I did not feel like I received the service and comfort I had paid for at this "four star hotel". From the start, there were no basic things like slippers and robes in the room (we were told this was not available for standard rooms, keeping in mind we booked a suite). The daytime reception was unfriendly and slightly hostile when we asked for basic things. Cleaning is only every 3rd day, and when we asked for an earlier cleaning, they did not do so and had to clean it at 10 pm. The water pressure in the shower was really weak and the hot water was inconsistent that we were forced to shower in the spa. Finally, and the worst thing about the hotel was the issues related to the air conditioning. The AC works with motion sensors, so if you're not moving or out of the room, the AC turns off. This meant during the night when we were sleeping (and not moving) the AC would turn off and we would wake up in our sweat. At some point, we asked if we could keep the AC on and it ended up breaking down and not working. When we complained about the AC and asked for a room change (they did not oblige) the only compensation we received was a drink voucher. I will say, the lady who works at night and speaks Spanish was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Good Hotel. Staff friendly, room good, pool a bit small, breakfast buffet also very good but unfortunately very dirty after a few hours. Sofa as a bed in a room for three but unfortunately a disaster. I would have given 5 stars but my whole body was tortured on the sofa mattress for 7 days. You can feel every single spring, the mattress is really awful. However, the mattresses of the beds are good. Unfortunately, the whole hotel is dirty. The buffet is extreme. There is food, coffee and dirt all over the tables, chairs and the floor. The chairs have big and wet stains from old coffee or spilled yogurt. Staff does not clean food from the floor so there are eggs and hash browns all over the carpets. Peanut butter was expired 4 months ago. The tables are often sticky. Food is good, but because it is so extremely dirty I can not give more than 3 stars. (For the peanut butter: Was there in august 2022, expired may)

Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service we recently experienced at your hotel. My wife and I had planned to stay the night at your establishment to attend my wife's graduation ceremony the following day. Unfortunately, our daughter, who attends nursery, fell ill with a stomach bug and vomited in the car when I picked her up. Given the highly contagious nature of stomach bugs, we deemed it necessary to take precautions. In an attempt to address our situation responsibly, we reached out to your hotel multiple times, seeking assistance to postpone our booking, not requesting a refund. Regrettably, the members of your staff with whom we spoke were unhelpful and, in fact, repeatedly hung up on us. This level of service is unexpected and disappointing, especially considering our initial expectations based on the reputation of your establishment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, but we had hoped for a more compassionate and accommodating response. I urge you to review this matter and consider improvements to your customer service protocols. It is disheartening to encounter such uncooperative behaviour, which we would not expect from any reputable hotel, regardless of budget. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a timely resolution.

I had the pleasure of staying at Park Plaza London Waterloo in September 2022, and it was a truly delightful experience. The hotel's location is superb, making it a perfect choice for exploring London. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable, and I felt at ease with the enhanced hygiene measures in place. One of the highlights was the hotel's proximity to major attractions and transportation hubs. It made it easy to navigate the city and return to a welcoming space at the end of the day. Whether you're a tourist or on a business trip, the convenience of Park Plaza London Waterloo's location is unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation in London. It contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my trip, and I would gladly choose it again for future visits.

Dark and dismal... The hotel is nicely appointed, clean and stylish, but it's a miserable place to stay because it's so incredibly dark. I'm sure they've tried to create 'atmosphere', but it has just ended up looking like a murky nightclub inside. Even the lighting in the rooms was so terrible that we couldn't read or see clearly in the mirrors, and our window looked straight onto a wall about 4 ft away. A lack of daylight and any decent artificial light throughout the building made it a thoroughly dismal place to stay. To make matters worse, we could hear toilet waste thundering down a soil pipe whenever the rooms above flushed their loos, which woke us up each morning. On the positive side, the facilities were good, everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff very friendly, or I'd be giving no stars at all. Special mention is deserved by Jenny who served during breakfast on our first morning- she was attentive and a total joy. Sadly, she wasn't there the next morning and it was a shambles, with key food items running out and dirty dishes left on tables. We expected much better for well over £500. We won't be returning.

Excellent location and close to many attractions. The room was quiet and clean for the most part, with exception of some short black curly hairs left in the shower-yuk. The room was a little worse for where in some areas, including the headboard, where there were tears in the fabric. Service in the dining room (Shelari) was excellent and the breakfast was delicious every morning. The keypads next to the bed, and by the door to control, temperature, lighting, and whether or not you want your room cleaned, are quite nice and convenient. The blackout curtains work excellent, and are also controlled from the keypad next to the bed.

