Very dirty. Beneath the sink were a lot of dust. It hadn’t been cleaned behind the bed since it was made. Old windows with old paint. No bed lights. Super tiny rooms. Black hair on top of the bed. The cleanest place would probably be the shower. The people who worked there were kind. And one good thing about this hotel (In the centre of london)

Worst hotel ever. The laundry was dirty, full of hair and weird spots. When I’ve asked them to change it, he changed only the sheet and the rest was good in his opinion. The windows was broken and not closing, actually he managed to close ot finally, but not totally. Bathroom was dirty and also very small. Room very small, the all room was 2m x 3m. TV had no remote, not even functionally.

AVOID! I was really sceptical staying here after reading the horrific reviews but I decided to try it out because I’m pretty low maintenance but It was awful. The room was TINY, the carpet was sticky and dirty, the covers had hair on them so clearly not changed, there was marks all over the walls, all mugs were dirty and (what looked like) bogey stains on the walls. To top this all off, the customer service was horrific. We had an older gentleman banging down our door at almost midnight when we were sleeping. My partner opened the door and he burst in claiming someone was smoking on the floor. Once realising it wasn’t us, he left but without an apology…it was almost midnight. The prices aren’t competitive enough for this hotel to be worth staying in. There are also a load of different hotels at a similar price on the same road- I’d choose any of these instead next time. There’s also no lift so you have to carry your bags up flights of stairs. We also had a cleaner knock on our door requesting we leave so she could clean the room. We said we didn’t want to wait in the hallway whilst she made our bed so she looked us up and down and walked off. All in all, terrible.

(Translated by Google) Unpresentable and irresponsible from the start. We were at the reception for more than 40 minutes waiting to see what room we had been assigned after a long trip at 1 in the morning. In addition, I have made a double charge of € 123 for which I have never been responsible after more than a month and a half tried to contact the hotel and the manager. In conclusion, never go to this place of unpresentable.

On arrival the man behind the reception was telling another guest off for quickly walking down the stairs. This was followed by him telling the housekeeping off for making to much noise caring the rubbish out. He then couldn't find my booking and spent 15 to check me in which made me late for a meeting. The room: paint marks all over the carpet, dirty floors, grubby shampoo bottle, no shower gel, thick dust under bed, uncomfortable bed, no PAT testing, no TV remote of the TV and the shower tray was not draining 😬 The positive: nice cat painting on the wall although it wasn't straight 🤣

The good: friendly staff, we could check in earlier (without paying more). The bad: basically everything else! Smelly, dirty, sticky hotelroom. Even dirtier barhroom/toilet. We were frightened to touch the window (mold, dirt, afraid of breaking it). And dont get me even started on the "breakfast buffet", it was not worth the money - went to a bakery around the corner. Payed 5£ extra for leaving our luguage a couple more hours in the hotel.

(Translated by Google) We stayed for 6 days, paying € 700. The room was in the attic, so small that the beds occupied all the space leaving a few centimeters to reach them. The window could only be opened a little, so to make the air turn, the door to the corridor had to be kept open. There was no room to put the suitcases or the clothes in them. The sink was microscopic and only cold water came out of the shower. TV didn't work. The cleanliness left something to be desired. For breakfast there was milk, orange juice, coffee in capsules, bread to toast, corn flakes and various jams. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station.

Dirty, smelly and no hygiene standards. We were given a lower ground floor room, absolutely stinky, checked in at 4pm, dropped our belongings and went for food. When returning to the room as soon as opening the door a mouse left the room running through the corridor into their storage space literally next door. Grabbed our bits and checked out straight away. The hotel refused a refund. This place should be shut down.

Horrible. The room was never cleaned for our 5 night stay. Bathroom dirty. Room way too tiny for three people. The staff was disrespectful and misogynistic when we asked for basic housekeeping service. Would advice everyone to stay away from this place!

Absolute worst night of my life. If you are going alone maybe you'll be just fine but with a family and kids I'd stay as far away as possible. The pictures are NOTHING like the reality. Room was very small and stunk. No fridge. Really super dusty and i stayed during the heatwave so felt like a hotbox. Location was great so i spent no time at my hotel only to sleep because that was all i could handle. Key to the main door did not work when we tried to get back at 1am and no one is ever at the desk you gotta ring someone to speak . The park hotel should change the deceiving photos on the websits. Ps. I stubbed my toe in that small room and my husband slipped in the tiny shower so i thought I'd write a bad review to warn others... for a great location and buisness that they have you'd think theyd put more effort into their buisnness.

