Waited 4 days for a reply to our email - would not recommend !

It's not called that That is name of street cleaning company It's Swiss cottage community open space Which is a small park

So we have had a nightmare with this company which sis a shame as they came highly recommended. We have been miss sold by Steven Nunney who treated us as commission and said yes to everything and hasn't followed through. I believe the whole problem is this salesman who said yes to everything and followed by can you sign now. We made it clear when to pick up and despite that we have never had a single bing taken. When we stopped paying thats when they responded and now they are telling us we have to pay because their salesman said he didn't speak to me about it even though i made sure we spoke about pick up times as it is in our lease agreement. they offered us 50% off outstanding but now just bullied us into paying and continuing their service even though for 2 months they never picked up a single bin or tried to come at the right time. My compromise was i will not pay for outstanding since we never received any service agreed but give them a chance to still do the work. big enough company like this you would think they would handle you better and not have such employees and definitely should deal with such employees who lie or maybe too lazy to make sure agreement had notes discussed instead of just turning off once made the sale.

Literally rubbish!

Very bad company constant missed collections even thou they say they have collected on the councils website, hence the council get charged for a non existent collection. They also neglect cleaning streets with no or little tourist foot fall or streets with little or no shops. Hopefully the council will see sense and get rid of this joke of a company!

Since Christmas there hasn’t been any cleaning on Belmont street NW1. Our street is full of litters rubbish and food waste . There used to be removing litters at least once a every Tuesday in a week but it looks Camden has stop this . Why ???

OK place to work, it could do with a little staff room for the workers with a few sofas and a coffee table and a clean Portakabin who knows the future for this company? 😆

It was a good place to work at once. Unfortunately they started hiring less experienced managers with little to no people skills or common sense.