Great location and easy access to the underground or walking distance to London Eye. It's just outside the busy area, so you don't feel too claustrophobic with all the hussel and bussel of London. I wouldn't say the hotel is the best I've stayed in, but it's definitely not the worst. I think first impressions count, so the personal on reception might need to be a little more friendly and welcoming!

The welcoming staff and hotel management were good. the rooms were nice, new and spacious. The location in the area was excellent, close to many landmarks such as Big Ben or the London Eye. Cleaning could be done better at some points. For example, room service should have changed the sheets and the dirty towels were not collected. Breakfast was 18 pounds per head and it could have had more variety.

Beautiful hotel, great location, very modern look and feel. We had just come in town from an adventurous few days in the north of Scotland and didn’t have time for breakfast that morning. We grabbed some well needed lunch in the hotel lounge, which was great …. However the true pleasure of that first experience was the AMAZING service, and genuine hospitality provided by Guillermo. He truly made us feel welcome, and ensured we had everything we needed to start our time in London. Big thanks to Guillermo (and Alicia at front desk too!)…. The wife and I have traveled all over the UK and Europe, and would highly recommend a stay here.

I stay at park plaza Waterloo for my business trips when I am in the city, and every time I am welcomed by friendly staff. This hotel boasts the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever been in, the room is always absolutely spotless and I’ve never had a single issue. All props to the cleaning staff, to be able to operate at such a high standard whilst taking care of so many rooms is a credit to their skill. The breakfast is consistently lovely with alternatives for dairy and gluten allergies which is great to see. Check in and out is easy, and the luggage service is extremely helpful. Rania on reception this trip was great :)

Lovely place and nice staff but my stay was during Covid Quarantine and the management was a mess especially food. I was given the same meal (like sandwich or rice) multiple times, the breakfast was not sufficient for adults or even kids, and I had to talk to them again n again to sort something out. They were helpful when I contact them though so can't fault them too much. At one point, even kids declined to have the food and we had to order multiple times from outside. The views from terrace are nice.

A dark-themed, modern and digitised hotel (you can check in and out using their app) in a good location very close to London eye and the Parliament House. Some pros and cons. On the up side, the facilities and design are modern, bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. On the down side, not particularly clean (maybe only the room I stayed) as I saw drink spilled stains on the blind and underneath the arm chair. The shower hose was broken too a bit disappointing. This hotel has spa, gym and a small-sized swimming pool (1.2m deep) however it is not temperature-controlled pool so can be quite cold. Continental breakfast was average (maybe slightly above average, not bad I will say) but it has a good varieties. Staff was friendly and very helpful so a plus. All in all, a good hotel but can be better if pays more attention to its cleanliness and facility maintenance will make customers feel the price tag more fitting so a four-star rating from me not five.

Room staff and food was fantastic not a single complaint to be made. But booked this hotel for my son's birthday and as he loves to swim this hotel was ideal. Problem was the 4 days we was there the pool was closed and we was told be fine for tomorrow every time we asked.

The staff was amazing especially the concierge. He was extremely helpful as this was our first time in London. The room was clean and so comfortable. The hotel restaurant had amazing food and waitstaff. We would definitely stay here again! We were so close to the hop off hop on bus lines, The Eye of London, Big Ben and may other attractions.

A great hotel to stay in and very close to the tube station. The rooms were clean and comfortable although a tad tired. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the new member of bar staff who was learning the ropes but super kind and helpful. A great spot to stay whilst visiting London.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Just in front of Lambeth North subway station. Then just a few feet away the Lambeth North bus stops (buses 59 and 159). The room was clean with a nice view. The location is away from the crowd but still within walking distance of places you want to see like Big Ben, London Eye etc. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were all amazing. I could not think of anything bad I experienced. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back here.

Pros: Great location Modern and hip feel, at least in the lobby Cons: - Rooms a bit dated. AC did work but was not able to cool room enough at night. No option to open windows. - Swimming pool looks nice on pictures but is too cold to swim for more than 5 minutes. - breakfast buffet with medium size and same every day. Mass processing with long wait lines, very loud breakfast room, overwhelmed staff.