This hotel is made for those that need a place to sleep for an affordable price. Its location is phenomenal (close to all major attractions of London) and the customer service was very nice and helpful. If you start your days early, return only for sleep and you don't mind the smaller rooms then this hotel might be just what you need.

The room was okay however we have had few issues. We cannot locked the door, water once too hot once too cold, no power for few hours. Generally I do not recommend the hotel

Don't book this hotel. Room sizes are very small; this building bhasha 5+ floor but no lifts; room is not clean; in bathroom was average. Can't close the window properly

  • 1/5 Cristina T. 2 years ago on Google
This is not a good hotel I do not recommend. The room I was in was small. The mattress was disgusting and the bathroom is not open properly as the bed was in the way and I kept getting stuck every time I tried to get in and out the shower door did not close properly. The wall had damp on it, the window handle was broken and I couldn't close the window and the room was cold and there wasn’t even a remote for the tv! And upon leaving the man at the front desk accused me of leaving language in the room even though I checked in earlier that afternoon and was leaving the same day as the whole place was frustrating. Again I do not recommend this hotel to anyway, not worth the £44 I spent and I should get my money back.

Blissful here - yes it’s a low star hotel but the rooms are clean nicely decorated big tv the guy Giulio at the reception is polite and charming. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep in a nice room with nice people around I’d advise Few days later still here can’t leave another review but owners still awesome room and everything is clean. Got given espressos etc.

It was great we come from kent to go out up London this hotel was very helpful. Was clean tidy, nice and quiet. Had a lovely sleep. Bed was comfortable. And the fella in reception was polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent room service and very nearby location to Victoria station. Great value for money. I would recommend to stay here. The manager Julio was hospitable and professional manager.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but the hotel overall needs a touch up and could do with a bit of re-decorating for it to look more modern. Fair enough price for what you get. The location is great for if you've never been to London, Victoria station is about a 5 min walk which can get you anywhere you want to go! There's nice little restaurants in the area too!

Good location but had a terrible time. We got there around 12 and had a show booked at 1.30, we couldn't check in early as the room wouldn't be ready until 2 so they let us stow our bags. We got back from our show after 6 to find that our room hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests, it was a mess with tissues and drinks still on the tables, bed was made (though more than likely not changed) the bathroom was dirty with a clump of soap still stuck to the shower floor and stuff in the bin. Told the lady at the desk who just laughed and didn't really believe us at first we told her to come and see if she didn't believe us. She had to call someone to see if there was a spare room available for us. Luckily they had one. Went back out and on returning were told we had to change rooms again! We had to argue our case to keep the room we had moved to (I didn't trust the original room to actually be clean) then to find that the plug sockets didn't work for the TV they advertise as having. The only reason the service got more than one star is because the man at the desk for the night went out if his way to get an extension cable and a fan for us. If you'd like this experience for yourself, it's £180 for the night.

Of course, a lot people left quite bad reviews. I want to say that you should'nt go here for the luxury. However, for a cheap stay where you just want a rest and a shower this is the perfect spot! The owner was very nice to us, the place was clean, the beds were definitely good enough for a good night, location and price are both really good. I would have no reason to not advise others to stay here.

Pros: 1. The receptionist is nice. 2. Bathroom is clean and draining well. Cons: 1. Room is very small for two persons in a double bedroom. 2. Carpet is dirty. 3. No lift so you had to carry all your luggages. 4. Stairs are steep and narrow. 5. Bathroom is too small.

  • 1/5 Louise W. 1 year ago on Google
Suppose to be a double deluxe room, hardly any space round the bed. Patio was locked with a hook. No phone in room as stated on the Internet. Bathroom small no room when you stepped out of the shower to dry yourself, bathroom not cleaned. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk not replenished. Furniture dusty when you moved things. Stains on carpets and cobwebs in corner of the room.

