Excellent location, walking distance to Oxford Street yet very quiet. It met the main criteria I look for in a hotel, a peaceful room and a comfortable bed. Amenities in the room included a fridge, water, kettle, tea/coffee, iron and hairdryer aircon plus an opening window for fresh air. The hotel also has a restaurant and room service with some menu items available 24 hours. I arrived off a long-haul flight and this hotel was the perfect first stop in London. The only negative was that the water pressure from the shower wasn’t great. I assume it has a “water-saving” shower head. Nonetheless, I will most definitely be back to this hotel and would recommend it to others for all the reasons mentioned.

Good hotel for visiting London for a few days. Excellent breakfast, served in a smart restaurant and lounge area. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Rooms are comfortable and very clean but could do with a slightly better shower. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you're staying for a few days.

I stayed at this hotel in November 2021 for a long period when in London last year. This was my best stay. Everything was just perfect. The room is small like all others in Central London. Their restaurant was great. It had a great breakfast spread and good options for lunch and dinner. Great selection of drinks too. All the staff, from reception (Alvania), restaurant (Joseph, Antonio, Jasmine), housekeeping (Mariam) were great and were all very helpful. I had a very pleasant and peaceful stay. Could not have asked for anything better for my long stay in Central London. The location of the hotel is also perfect. Very close to Great Portland Street, Regent's Park and Warren Street underground stations. Very good connectivity, no matter where you have to get to. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended. Mustafa.

Excellent central location, which was surprisingly quiet, fantastic staff, comfortable room and bed, and very convenient underground parking. Special thanks to the staff manning the bar and restaurant, particularly Alfa, who was so efficient, friendly and polite, and the Romanian bar manager who immediately dealt with the only issue that we had (our main courses arrived when we still had hot starters in front of us). Al the staff including reception felt like a family unit, working closely and happily together. Thanks to all. We are coming back soon.

I stayed here for one night. It was very easy to check in and out. The building definitely felt a little old and not too ventilated BUT it is located in a central location that’s a quick walk away from pretty much anything you want or anywhere you need to go. When I was there, there was a business psychology conference being held at the hotel. The noise from the conference did not bother me at all (couldn’t hear it) - though I was only a floor above.

Brilliantly placed and easy to get to when coming off the tube. Rooms are your basic fare, nothing to write home about and breakfast ticked all the boxes. It's just a decent functional hotel.

Brilliant staff, lovely room.If you request something it is almost instant. I am fairly disabled they helped with bags etc great service. My only complaint is the food breakfast was excellent, but then there is no service until 5pm, and the menu is always the same. I have been 3 times in the last 4 months and it is exactually the same i think they could mix it up as i cant eat cheese and spicy food options are very small. Otherwise excellent😊

This hotel needs renovation. The room I was in paint work was coming off the wardrobe doors and carpet was ripped near the toilet entrance. The whole room looked very tired. Very loud at night, a lot of banging so was up a lot so didn’t sleep well and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t great. Both coffee machines gave cold hot drinks was horrible. Only good thing was it was a 2 minute walk to my course. I would not stay here again.

Great stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and you could eat as much as like for £12.50 which in London you can't fault. Staff in restaurant were very efficient and friendly. Great location next to several tube stations. Only niggle is we weren't told we could scan the arcade on card that room key was in for the room service menu and hotel info. I never look at this card and only found out on leaving.

We'll certainly go back again! We had a great location and could easily walk everywhere. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The bed was incredibly cosy. The shower was hot and had good water, and the bathroom is a good size.

I stayed at the hotel with my 12 year old daughter. The room is small but it was fine for us, bathroom a bit small, but we managed. Water pressure in the bathroom and toilets is very weak, I'm disappointed it's uncomfortable. Room service every day, towels are changed and the room is cleaned every day. Excellent breakfast, really recommend. Pancakes, a variety of breads, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, hot and cold drinks and more and more... a rehabilitation station is close but does not drive everywhere, you have to check. There is a bus stop close by.

We will definitely return! The location was fantastic and we were able to walk everywhere. The room was well equipped and very clean. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom has good size and the shower was hot and had good water pressure. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. You can't expect more.

Wow! What a lovely hotel. My wife and I have just had a Christmas/West end show weekend and stayed at this modern and up to date hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Our room was clean and very quite with a comfy bed and all the amenities you'd need. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was freshly cooked and tasty and very reasonably priced for London. The breakfast was brilliant! Just about every thing you may want to choose for a breakfast was available hot or cold and again the staff were great! On checking out we asked if we could leave our bags till later in the day to give us further time in London. Again this was no problem with the reception staff. Thanks to all the members of staff and the hotel for a great stay and weekend. I would definitely recommend a stay and we "WILL" stay here again .

Have stayed here a few times now and I have to say it is fantastic, the rooms we have had were very clean and homely with painting etc, the staff are wonderful nothing is to much and are always polite, the breakfast is amazing and I would like to say Samantha was truly lovely and very kind and helpful as I have trouble walking, she is one of the best. I would never stay anywhere else when visiting London. The location is perfect, with train and bus links nearby, the reception staff will always order you taxi if you don't fancy tubing or taking a bus.

So happy to have stayed here. Excellent location, very close to Regent's park and two tube stations. Impeccable room service, and all hotel employees were amazing and polite.

Thieves at the hotel During our first three days at the hotel we had some change left on the bedside table because we did not want to spend them. You see, some of them are a bit rare to find, because there are nowadays few left in the market and were really important to my son who is a collector. On the fourth day, after the hotel's service had cleaned the room, we realized that all the coins were missing!!! To our complaint, the hotel management replied that investigated the issue, that the person who cleaned the room has been working with them for years and is trustworthy and that she denied having stolen the money. They also implied it was our fault because we did not use the safe, even for our change!!! In other words they did nothing to help us. The problem of course is not only the amount of money, which was about 10-15 pounds, and my son's huge disappointement, but also the fact that someone violated our room privacy and the safety this hotel is supposed to offer towards guests, since someone did enter the room and did steal something. We truly believe this hotel has zero credibility and you should not stay there. The way the manager dealt with the issue was also totally unacceptable, since she said that she investigated the issue without asking us to be present. Stay away!!! There are plenty of other nice hotels to book in the centre of London.

This is the quietest hotel I have stayed in London with very little road noise. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with something for everyone. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning.

The service from the guys at the lobby area is always very warming! They do genuinely make you feel extremely welcomed. Compliments to the chef (Rosario) who makes the best Pizzas! Highly recommended to eat at the hotel!