Staff was very attentive. Kieran and John at the concierge desk were most helpful in arranging tours. Very polite in asking if we were eligible for the senior discount!!!! Maria at breakfast was a friendly face to see each morning. Polite and attentive to our needs. Our television needed to be re-booted several times during the week. It was addressed promptly once we notified the front desk. Overall our stay was a pleasant one.

Another super modern hotel to visit. So new and clean! I've eaten here twice and the food is well prepared. Staff are super busy (popular place) but always helpful. Location is great. I recommend Hercules Pub across the street or The Pineapple just down the street.

The hotel was excellent situated. It was really packed with customers! Staff was friendly and quick. Unfortunately, the blinds in the room were a bit broken (so it was really light in the morning) and the bathroom wasn’t that clean… apart from that, everything was good! We were eligable for an upgrade, but first we didn’t get one. After talking to the reception staff, this matter was quickly resolved! So all in all, a very nice stay in an even nicer city!

Great service and Harman could not have been more helpful at check in with a slightly complicated booking arrangement from my travel service (2 separate bookings for a 3 night stay). The location is great and the hotel is very accessible. The rooms are nice and clean and spacious. I stay here a lot but Harman went above and beyond to make this my best stay for a while.

Great gym!!!! The breakfast selection is very wide - and hearty. The staff, especially Tony in the Spa (I hope I got his name correctly - young man, glasses) and the team in the cafeteria. Maggie, I believe was super nice. As was Guillermo. The nicest thing was that they let me in the gym very early, and also let me make tea. They all spoke in whispers in the early morning. It was very pleasant. I will make certain to stay here again. PS!! I had not quite finished my visit, when my prearranged driver failed us. The concierge “Tony,” a different one than the spa, jumped in and got my family a hackney taxi at the last moment! So helpful and cheerful. We just made it on time because of Tony the Concierge! Thank you Park Plaza Team!!! Thank you Tony!

An amazing hotel. We stayed here for four nights and the room, service and decor was incredible. Super comfortable accommodations, great location in central London and affordable rates. My kids especially enjoyed the pool and free breakfast. Highly recommended for families.

It's a very beautiful hotel with friendly accommodating staff, the kitchen has been amazing regarding my gluten allergy, comfortable bed and high tech luxuries such as an automated shade, lighting and heat system accessible near the door and bedside. Walking distance to so many attractions, there's almost too much to do.

  • 5/5 Michelle S. 4 months ago on Google
Very convenient location within walking distance of many attractions with an Underground Station, Lambeth North, right across the street. Affordable prices and if you pre-pay for breakfast, even the night before, you get 6 GBP off. The breakfast was a huge buffet with something to offer everyone. The staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant to any hotel staff were fantastic! Guillermo in the restaurant was fabulous and very professional. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, courteous and always helpful. The rooms are great, and the only reason I put a 4 is they need a new coat of paint and some touch up work with caulking in the bathroom. We visit London often and will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay here again however my biggest grumble which has left a bitter taste in my mouth (no pun intended) is that the hotel bar charges a 12.5% service charge on your drinks! We were not ordering food, just went to the bar to purchase 4 drinks which as you can imagine were already hotel prices, but to then have a 12.5% service charge added when I'm standing at the bar left me quite annoyed. Imagine having to pay a service charge at a supermarket checkout!

This hotel was modern and updated. The customer service was excellent especially from the luggage attendants and the maid service. I didn’t have much interaction with reception aside from checking in but it was all smooth. We loved how the hotel provided complementary waters in the room and pastries and coffees in the morning. The beds and pillows were a little firm but overall the service and accommodations were excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast and all of the employees were wonderful. We had such a nice stay.

This place is located right where you want to be! Away from the crowds but still within walking distance of everything you want to see! Our family visited in May/June 2023, two adults and two kids (7 and 10). We made sure to get a room with the breakfast included and I will say the breakfast was pretty decent with a variety for everyone! Also the pool was small but nice, there is a sauna as well.

Location and service was top notch. Loved the romantic ambience and smell. Smell is so fresh that you just don’t want to leave the hotel. The only thing missing was a microwave in the lobby. I had my children’s food which I needed to warm it up.

