This 5 star hotel features an upscale steakhouse. The wagyu steak is out of this world but it’s expensive. Modern luxurious quarters with Hyde park views and yoga mats. Lovely, cozy atmosphere. Staffs are very friendly and ready to welcome you with a smile on their faces.

Having lunch at their makeshift outdoor dining area still feels exclusive, well-looked after and secure. Service was quick but careful. I have asked for a warm blanket as the air still was chilly and they happily obliged. I enjoyed my steak and the sides were complimenting. The staff were quick to notice what I thought was a minute detail over the phone and sent a completely surprising, cute, birthday treat to the table. Wish the cleaning hand towels were warm to use at the end, other than that, it is highly recommendable.

Terrible Hotel! I have clients staying at this hotel popped in to use the toilet on several occasions WHILE MY CLIENT is in residence as soon as I've gone into the toilet either people from concierge desk or security try and open the door while I'm using the toilet it's clearly locked ! And your trying and try to open the door I, going to report this higher I have aVIP family that stays at your hotel and books out whole Suites. I WILL NOT no longer recommend them and I will explain what you guys continously do.

Ate in the restaurant. Fantastic service and an excellent sommelier who did not try to sell us the most expensive bottles but appropriate bottles for our tastes and meals. Steak was out of this world, but yes, expensive. All other dishes were presented beautifully and tasted fabulous. For a special night out, would strongly recommend.

45 park lane is one of the best hotels in London. We booked to stay for three nights in a suite, one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in London, overlooking Hyde Park. There is a cool cocktail bar on the first level and Cut Steak restaurant is also within the hotel. Outstanding 5 star service.

Wow . The dry aged steak was delectable , had an amazing charcoal crusting on the outer steak giving a beautiful flavour , the macaroni cheese and daphnois potatoes accompanied the steak perfectly - with a creamy and cheesy sauce . The best service I’ve experienced at a restaurant- waiters were very attentive ,polite and professional . This restaurant gives off a good vibe although I recommend coming around 1:30 to 2 o clock as before that the ambiance is moderately quite .

They are lucky to have such fantastic steak that I won’t sacrifice a star for the service. I must say, they know their meat. Absolutely tasty and oh so tender. Oysters and seafood not so much. I would avoid that here. Nice cocktails! And very very slow and non attentive service, sadly. For such an expensive restaurant I’d expect better. But hey, the steak was *****

Great service, great food! Must say, the best service I've ever received at a restaurant. Very attentive to your needs to make sure you're comfortable, especially when seated outside as we were greeted with blankets etc. Very polite and professional. Will visit again!

Top shelf all the way as well as easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Magnificent!

The host at the bar is so rude. He refused to reserve my table for a half an hour qhile reserving other tables. He was giving us the impression like we are not welcomed here. Minimum spending of £45? Not a problem, but I'm expecting to be treated good.

Ever heard of Hospitality? Ever heard of great food and wonderful service? That is CUT! We enjoyed a fantastic evening there with incredible food, wine and service. Absolutely amazing location and people. Steaks were insane and look out for the seasonal white truffle with home-made pasta :-) thanks - we come again

I visited a friend at this hotel today and after I left his room I had a drink at the bar. worth 9 pounds. The hotel employee called the room to ask about the price of water. this same employee walked me to my room earlier. He knew I was accompanied by the guest. The hotel is beautiful but the employee was not at all polite in calling at midnight to ask for 9 pounds. Surely George was already asleep. What a shame! Elegant hotel, staff not so much!

In regards to their bar, it is absolutely one of my favorite spots to eat and drink! Delicious bar food options and cocktails! If you're a fan of the Royal family, 45 Park Lane has also created three drinks in honor of the coronation and one of those drinks included a solo large ice cube with a crown shaped on the top of the cube. As this spot is located above CUT, you are also able to order food from their menu as well to eat at the bar.

The steak was top quality, but that's where the positives end. Service was slow and the staff were disinterested. You might as well be sitting in a hotel lobby and the acoustics are appalling. It was also way too hot when the bill came, it was positively eye-watering - 2 steaks, one glass of wine, soft drink and a couple of sides £180 - I mean come off it. You could buy cow for less. Dreadful value for money. Avoid.

Although only visited the bar at Cut, I can say that the Wolfgang Puck attention to detail and style are still very much there. Appears to have been some changes in regards to service and the bar programme but as a whole the bar and restaurant still seem to be flawless. Am keen to return and enjoy the whole experience very soon.

I wanted to organize a birthday surprise for my best friend and I chose this hotel mainly for the beautiful spa! I contacted the concierge to get some help in order to make sure the whole experience would have been special for her and since the first email I knew I was in good hands. But I wouldn’t expect it would have became an open eye dream!! When we arrived everyone knew already my name and the name of the birthday girl, we have been upgraded to a studio room, much larger and luxurious and with an amazing view on Hide Park; in the room there were balloons, a beautiful fresh bouquet, a birthday cake, a bottle of Champagne, a present for my friend and a lovely card for us! We then enjoyed 2 hours at the stunning SPA, and it was just wow!!!! We went back the following morning for a last pool session and they even organized our breakfast in the relaxing room since we were the only ones booked in at that time. We also had lunch at The Cut and a few cocktails at the Bar 45 and everything was just awesome: food, drinks, service, nothing less than world class!! I personally want to thank everyone who went the extra mile to make sure we were having a perfect stay: Alina, Raoul and Craige from the reception, nothing was a bother for them, they went above and beyond to make us happy! Cristina from the SPA, perfect service with always a smile under the mask! Francesco and Lisa from the Bar 45 for the friendly and professional service and the amazing cocktails and recommendations! Amy and Miles (the guy from Essex…sorry I forgot your name…too bad!!) for the wonderful lunch at The Cut for their knowledge and service: we’ll be back soon. The fillet was to die for and your service guys made everything even more perfect, just flawless!! Maria, our room-keeper, who organized flowers , balloons and more, and to check on us if we needed anything: your service was precious! All the faces I didn’t manage to get their name from, thanks for your smiles and your assistance. And last but not least John, the general manager: without you nothing would have been possibile! Very cosy and personal feeling hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive during our stay always helping us with our shopping and remembering our names.

I’m sure the staff wanted to make sure we were enjoying our meal every few minutes but the service was slightly getting on our nerves. Otherwise, the dover sole was impeccable.

Lovely food. We had the set menu and had a good time. Feel it lacks variety in the vegetable side dishes but we had one of the salad starter as side.

The staff provided excellent customer service. I never had to ask for service. The waiters/waitresses removed plates from the table in a timely fashion without being asked. The food was phenomenal. Overall a great experience.

Great cocktails and steaks. The crab and lobster starter was amazing!! Only disappointing thing was the 🍟 they were no better than McD's. Need to up their fries.
