I walk my dog here every morning. A great place to walk your pup, and a Nero opposite the common so you can grab a warm drink in this cold weather. Also a nicr pond you can walk around. You'll also find a kids play area and a café.

Cozy green oasis nearby Wandsworth Common, suitable for relaxation, sports games and a walk with your pet. I recommend!

Wandsworth Common is a vast green space inbetween two well connected rail stations- Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Common (and a bit of a walk from Tooting Bec Underground Station). It is a great place to spend a sunny afternoon with a mixture of sheltered and open areas. There are a few ponds, often with geese and ducks, and playgrounds for kids. There's outdoor gym frames (though not state of the art) and a few bridges so you can crossover the railway tracks. There is often a lot of litter left about at the end of hot summer days but this says more about the idiots leaving it there than the amenities themselves, as there are plenty of bins available. There's also a few cafes overlooking the common and The Hope pub nearby for liquid refreshment.

There are a number of ponds and a lake, which can be used for fishing (with a permit). The lake is partially fenced off for the benefit of bird life, while other areas feature wooden pedestrian board walks, or open water's edge access. A small brick bridge crosses over the lake's waters at one point, connecting two pedestrian pathways. A railway line running between Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Common railway stations broadly divides the common into two strips, west and east.

Lovely common for family strolls. A dog walkers paradise too. Duck ponds. Cafes. Playgrounds. Big enough to exercise on or jog around. Great in all seasons.

A beautiful open green space with tennis courts, a lovely cafe, a children's playground, bars etc for exercising, a stunning pond with swans, ducks and the odd heron, an ice cream van (usually) and lovely trees. There are numerous park benches and shops on Bellevue Road where one can grab snacks for snd impromptu picnic. I've spent many happy years here both as a child and as an adult with my dog. Although, he has passed, the common still draws me with its beauty and natural landscape.

Our favourite local park. The duck pond is the most tranquil spot.

My FAVORITE park! Very dog friendly, has a beautiful pond and far away from any cars too so very safe. There is a playground so great for kids too and fun trees to climb.

I love this park. Huge and so many paths to take round it. Swing and play ground available too, for babies and small children. Always clean and in order. The ponds are full of birds of many kinds , fish too which you can spot in hotter days. You can surely have a picnic with family or friends as there is so many spots to chose from, many trees so you can easily find a shade in sunny days.hkwever be aware that there is many dogs too so you might wanna be cautious when having picnic as dog will visit your site for sure for a piece of something. The small restaurant by the park is also selling food for birds ,it's cheap and approved by Wandsworth council. I really love to spend time into this park.

It was a lovely crisp clear sunny day when we took our granddaughter to visit. Lots of ducks to feed, a little childrens play area, and all very close to the lovely Skylark cafe selling a very good range of hot and cold drinks and delicious cakes and lunches. A peaceful park and a great place to visit.

One of the best commons in London. A autumnal walk past the pond and next to the railway. I been doing this walk every year since I was a small child. A good 50 years at this point.

Wandsworth Common is lovely but just up the road is Tooting Common which is 5km in circumference and nicer (in my opinion) - give it a try! I've attached some photos.

Very cool pubic amenities. Nice kids play areas. Enjoyed taking the dog for a run in the common. Very easily accessible and near enough to some coffee shops for a routine morning cappuccino. Nice bonus for the area.

Open common area. Nice open space, with areas to sit on the benches or feed the ducks by the pond area. The high street is a few minutes walk with plenty of places to eat. Limited free parking.

Large group of spread out green aras split up by various roads and railway lines. It has ponds, open areas, benches, paths, woodlands and refreshments.

Too many dogs without a responsible owner ruins the peace and tranquility of this beautiful park. Maybe the presence of police officers in the park would improve the sense of safety.

To be honest, we have been watching the que ,as we pass by , for some time, and decide to give it a try. Bit disappointed, to be honest, Sunday breakfast for 2 people, bit over 40£, I definitely expected to get a fuller plate, and tastier food. It seems like it wants to be vegetarian/ vegan place, but they just can't make up their mind, that might explain high prices and lack of taste , don't get me wrong, I am sure vegetarian/ vegan dishes are not just healthy, but tasty as well- it just seems owners/ chefs at this place can't make up their mind, so you get mix of meaty meals with vegan substitutes, and results - not impressed at all, either way.. I am afraid, there are way better places all around.