  • 5/5 Andrea 2 months ago on Google New
Our stay was great! Although we had some troubles with the adjoining room, the staff took care of that very nicely by moving us to a different room (with a view). Felt very nice to get this little upgrade as a way to make it right. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is nice and clean. The bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way, which is a bit awkward at times. In walking distance of the Big Ben and London Eye. Waterloo station can be reached by foot or bus. Plenty of bus stops and other transportation in the area. Lambeth North (tube) is right in front of the hotel.

Location perfect, staff perfect, rooms perfect. It was phenomenal! Only guests sometimes make advantage of the kindness in the hotel. But that is'nt the hotel so we had a really great time! I don't say this normally but we are definitely coming back!

Clean and nice room, hi-tech system of light. Well located in front of subway station. Available swimming pool, gym and sauna. Kind staff. In general good service. Only point I suggest to improve is breakfast. They served a standard international offer but food is nothing special, it taste and quality can be improved to stay in line with the structure . In addition, lactose free offer is very poor. Not worth 20 pounds. Instead, there's a better restaurant inside which open for dinner.

Stayed in this hotel for quarantine and it was absolutely disgusting. Food was not eatable every meal was wasted (I never waste food) but this food was not fit for consumption. The service was a joke payed £3050 and had to order uber eats every single day.I called hotel management and told them my 2 year old aint eating the food provided and they replied will thats all we have Could! I complained everyday to hotel management with no luck. The hotel could have stepped up to keep thier reputation high but they aint bothered. The room was way too small for a 'family size room' we all felt trapped. We were only allowed out for fresh air for 15 minutes that too after waiting for 3-5 hours, the balcony where we were taken for fresh air was over crowded with no social distancing. We was treated like animals. Could write a lot more! Absolutely horrified!

Quartined at park plaza London in Waterloo for 10 days. It was horrible experience. Originally when I arrived at the hotel. I was not given a family room which I had booked it originally. So they have separated our family. I had 2 small children with me Rooms had no windows. Food was not eatable at all. I had to order the food from outside. Some days they even forgot to give us the food. There is so much food wasted. I don't like wasting food but it wasn't eatable at all. I had to pay nearly £6k for this booking which turn out to be nothing less than a prison cell. Not good service at.

I'm currently on day 10 of my hotel quarantine and will be leaving in the morning. The hotel is very classy and the welcome was very nice when i first arrived. However, the food was a nightmare. If a 3rd party is in charge of the food, then the hotel management really needs to look into this as the Hotel's reputation is being tarnished. If the food is being made by the hotel then shame on you! Every day was the same, repetitive bland food. Although the soup's colour changed daily, it had the same disgusting taste, which led me to spill it every time (i'm totally against wasting food too). On my last day, I didn't receive breakfast or lunch, but i didn't complain simply because it was a relief not to have to eat the food. Also, I asked for a bath robe and was told the hotel didn't have these, even though i saw many people wearing them when i went for my daily walk on the roof. People have paid at least £1750 (£175 per night) and it is disgraceful that some of the services aren't up to scratch. If this review is seen by the Hotel before i leave, my room number is 1119. I will change the rating depending on the response i receive

my boyfriend stayed at the hotel to quarantine a couple weeks ago, and he complained that the food was always getting messed up by the managers, or won’t get delivery on time he also mentioned that one man and lady had an attitude when he called. I was even on the phone when he would miss either his lunch or dinner?! He also said how when he would exit his room he would see the poor staff running up down in the heat with multiple bags with no food trolley, being miss treated in the heat and overworked as well as having the food bags on the floor in the lobby creating traffic went entering the lifts? In addition to this, my child actually works for the hotel and mentions that they always cancel their shifts and I don’t get why? Overall As a parent and a partner I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone :/

Stayed in this hotel For quarantine. I was a bit afraid by the Shocking and disappointing comments from the guest in other hotels. But staying here in this hotel gave me a great thought about this place. The room condition and the foods were satisfactory. I am so much happy with the service and the supports from the staffs of this hotel. These all are much appreciated. Thanks from the core of my heart.

  • 1/5 Louis P. 2 years ago on Google
Probably OK under normal circumstances, but the windows don't open and being quarantined here is a nightmare. My wife suffers from claustrophobia. In spite of informing the hotel about this we continually need to argue with the security team to allow her to go out for fresh air. Certainly managed quarantine can be managed better. No? Update 27 July 2021 After 11 days we tested negative and were released. Looking back I can see ho the hotel staff are trying to make it comfortable as possible, but a hotel simply is not suitable to offer comfort quarantine. I still find it disturbing that families with small children are forced to stay indoors without a window 23 hours per day.

