Came here on a Sunday afternoon - it seems busy but no overly. Do register your players beforehand to save time, and check in is efficient too - use the self-service machines. Cocktails were good (we ordered when asked by staff, and they brought it to us whilst in play) and food was surprisingly good (their buttermilk chicken bites were great, and came out piping hot). The mini golf itself is fun, and lasts around 30 mins. Don't forget to take a selfie at the exit :)

It's a fantastic place to come and have a couple of drinks whilst playing crazy golf. There's 3 different 9 hoel courses with lots of different hotels. Each hotel has its own different decoration and challenge! It's all really well maintained and the staff were all very friendly. The food was good too, we just had sa buffet as it was part of a work event.

Really good fun! Great atmosphere, fun mini golf sets to get through, free cloakroom which is ideal so you don't need to lug your bags around the place or worry about leaving items unattended! Only thing I would say is that you should definitely book in advance if you want to go as it seems to get very busy, even during the week

It was incredibly busy even at 4:10 pm on a Sunday; however, we all had a great time. The 3 different courses were great. The drinks were good too but I’m not a huge fan of the food options. Nevertheless, it is a fun way to spend an evening. I would recommend that to a group of friends.

We had a great experience at Puttshack White City, the staff were attentive and the atmosphere was enjoyable, Daniel was very helpful at the bar. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a fun activity to do! Puttshack is the best venue for crazy golf in London ⛳️

Really loved it here! I’d recommend having two games because it goes quite quickly, but the obstacles are fun and it’s so nice not needing to have to count scores up! Food and drinks were fairly pricey, but it was nice having drinks bought to you on the golf course! Free cloakroom was a great perk, and the loos were nice and clean.

What a vibe this place has. Really good, interesting courses. Everything is automatic which is pretty clever with tallying your points and everything. But the vibe is best thing. Such a cool place, great decor and lights. Queues are a bit of a pain but definitely worth it.

Excellent location but the price for 8/9 holes at £12 seemed a bit pricey. Staff were amazing and there always seems to be someone on hand to order a drink from or generally look after you. The holes were fun and the electronic golf ball makes the game easier to play. Drink prices were good but food options were lacking. Would 100% come back just for the atmosphere and service

Had a fantastic time. Wish we'd booked 2 games though as it goes pretty quick. Very fun though and easy to keep score (it's all done for you!) For now, due to Covid, there is table service in the bar which is quick and staff are very friendly, whether bar staff or helping with the golf side of things. Would definitely come back and definitely recommend

I've been here a few times and usually a positive experience but the last time i came with a small group of friends, the place was super quiet which was great. We went to the bar to order some drinks to start and as the lady at the bar was taking our order another lady came over and said she'll take the order which was slightly weird as we were halfway through, I wish she didn't come over because it took us about half hour to actually get the other half of our drinks to which the lady had put service charge on all of them, the beer was sour so we had to go back to the bar anyway to replace them. The only reason it gets a two star is the golf was fun although I might not come back again.

Very creative... Really like the indoor golf... 9-hole is not enough... There are prizes in some of the holes. All players must register their names, email addresses, and phone numbers. 1 email address can only be used by 1 player. The cloackroom is free. They have a payable charger. The food and drinks are good too.

Awesome place to hangout with friends and family. Descent place in Westfield Mall in the White City London. Ambience is smooth and food quality is superb. Veg and Vegan options also available here. I really appreciate great workers who keep this fast paced environment exciting. I really enjoyed my visit here and definitely recommend this nice activity based bar!

everything was really perfect, we enjoyed it a lot. super clean and fun facilities. everything follows orderly, yet there is always someone super helpful to assist you. food is really good and pricing is okay. my only concern was the slight price difference between app orders and manual orders.

Great place to take kids or just casually hang out with friends. Been here recently with work colleagues and it was ok. Food seemed to be nice and cater to all. Drinks were done professionally and promptly. Security downstairs was professional and friendly. Atmosphere is good, esp around this time of year the whole area will be buzzing, so it was nice to chill here just after 5pm.

Go to place for a first date, good music, nice food and strong drinks...ow can't forget the highly entertaining golf courses.

We went to putt shack yesterday for my sons 11th birthday. First time here, and we all had fun. We had lunch, and we were served by a lovely girl called Bria. She was very polite. Even when we had a little accident with the lemonade spilling, she was still very kind. The food was great and we will definantly be coming back.

Staff was great, made a everything super easy especially Daniel and Adi. Food and drinks are great too, we’ll be back 🩷🩷👏🏼

Daniel provided excellent customer service abd was extremely helpful and friendly. He ensured me and my friends had a great day and is so down to earth!