This hotel does not care about its guest! We booked a triple bedroom and they squeezed 3 beds in a room fit for 1. There was no place to put our bags. In the daytime, we had to put our bags on the bed and at night on the narrowest floor space meant for walking. When we spoke to the owner and told him that we can't live like this for 3 days and would like to have our money so that we could move to other hotels, he turned against us and threatened to call the police to kick us out.

Given the price, much lower then the others, we expected it not be a luxurious hotel. Actually rooms are very little but the bathroom is private. The staff is very kind and the position excellent. Also the neighbourhood is quiet, even at night. Beds were made every morning and towels changed. Cleaning... not their strongest point

  • 2/5 Jason M. 1 year ago on Google
We had a normal bed and the bed was a cot which was broken oddly I was so tired I still slept well. Bathroom was clean. Had a fan in the room the walls needed to be washed badly. Location was great. For the price we paid would not stay there again.

+ this place is cheap and good if you need a place to sleep. Has the essentials. It's close to attractions. - The rooms are so small, beds are old and squeaky. The place needs a deep clean.

  • 1/5 Jessica H. 1 year ago on Google
Rude and difficult receptionist, dirty and unkept property. Mouldy bathroom ceiling, distinct smell of gas in the room and corridors.l by reception. Refused to stay and with other hotels full, spent £300 getting a taxi home to Southampton.

  • 4/5 James A. 1 year ago on Google
Staff were very friendly and the room we booked was nice. We were in London to see a show and sight-see, so we need somewhere to sleep. The room ticked the boxes: comfy bed, great shower and brilliant location.

  • 2/5 Becci T. 4 months ago on Google
This was not good. The one positive is that the rooms were nominally clean, and the room was turned around (bed made, towels refreshed etc) between our first and second nights. However, the room furnishings were very tired, there was an awful musty smell in all rooms that wouldn't air out. My room on the first floor had 'sliding doors' onto a balcony (aka the flat roof above the entrance) which didn't slide very easily and were only held closed with a hook and latch, and didn't actually close properly so it was draughty and noisy all night from outside. My bathroom didn't have a toilet lid, and there is no towel rail, shelf/place to put your washbag, and no shelf in the shower. The shower doors didn't properly close so the floor got wet and slippery, and there was no shower mat. There are no bedside lights, and the only light switch is by the door so no way to turn the lights off from bed. Also no sockets near the bed. We won't be staying again - to the extent that I have asked for our next booking in two weeks' time to be cancelled so we can find something else, as it was awful. For £140 per night this is an absolute rip off.

If you’re looking for a less expensive stay with zero frills and are flexible on cleanliness, this was fine. Room was extremely small and HOT. Carpets are dirty, mold on the window and shower. Beds were comfortable. We were promised an early checkin which we did not get. The location is very good. It needs a good cleaning and updates. If not for the location this place would fail in all areas and the owner knows it or he would do something to improve it.

  • 2/5 Kally H. 8 months ago on Google
Super stinky room to the point of discomfort. Addressed the front desk about the smell, which they covered up with fabreeze, but the smell returned within a few hours. Bed was not comfy (very soft, and small for two people). Bathroom was quite dirty (stains/marks on the walls, sink not draining) in addition to it smelling horrible. We were on the second floor, and the stairs are narrow and quite steep. Room was also very warm. Would have been nice to keep the door onto the balcony open during the night, but there was no screen. The location was great, but the stay was not ideal. Floors higher up might have been better based on some of the better reviews on here.

  • 2/5 Naemi M. 8 months ago on Google
Location was brilliant for close to London Central. The rooms were very tight. The door to outside was broken and could easily be accessed from outside. Bathrooms need desperately updating and the carpet up the stairs coming loose and a big trip hazard. The lady behind desk was lovely.

This is a hotel that fits its purpose for a somewhere to stay but it is a little run down and could do with some cosmetic touches such as repainting to freshen it up. Staff were friendly and the location is great for accessing the major attractions in London.

Agree with all the 1-2 star reviews on this site. Front desk gentlemen at reception area kind and respectful. Rooms terribly unclean and in disrepair. Window wouldn’t open, too much caulk and mold. Carpet and wallpaper coming off walls. Random stains on walls and carpet. Hair on bedding, towels, and bathroom. Black mold in shower. Walls super thin and can hear next room and people walking upstairs all night. Would not stay here again.

