Nice place perfect for a walk with friends or family especially the kids area's wonderful. I felt in love with the wooden seat behind it which is so beautiful and has an amazing architecture.

This has been my favourite park in London for over three years now. The 4G football pitch is the best of its kind for the grassroots game and has always been well maintained by the great staff on site.

The sign of the park wasn’t obvious that was hard to find on Lambeth Road. But if you get into the park, you would feel peaceful. It was so amazing. On the way out to St Thomas Hospital you will be seeing girls or kids playing football. When going back to Lambeth Road throughout the park at night, the gates where facing St Thomas Hospital was closed at 5:30/6:00pm. The information here in Google map isn’t correct.

Great space for Children to play. The park features a sandpit which is of a good size there is lots to do from swings to slides to rocks to climb and animal wooden sculptures was also surprised there was a ping-pong table tennis courts football pitch and a pond great spot for family picnics. I feel the park could benefit having clearer signage within the pathways.

Nice walk if you need to clear your head from the hospital. Clean and well kept. Grass areas seating. And shaded seating. With gym and play equipment. Toilets facilities on site but unknown if they are open all day.

Archbishops Park Lambeth London SE1 is a lovely green space situated near Lambeth North and Waterloo stations. It is perfect for playing sports thanks to the football pitches and tennis courts. The children’s play area is very good. The park has a relaxed and laid-back vibe. It’s undoubtedly a pleasant place to meet a friend, eat your sandwiches, let the kids play or get involved in sports. There is a free Gardening Club which is open every Friday from 1.30 pm until 4 pm. Refreshments and tools are provided so rock up and take part. The Gardening Club Hut is by the Carlisle Lane entrance. The Tuckshop Tanner Statue (Lizzie Lambert) is near the outdoor table tennis. The bronze sculpture is by artist Jessica Wetherly. It is designed to symbolise human kindness. Look out for the sixpence on the belly which you rub for good luck. The sculpture stands on the former site of a tuck shop which was run by women who gave sixpence to children on their birthdays.

I tend to walk across Archbishop's Park at various times of the day so beside walking educational using its benches and tables, for its loan for a bit of sunbathing in the summer, I use its toilet facilities that are apparently maintained by Active Lambeth.

Nice little park with some open grass area. There's an area for kids to play in. Great and maintained football pitch there. I had the opportunity to visit there for Zip World London, so I was able to see the view of London from above the trees.

20 years ago it was a lovely park but has suffered from the fiddling around and adding of “community” and “educational” bits and pieces. The entrance area looks more like an ill-kempt allotment. Were the aesthetics or beauty of the park seen as having less value?

Lovely park lush mature trees and other plants give the park a more natural feel. There’s a really nice playground for kids as well as tennis courts and a football pitch. Toilets were free and fairly clean. Not a huge park but beautiful

Large park with lots of tables and space to picnic in the sun or the shade of the huge trees. Tennis courts are within the park. Clean toilets and changing rooms available too. Large gated playground with a variety of Swings, slides, playground climbers, see saws, merry-go-rounds, spring riders, and tubes for all ages.

A good place is a haven of connection, where bonds between people are cherished, and new friendships are nurtured. It's a destination that encourages us to engage with others, share stories, and build meaningful relationships that enrich our lives.

A good place is a celebration of mindfulness, where we find solace in the present moment, savoring life's simple pleasures. It's a destination that encourages us to slow down, appreciate the beauty around us, and find tranquility in the here and now.

Lovely park, which is very well looked after. There are plenty of benches and areas to sit. There are lots of facilities including, sports pitches, a children’s playground, outdoor gym equipment and tennis courts. During the day these seem to be used by the local schools for PE lessons. Very close to St Thomas hospital and bus stops.

A reasonable size park with lots of facilities i.e. basketball, tennis, football, badminton courts etc. There is aldo a good medium to larger size playground for toddlers to early teen-agers to play and have fun. There are also benches and tables scattered around the park so if you feel like have your food then do so. If you happen to have some nuts on you, then you will have fun feeding the exotic birds along with the squirrels too. I saw the birds come and take the food right from people's hands while resting their fingers. There is a water fountain with ice-cold water available also.

Play football here regularly with my women’s football team & have a great time. These are excellent pitches and always in good condition. This would be five stars but for the lack of any cover by the side of the pitch, this being a bit of a way away.

Great little park appropriate for families. There are a lot of activities. Fitness equipment, table tennis tables, tennis court (better fitness archbishop park), football courts and cjildrens playground with equipment for small and big children. Warning there is a sand pit. It also has small covered sitting area. The park does have toilets but they were closed at time of my visit (april).

Really fantastic park with an excellent playground for my toddler. There is also really nice football grounds and tennis courts so certainly great facilities for all ages. It's a 5 min walk from St thomas hospital so while mom was doing a test which took a few hours, I was on baby sitting duty so was very appreciative of this park and the Gail's on Southbank to keep the little one busy. Made excellent memories for years to come. Playground has all sorts of swings and slides and most importantly wasn't too busy on a Saturday morning!