The hotel is in a great location - a short walk from Waterloo and directly opposite Lambeth North underground station. We had an amazing view over the railway line (which the kids absolutely loved) and over to the London Eye which looked beautiful at night. The room was very clean and the hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was a bonus for the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are spacious. However I need to point out some issues. First when we walked in we spotted a 🪳 (probably checked in with someones bags) climbing up the wall, after killing that one successfully headed for the beds, found hair's...yeees human hair's... and one tiny tiny black bug :) In the bathroom found another hair. Place was dusty very dusty. Other then that we loved the room. View from our room was to kill for. Stunning! Staff: didn't really care for staff, especially the male in front desk dark hair. His attitude! Breakfast was a disappointment. Very minimal and breads like rocks as not covered with a cloth. Over all not so good. Swimming pool cold as heck, if you don't like cold water then stay out of it. Parking charges crazy, park around corner for much less.

  • 4/5 Rebecca G. 2 years ago on Google
I would recommend that you book early for spa and pool to avoid disappointment. Beds are ok. One thing is the sound of water going through the system at any point day or night. Shower/ wet rooms are clean easy access. Lights temperature and blinds control by the bed. Breakfast is recommended highly only way to get good coffee as only basic in the room. There is a choice of tea in the room.

For a four star hotel we were a little disappointed. No slippers, dressing gowns, nor biscuits in the room, and unfortunately, our hotel floor was very loud due to other guests and we didn't get a good night's sleep. However, the pool was lovely and staff the hotel was very clean.

The senior management of this hotel turned this review around to 5* After being treated rather poorly as an individual on check-in, I raised a complaint and was then listened to and my complaint acknowledged and dealt with effectively. This is a nice hotel, well appointed and comfortable rooms.

My daughter booked this hotel as a Christmas gift for a weekend break for us . As she was paying she called ahead and asked if we could pay for the room in cash . We were advised that this was absolutely fine . We handed the cash over and the manager counted it twice before informing us it was £10 short . We paid the £10 and went to our room . 2 hours later at 10pm The manager came to our room and advised us we were £150 short . We didn’t think about it at the time and handed over another £150 . I then said to my husband she counted the money twice and said we were £10 short so how are we how £150 short . My husband went to reception and asked to see the cctv footage . The footage wasn’t clear and you couldn’t see the note that we had paid with . The manager said we would need to speak to someone In the morning who would show us clearer footage . In the morning we went down to view the footage but it wasn’t any clearer . The hotel then went on to say they do not accept cash and this was done as a good will gesture . However this conflicts with the phone calls that my daughter made when booking the room. Originally the manager said we paid in all £10 notes and she miscounted as she thought she was counting £20 notes . Then she asked us what notes we used and we advised that we didn’t know as we had brought a chunk of cash with us as we had been given money for Christmas from family members to pay for a meal and some tourist attractions . We were advised that no one in this day in age pays in cash anymore . So we paid the extra money but still don’t know if we have over paid for the room. The rooms it’s self was lovely my only complaint is the shower isn’t very powerful and it took ages to wash my hair . We wouldn’t go back to this hotel due to the confusion and the way it was handled .

The accommodation was very comfortable, rooms very clean and had everything you needed .The breakfast was fabulous and food in restaurant was very good and served piping hot.Very central location didn’t need to use underground as easy to walk to most main attractions. Most of all would like to thank all of the staff who have been amazing and so helpful in looking after our needs, especially when we needed to book an extra night due to storm and not able to return home last night.Highly Recommend this hotel have stayed here twice and will definitely be returning.

We have stayed here before and was lovely but we took our children this time and was very disappointed! We had to request slippers/dressing gowns and bottled water as they weren't in our room when we checked in. We only had two towels in the room when there was four of us. We did not sleep well as there was a humming noise in our room all night and then the fire alarm went off at 5.30am on our whole floor which was a false alarm (after walking around to check for a while) but was scary with being on such a high floor with children and no staff around to ask!! The swimming pool was not heated and was like going into the sea, it was also a green dirty colour and it had sand all over the bottom. The breakfast was ok but with one of us being gluten free there was only bread available which was quite poor. It was not worth what we paid, very disappointed this time to be honest!

