Nice shops but many missing. Toilets available. Restaurants & coffee shops - plenty. Market on Thursday-Saturday. Two big car parks. Pearsons, Next, Tkmax, Waitrose, M&S and more. Family events are fun, need to have more to bring the life/people back out,

It is like a shopping village and there are many shops, which may meet your expectations. Car parking & WC are advantages of the place. Only one things make me upset, which is never-ending construction passing by scaffolding etc .I still recommend the venue 👍👌

Some nice shops there,Pearson's lovely. Enfield town not as it used to be,parts of it looking very tired. Stairwell in carpark smells of oee. Shame.

Pearsons Store is reminiscent of Departmental stores In Bayswater and Piccadilly . The little train is excellent to entertainment for children .

Enfield town centre is a very nice place with decent amount of shops, they have Mac, next, H&M, marks and spencer and other shops. Car parking is very cheap also. Beautiful area.

I do not like the pop up shops and the several phone and vipe shops that seem to be taking over. Enfield council should make something to attract more of the high end business.

If you like crystals then this is a good place to come, with a couple of shops and knowledgeable people

Absolutely love this small shopping centre. It's easy to get to by public transport, it has lovely shops and cafes. It's relatively quiet and not crowded, great atmosphere.

I love the Palace Exchange Shopping complex in enfield. it's clean, and there are lots of shops to pop into if you are buying something or just browsing. There is always some sort of entertainment for kids and yummy food stalls.

Generally clean and reasonably tidy. Two multi storey car parks. Two lots of toilets. Waitrose is always a pleasant shopping experience, as is Pearsons . Plenty of places to get a snack or coffee.

It’s a good centre for many and has a good range of shops. The reason I’m only giving 3 stars is because it still feels very dated even among young people. If you’re a female or a male who likes to also wear clothes from the opposite section the vibes can get very off. It’s reminiscent of attitudes a decade and longer ago however seems to still be the normal in Enfield. It’s not necessarily the workers either it’s just the whole vibe and mind set (in my opinion) So a heads up to my fellow people. Pearson’s is cool. Money talks

I live in Hertfordshire. I'm used to walking into a store and being completely ignored by the staff. The customer service in TK Maxx and Smiggle was atrocious.

Enfield is a pleasant area, not overly crowded & a selection of quality shops, bookstores, stationery shops & cafes. Always an enjoyable experience, quite relaxed

Good variety of shops and. The mall has a lot of shops to offer and  a parking space. It is also very conveniently located close to Enfield town station. A good shopping choice for the area. Very tidy, clean and family friendly. Recommended for shopping with the family.

Lovely shop's, the staff at m&s are so helpful and polite, some other shop's can take some lessons from them

A small open shopping centre for Enfield continuation from palace garden with parking, a food supermarket, boots and M&S between them. A department store in palace gardens and a public library near by. Needs a little fresh uplift with better coffee shop and restaurants and a few better clothes shops and she shops.

Pretty good as shopping centres go. Loos were clean, overall well presented centre with almost all of the shop units occupied. Majority of it in open air centres but plenty of places to hide if the weather turns, plenty of parking nearby and easy to drive in and out of.

Not dog friendly so wasted trip. Apparently for our safety 😂 So this completely open air shopping mall is off limits even to my 3.2kg puppy. Usually we would shop by taking it in turns with my wife going into shops, but all the shops are off limits because this privately owned company, who owns the shopping centre, can't tell the difference between bad owners and general dog owners. Not sure how people living in the upstairs flats deal with this. Anyway as it's kinda the heart of Enfield it does then give the impression that Enfield in general is not very dog friendly 🥺🐾🚫

Although it's very cost efficient to shop here, the queues at Lidl's, if fact most Lidl's are really annoying. The have 5 tills but only open ONE, maybe TWO tills, while the queue's are about 10-15 people, waiting to pay. I have on numerous occasions walked out, left my trolley of groceries and gone somewhere else.

Has a fair waitrose, Holland and Barrett useful if you need buckwheat flour. Otherwise usual shops, usual offerings, nothing particularly interesting. Motorcycle parking is easy and free in car park, always appreciated

  • 4/5 Michaela D. 2 years ago on Google
Good brands and convenient location, parking is closeby so pretty much every you need for shopping. However I have missed luxurious brands in the mall

Love going to Lidl and see what they have in the middle isles. Is it just me?

  • 3/5 Stephen H. 1 year ago on Google
M&S, Waitrose and the other supermarkets need to get people on the Tills. There is an over reliance on technology which is not embraced by many customers. Sort it out!!

You can get almost anything here without crowds The toilets are dated but kept immaculate. Important for a shopping trip

The Palace Exchange is a fantastic shopping mall in Enfield Town. It also has a nice market where you can buy fruit and vegetables and street food.

Good car parking in multi story and reasonable priced . Feb 2022. Let's hope Mayor Khan doesn't interfere with the prices.

Plenty of shops. Could even buy a new phone if I felt particularly spontaneous 😉loved the shakes and I got a designer shirt for 4 quid at a charity shop. I look amazing in it. People think I'm rich.

Local main shopping precinct, good shops, overall ambient needs investments to improve, looking rather tired. Still a nice area to come to for shopping and cuppa with mates.

I like this place.... You can sit in any of the cafes and people watch to your hearts content or join and be watched as you shop around.

  • 2/5 Wesley Pilgrim (. 2 years ago on Google
It's alright, i personally feel we've gone down a long slippery slop when shops are closing down and becoming mobile phone repair shop or £1 stores. It has a few key shops which is needed but the high street is dead
