Google recently reminded me I visited this place. It was 4 years ago but there were animals there and I am pretty sure there are still animals there now. I had a nice time and wore a jaunty hat. I only wish I had thrown my ex-boyfriend in a pile of manure whilst I had the opportunity, just like he did with me, along with 5.5 years of my life and prime fertility. Great farm. If he had given me children I would have brought them here and got them all to use the hand sanitizer and speak quietly around the lovely animals.

Such a wonderful little experience for people who don't see farm life and animals daily. A quaint little shop selling organic produce too. Such a good find that costs nothing.

Quite simply a cracking farm in the heart of East London. The little goats just born are relishingly adorbz. Almost too cute to cope with. There's a new foal on the block...Lunar... Shabby chic white with a healthy aptitude for spontaneous improv dance moves. If hungry the farm shop and café is next door with an array of homely breakfast options and coffee. All in all a fantastic place worthy of it's place in the outskirts of London's trendy East end.

Great place to sit, but a pillow or blanket would be useful. A perfect angle view of the Tower Bridge, but also good spot to see many famous buildings around.

Cute little park located near the Mayor of London's office. Great spot to sit down and eat take-away food or your sandwiches if you work nearby. The flowers look very pretty in the summer. Glad they have such lovely small patches of greenery dotted around the city, it really does make a difference.

Absolutely, the perfect place to sit and relax away from all the hustle and bustle of the London bridge station. Some really good restaurants around and enough space for summer day picnics. The views of the Tower Bridge are simply stunning from this park!

(Translated by Google) It is a beautiful place, which on a sunny day is admirable. But beware of the usual pickpockets, who approach people, pretending to want to give advice and guidance, or perhaps on the contrary, asking for fake tourist information. (Original) È un bel posto, che in giornata soleggiata è ammirevole. Attenzione però ai soliti borseggiatori, che si avvicinano alla gente, fingendo di voler dare consigli e guida, o magari al contrario, chiedendo finte informazioni turistiche.

Great city farm with free entry which just cant be beaten. Unless you arrive and they also have a free bubble show just because they wanted to!! Had a great visit seeing Chickens, goats and the favourite being the pigs. Nice cafe on site and clean toilets, can visit for short or long time with Hagerston park next door for big runaround to burn off any excess energy. Easy walk from Hagerston, or Cambridge Heath Overground.

A great area of grass to have a picnic on a summer day or to sit in the sun on a cold winter's day (when the sun is out!). During Summer, people bring blankets to sit on and have drinks and spend time here until late evening sunset. There's a few grocery stores close by and the vibe is very lively, especially on a good summer's day!

A nice little place to walk around it's not a big place and nothing much there just somewhere to sit for a while or have a walk around or during the summer sitting on the grass with a ice-cream from the ice cream van over by the bridge.

The first named pottery in the Potters Fields Park records is Pickleherring Pottery. It was established in 1618 by Christian Wilhelm; in the 1670s and 1680s, at least two other potteries were established by other people in the same area. On the 1682 William Morgan Map, the area is referred to as "Potts Fields"; the St Olave's Parish Register shows 124 Potters operating in the area between 1618 and 1710. The number was down to 68 between 1710 and 1733.

A really nice park with beautiful view of the Tower Bridge. However there isn't any Toilets around. Where do you think people have to go if nature calls. The 3star is mainly cause there isn't a public toilet.

A beautiful and relaxing park right near Tower Bridge. The park is kept quite clean and doesn’t get too crowded either. We even saw a stray cat playing in the bushes! A short walk from downtown as well. I would definitely recommend strolling through.

This park is situated next to Thames, and you can have a little relax whilst watching tower bridge. On our visit it was being utilised for an event which probably made the space look smaller than it is. The park has a slightly quieter side with some benches, also includes a bug hotel!

Avoid this place after around 6pm as it becomes a wheelie park for the kids, they will ride straight for you and at the very last minute they turn away but they do not always get it right and there is a chance they will clatter into you. If you cannot move quickly then this is not the place for you to visit to enjoy the sunset. I also do not advise reprimanding someone if you do get knocked over as it will be your fault and there will be 20 kids there to make sure you understand that. You have been warned!!! I wouldn't bother with security as they are terrified of the kids as you should be too!