My partner and I dropped in here after work. It’s a lovely spot, with drinks and some fun holes. Mote was an amazing host - he had super useful instructions and helped us through the course at several points. We were very glad to have him around!

My husband surprised me by taking me here for my birthday. We had the best time. So fun and Krishna and staff were super friendly. Highly recommend.

For my first experience playing golf, this was perfect. Arrived at around 9pm on a Friday. Bouncer at the door as there is alcohol being served but he was really friendly! Proceeded to go upstairs where the venue is. On first going in, the atmosphere was great, the courses are fun and creative, you don't need to be a pro to play and on top of that, there is decent food and drinks to be had too. Security is also on point so a fairly safe environment. They even have a cloakroom! I would definitely recommend this for a bit of casual fun.

Really enjoyed this course. I love that it is modern and it keeps track of your scores and puts. This was so much fun, no fear of cheating LOL. It was a wonderful time and not overly busy during the week. I would definitely recommend

Super fun, interactive mini golf. All scoring is electronic and automatic so no need to carry card/pencil. You can order drinks while on the course, full bar range and the food is decent. Recommend for dates and socialising with friends or colleagues.

I love mini golf. Great fan. The place is nice. Fun is there. But the staff. Way unorganised and unprofessional. Booked 2 games. We were queuing for almost an hour to play, while big groups and other young guys were cutting it like animals. Most of them were friends of the host. what a shame. We got told of to be patience and wait. Really?? Your friends pass and cut the queue and we have to watch at this scene??? plus. On the second game we had to fight for our right and for what we paid, since we were quite late for clear reason. I had to call them thief to let us play. I mean I love the place. But come on. A bit of organizations. Moreover.. a customer spilled some drinks close to the games area, where people were passing to go from a number to another. I saw 7 people of the staff laughing and doing nothing for more than 30 minutes. As a manager in hospitality I have to give 10 to the venue and minus 10 to the customer service

The place is ok to find. Entrance is on the outside of the building at the end. Once inside the place is lovely. Staff are very helpful. The only thing I must note out is that the place gets very busy and moving from one course to another does take time depending who you are behind and the size of their party. I really enjoyed myself. I played two games which I won. The course points are calculated automatically which was great. Closet place to park would be the John Lewis car park. The toilets are clean.

I had a work function here in mid-December. It started very well with drinks and the food was good (although it arrived quite late into the 2 hour slot for food and drinks). As the place started to get busy, the state of the ladies toilets quickly deteriorated, with no one seemingly keeping them clean and stocked. I asked staff a few times, but it wasn't acted on. The crazy golf area was colourful and quite well designed, but the temperature was far too high to concentrate on playing. On top of this, the music was intensely loud, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. The place has great potential but there is plenty of room for improvement.

We visited on New Year’s Eve and had a really nice time and the drinks were yummy! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful especially Freya and Sapphire who helped us on the front desk. They were both very happy to help and wished us a happy new year! Thank you Freya, Sapphire and the rest of the White City staff!

This was the best golf experience ever! The course was beautiful, the facilities were state-of-the-art, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I've played in many places, but I couldn't believe how much fun I had here. It was challenging yet enjoyable, and the atmosphere was unforgettable. I would recommend visiting this place to anyone looking for an excellent round of golf. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to come back! Really fun place! Point scoring is all digital which allows you to just have fun. Great bar too, overall amazing vibe and a few different courses so you can come back. Very interactive which I like, you can win free drinks etc. whilst on the golf course. Highly recommend. Great location too, by the shopping centre so lots of food and shopping nearby

Really helpful staff & the place is great fun!! It gets a bit busy so there can be a wait while playing due to the number of people ahead. Music in the evening was decent.

Amazing place, had my first date here and had a great time. Love that you don't have to tally up scores. The system is automated. I also didn't realise there were different courses. Very efficient at the bar too. Parking is best by John Lewis. Definitely recommend!

Such an awesome place! Had so much fun. Definitely takes a fresh approach to mini golf. Love the different themes for every hole you play. Only thing is Staff could help more with the flow of the games, as larger groups can cause quite a delay when waiting for the next hole. Its a super fun way to spend your evening with either your friends or family. Great place for a date as well!

Had a great time such a unique putting experience! Mote, was so lovely. He saw me and my friend confused and came over to help we really appreciate it. Explained the whole system which was super helpful otherwise we would have been completely lost! Thanks for such a great experience. 100% coming again.