Through out my stay, the staff greeted me by name and consistently checked (not in a badgering way) to see if there was anything they could help with or simply if I was having a good day. You could say it was because of the minor health issue I had at the very beginning of my stay where I unfortunately collapsed in the hall/elevator area but no, they greeted all the guests like this. The hotel was always clean, front desk/reception was always prompt either in person or over the phone, the restaurant was very good (and our waitress was outstanding). Room service was very punctual and friendly. Housekeeping was also friendly. The staff gave a sense that they enjoyed their job and they liked working for the hotel which tells me, management is taking good care of their employees who then take good care of the customers. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. It’s less than 10 minutes from Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Even if it wasn’t this close, I would still recommend it just because this place actually values their guests. Every member of the team proves it during each interaction.

Friendly staff. Lovely modern hotel room. Electronic window blinds along with computer controlled lighting and heating. The bed and pillows were not too hard or soft. The walk in shower was lovely. Good price for one night although I wasn't paying. 😃😁 Would definitely come back.

I took a chance booking this hotel as it was my first visit to London with the family, I was so glad I did as the place was fantastic. A short walk from some of the big attractions, and with a tube station almost directly opposite getting to all the other major tourist spots is very easy. Staff were great and made the trip fun for the kids, the rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Will definitely visit again

I would rate this hotel a zero if I could. I have stayed in hotels ranging from the Premier Inn to the Corinthia and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Check-in experience was rushed, details are provided in a letter which by talking to other guests no one takes the time to read beyond the first few lines. What they call the mini bar is just an empty fridge, ours wasn't working so another fridge was brought up, it is clear to me the rooms are not inspected before guest arrive as the terrible couch bed was also broken and this was also not noticed. Breakfast was poorly managed, tables were not being cleaned so queues were just building up. My family all got ill after breakfast, culminating in my daughter throwing up in the room that night, and I am now off work with a bout of gastroenteritis (reception said they need to investigate this with the kitchen staff). The breakfast itself was a poor offering, the premier inn breakfast is head and shoulders above it. Definitely not worth £21. The pool which was the main reason for me choosing this hotel, apart from the location, was cold so it was not enjoyable and the surroundings were not clean. The last straw for me was the children's movie night the hotel put on which I thought was good, we were told by the manager we could leave the children there and have a drink, went to check on my children halfway through and they had been left completely unattended, anything could have happened to them or someone walked off with them. I work in Customer Experience; honestly, this is the worst I have ever experienced. The hotel has the potential to be good, but it is beyond poor currently. Absolute waste of my money and ruined what was otherwise a great weekend in London.

Stayed 2 nights with my wife and 2 young kids, can’t fault the place, staff especially all welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be back there when we’re in London. The cute extra stuff for kids is a big bonus, made them enjoy it all the more. Top marks though for location, which has great bus and tube connections to all London, and the lighting / control system in the room which made the lighting, a/c and blackout curtains a breeze. Thanks to the whole team, we loved our visit to London in large part thanks to your hotel.

The hotel team is excellent. They only clean rooms once every 3 days if you are staying more than one night. They can help the environment by also getting rid of the small plastic shampoo bottles etc. Overall, excellent stay, lovely place, good amenities, incredible location. would stay here again and would recommend

As a family of 6 members (4 kids+2 adults) we went to London to make a trip of 5 days. This hotel was perfectly adapted to what we wanted, a nice hotel with comfortable places and adapted to children. Kids had a great program of activities for every afternoon (cinema, cooking, DIY, and many more things!). The breakfast is perfect! With a big variety of food. Finally, the people working there are really nice and they help you whenever you need it and for whatever you want to. This hotel is AWESOME!

The hotel is modern. You literally dont have to move to turn on/off the lights, AC and even the curtains! You are able to charge with EU cables as well, which is a huge bonus for me. The staff is extremely kind. Everything is clean. Definitely not the last time, that I will be staying here. Worth all the money.

We spend the night of out weekend in London and it was a lovely experience. Gela checked as in with a great smile and a very friendly attitude. She offered complementary child drawing pack which it was a nice touch. The hotel is situated on a walking distance from London eye and other attractions. Over all a great experience even for such a short stay.

When we first walked in the hotel room it was very modern but still a nice look to it. Just one problem when we plugged in the adapter to the blow dryer it smelled weird. The food was okay not the best would come back when I come back to London there is also a charming restaurant across the street from the hotel called the Hercules. The pool was also indoors but was very nice also heated