In my eyes, Potters Fields Park is one of the nicest little spots in London. Picture it: you and your best friends just casually hanging out, chatting, laughing, eating and drinking as you watch the sun go down and Tower Bridge provide a spectacular backdrop to your afternoon/evening. This is what you get at Potters Field. It's relaxed, and alive with other friends doing the exact same thing as you. Even if you're on your own, it's the perfect place to spend time contemplating and just finding a bit of peace within yourself as the world go by. Grab some snacks, some drinks and head to Potters Fields. It's one of my favourite places for a relaxed get together with friends or just to spend time by myself in one of London's nicest spots.

City Farm put together a great agenda to engage both adults and children and teach us all about the history of bee keeping, distinguishing the different types of bees in a hive, followed by a trip up to the roof of the cafe to check out the hives. It was great to get so close to the action, where we could see nectar and honey in the hive frames, as well as identifying the cell where the next queen bee was developing. We also got to wear the full beekeeping garb. Another task was to find pollinators in action down in the farm's garden. We also had time to cover the wider farm and see the ducks and chickens who had free rein of the yard as well as goats, pigs and ponies. Highly recommend organising a group visit, there is lots of inspiration on their site in terms of the programmes they can run

This park is world class. The location is superb. The park has sprawling fields, exquisite gardens, an open air theatre, water, playing fields, a zoo, impressive playgrounds, places for food/coffee/snacks. Frankly it’s an absurdly excellent park. In terms of amenities offered I don’t think anything in London compares. Whether you have a specific activity in mind or you just want to go for a walk, Regent’s Park is outstanding.

The name Potter's Fields reminds me of "Potter's Field" in the film "It's a Wonderful Life"(LOL) However this is quite nice area of greenery on the South bank of the River Thames with views of Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and other iconic buildings on the north of the river. Seating is on stone but you can sit on the grass.

Potter's Field Park, nestled between the iconic Tower Bridge and City Hall, is a sublime testament to urban park design, presenting a breathtaking blend of natural beauty, architectural wonder, and historic allure. As a verdant oasis in the bustling metropolis of London, this park is an absolute must-visit, offering tranquillity amidst the city's clamor and a panoramic view that could rival any postcard image of the London skyline. Upon entering the park, one is immediately struck by the remarkable craftsmanship of its landscape design. The rolling lawns, beautifully manicured and peppered with wildflowers in all seasons, invite visitors to sprawl, play, and picnic. The juxtaposition of modern installations and natural elements, such as the sculptural seating areas and the lush tree canopies, foster an ambiance of serene coexistence between human creativity and the wonders of nature. One cannot review Potter's Field Park without expressing awe at its unique, front-row view of the majestic Tower Bridge. From the vantage point of the park, the bridge seems almost touchable, its intricate details vividly on display. The sight of the iconic structure, illuminated in the evening against the velvet sky, is truly one of London's most magical views. The park's programming is another aspect that deserves high praise. From open-air theatre performances and summer concerts to food festivals and community events, Potter's Field Park vibrates with cultural energy, providing a platform for local talent and community engagement. Regardless of the time of year, there's always something engaging happening in this vibrant space. Let's not forget the park's namesake - the historical significance of being a former burial ground, or "potter's field." While no visible traces remain, the park's history adds a layer of intrigue and solemnity to its character. It's a place that offers reflection on the past while celebrating the vibrancy and dynamism of the present. The park's convenience is another point in its favor. With its location a stone's throw from London Bridge station and a plethora of cafes and eateries nearby, it's perfectly situated for both locals looking for a lunchtime retreat and tourists on a sightseeing spree. Potter's Field Park is more than just a patch of green in the cityscape of London. It's a sanctuary where urbanity and nature dance in harmony, where history and present mingle, and where unforgettable views and a warm sense of community prevail. This park is a testament to London's ability to preserve its green spaces amidst rapid urbanization, making it a truly spectacular destination worthy of a five-star review.

A very nice quiet park with very nice view, it is the best place for anyone to take pictures with the tower bridge, at night, the bridge looks very lit up from this park, and one can get a very good shot with Thames river too. You can also see the buses on the bridge, There are also some very good restaurants there, like Vapiano, so its very good for a date night
