can be easily found who was the cashier at this point 19th of May, 18:35. As a customer, looking at her attitude I felt like leaving the place without buying anything and can't even imagine the stress her colleagues are having working with her. I would like to hear the actions taken regarding this as I am really concerned of the mental health of the employees there

Worst KFC ever, very poor customer service. The gravy was like water. Wouldn’t give me 20 wings for £5.99 saying we are low on stock, I mean first come first serve. Manager Priya is extremely rude, saying if you don’t like it go to another KfC branch. I mean does she even have any management skills. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Stay away.
