Ah yes, if only the Knight Bus was just a little late, like most buses around that time period in real life around the southeast of England, Mr Potter perhaps would have met Sirius Black much sooner and saved all that mystery surrounding him... On a slightly lighter note, it was pretty funny seeing this, the scale of it and its innards... A must see...

The Harry Potter book series include shrunken heads throughout the series. When Harry Potter was brought to the Black's house, Mrs. Weasley assisted him to Ron and Hermione's room upstairs. While they were passing along the dark staircase, Harry saw a row of shrunken heads mounted on plaques on the wall. After a closer look, he noticed that the heads belonged to house-elves. Harry later discovered that beheading old house-elves and mounting their heads on display was something of a tradition in the Black family. Hermione once mentioned that Vincent Crabbe had a shrunken head which was confiscated by Argus Filch on the pretext of it being a Dark object in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Great for taking photos 😅 It's amazing that 3 buses were welded together for this and later had to look for a route through London where it would fit through ☺️ Great story. The audio guide is really worth it!

Can't really properly see in it. You can only get in a little bit at the back entrance of the bus and look through perplex glass.

👍 Wonderful place to walk around and lots of things happening on the common. During summer there are cricket matches. The tree truck climbing frame can be found in the middle of the common hidden away on the tall trees. There is also other hidden gems like a play house made from wood and a beautiful w...