(Translated by Google) Don't go into that room! Very small rooms, where you don't even have the space to open your suitcases and, above all, dirty. On the floor there is a carpet, badly positioned and with frayed edges, full of dust, dander, hair and nails from previous customers. As soon as I arrived at the hotel I looked at the sheets and there too I found hair and hair .. not to mention the itching that came to both me and my daughter while sleeping in them. The bathroom (tiny), in addition to being dirty, does not have any kind of accessory, so to place the towel you just have to put, leaving the door open, the dusty armchair in the room, in front of the bathroom door and use this as a towel holder. As for the towels .... they only provide one towel each, with which according to them you have to dry your face and private parts, and of course they don't change it. Just as they don't make your beds or clean your bathroom during your hotel stay. On the other hand, you never feel alone ... Hear all the noises of the room neighbors, the noisy radiator and the pigeons living outside your window. The view from my room was splendid ... it overlooked a light well inhabited by pigeons ... and, consequently, dirty with their excrement. Dusty furniture. Narrow and steep staircase. If on the last day you want to leave your suitcases, to visit something, they allow it ... but they make you leave them in the narrow and unattended corridor, which pretends to be reception, or always on the ground floor, in front of the bedroom door . Obviously when we took them .. There was no one around .... we might not even find them. (Original) Non entrate in quella stanza!

(Translated by Google) The bathroom has not been cleaned since the previous use. In the rooms the basket and new towels are only emptied. Nothing is cleaned, dirt everywhere. The window was broken. Sheets with stains. The only positive thing is the location of the Hotel.

(Translated by Google) The room is a bit small, but it is compensated by the price and the kind and considerate treatment of the managers.

(Translated by Google) I would give half a star if you could. It's fine for sleeping but don't stay there for too long. The triple room is too small, not cared for and not properly cleaned. We asked for an adapter for the power socket and they didn't help us, there were 3 of us and they didn't provide us with a proper courtesy kit, they left us 3 wipes and the bathroom also lacked a mat. The only favorable note, the shower, large and clean.

The beds are made of wooden pallets, tiny rooms.

(Translated by Google) The night we arrived they handed over the key to a room that wasn't ours! ridiculously small, and unheated. The miniature heater they left there was no use for heating a closet let alone a room. Staff who even answered were friendly and cordial. Cleanliness I don't know if it meets the minimums. The mattress besides old is terrible! Very uncomfortable indeed! Set the thousand ones in the back !!! Not to repeat.

My wife booked 2 nights for my 30th anniversary 3 months before our trip. A week before the trip I checked online the different notification about the hotel and was... Terrified by all these comments...we couldn't cancel our booking and couldn't book a new hotel 5 days before the trip. I called the hotel to make sure everything was in order with our booking they reassured me but... Still... We arrived to London very stressed... But... the host were very nice. The room perfectly fine for a 2 nights trips. Clean confortable, yes a little bit old but OK. Perfectly located. With a cheap but fine breakfast. All in all it has been a very very good surprise. Lesson of this trip: 1. Trust your wife 2. Don't believe everything you read on the internet Thank you guys for having us.

+ zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung - the room for three people (on the 4th floor without an elevator) is tiny and we had to climb over one bed to get to the bathroom. We asked for a bigger room and they kept telling us we could get one the next day for four days straight. Upon our arrival there were still hairs from prior guests in the bedroom. The second day we only got two towels although we were three people and when asking for more they made a big deal out of it. We couldn't get second keycard but they told us they were happy to open up the door at anytime, which they were not. One day we came back and our door was left open, anyone could've easily came in to steal something. To top at all off, the last night we got surprised by strangers trying to get in to our room (while my friend was naked about to shower but they said "it was only women so it dosen't matter that they came in") which supposedly was theirs. The people at the hotel tried to kick us out, 'cause they couldn't find the booking. It took them one hour to realise they had made a mistake. I have stayed at better hostels.

(Translated by Google) Good location helpful staff, but very small and dirty rooms, untidy and dirty breakfast area, poor breakfast.

The location is good, the stuff was helpful, but the room is tiny and the waterboiler was a bit dirty.
