The Treaty Centre is an enclosed shopping mall in the town centre of Hounslow in Greater London, England. Treaty Centre in Hounslow is a great mix of favourite brands and independent retailers plus fantastic places to eat! It's just a place to be.

Interesting Aladdin's Cave for it is situated inside the center with shops bursting with goods. There are watches and jewelry, plants, clothes, kids stuff and food courts as well. Best place to while away a leisurely day especially if it's a cold and rainy day outside.

Sadly like many mals in the UK, and probably throughout the world, this one seems to be full of tat, however as you probably gathered, I m not a great shopper so I would rather stay away. Sure, some would like it all things to all men and women. Do I need it or do I just want it? Best to just keep my hands in my pocket and save hard earned cash for more important things like life experiences.

It’s an alright shopping centre. A lot of shops have been shutting down, and I can see the place running down and wearing down. The parking is quite good, and the food court is good with a nice seating area, but I would be careful with the Burger King there. A lot of people I know have gotten quite I’ll after eating there.

A decent mall with a lot of stores- Macy's, H&M- you name it. It you like reading, head to to Barnes and Nobles (on the left- as you enter from the main entrance). Decent food options can be found.

I live around this area, 10 years, but I have not seen any improvement in cleanliness! Toilets are absolutely disgusting today 11 am. This is how toilets looked and two of them was out of service.(it’s Saturday they just open doors) You can smell the toilet next to Poundland what is good 3 minute walk! Baby changing room was closed.

Great area to park in Hounslow. £2.60 if not mistaken during Sunday all day- not a bad deal. I gave it a 4 because the structure of the entrance sometimes might startle the driver if not really mind the surroundings. From when you go uphill to the parking area, there is a signage for SERVICES and when you turn left that’s the entrance to the parking area and their a boulder in between. Next is the pedestrian exit in 2a, it’s near the ascension for cars(if they turn left, they might hit a pedestrian) too little space between the car and the pedestrian. But still a nice place to park with a good deal on a weekend.

We parked at the Treaty Centre to visit the high street bank. In and out in 15 minutes - minimum charge is 2 hours! The centre is clean and tidy but the number of empty shops is just a shame. Parking charges high business rates few incentives - council must do better.

Sad to see so little shops open here. No Christmas decorations. Happy that the Paul Robeson theatre is still going and I noticed the Job Centre was open today.

Slowly feels like everything is closing sadly. The food court was such a great addition, but high streets are unfortunately losing physical stores which we do need.

I am writing this to differ in my review with most of others saying it’s a great place with lot of brands to shop. I think in the past it was but not anymore. I see more and more shops shutting down in here and not much to shop Except a few logos like select, next, body shop etc… the parking facilities are good but it was recently renewed and now the prices are astonishing. I would now think twice to Park here in future.

I come here daily. It is a an incredible place..this centre has many different shops and restaurants. You will find various, different restaurants in the first floor ..also have coffee shop in the ground floor opposite the job centre as well as have many shops located in the ground area such as Poundland and wilko and more but I forget the name of these places unfortunately..but I prefer if Treaty centre have some games for kids . The important missing area in this place is games for children.

You can find different types of clothing stores and coffee shops and also you can find 2 or 3 gift shops. Simply I can say one place where you can shop for groceries, home needs and lifestyle products

Ok place for takeout halal food, which you can sit and eat in the food court upstairs, with loads of seating. There are guys selling fruits and veg outside the entrance. Gets busy during lunch times with school and college youth. Subway is Halal, Lebanese food and eateries give you some affordable options Worth visiting if you're in the area and want a quick food fix.

I visited in the early morning It is a big shopping centre with a nice high street. There is an easy connection by bus or train to get there and it is also a nice place for plane spotting. The Treaty Centre is an enclosed shopping mall in the town centre of Hounslow in Greater London, England. Treaty Centre in Hounslow is a great mix of favourite brands and independent retailers plus fantastic places to eat! It's just a place to be. Great variety of shops, places to eat and many different things to do for young and old people. It’s recently been refurbished and it looks amazing especially the food court area. A large shop ,everything is in tk maxx, post office, boots, poundland, wilko, lidl even a market and access very good prices for fish market! The treaty Centre is clean and very useful shops that you need or that are for all age groups within the centre.Biggest shopping mall in Hounslow and surrounding area. There are many companies,s branches inside. A shopping centre offering a big selection and variety of shops, both well known shop brands and smaller local shops. Also offers access to the local job centre and a children's project. A local theatre upstairs too. Bathroom amenities available. Like, share and comment wish you all the best for your journey...

UPDATE: obviously my account is being hacked! Anyway been walking around Treaty Centre, took some pictures. Probation Officer defaulted appointment yet only told me at 10:30 while apptmt was for 11:30. Lots of shops but not very helpful sales from NEXT. They do not know where washrooms/ladies/toilets are located perhaps they wear diapers? 🤣🤣🤣

The Treaty Centre will forever have a special place in my heart for being in my childhood town. but 20 years NOTHING changed they still have boring and outdated shops it's nostalgic but mostly tragic. I want Hounslow to redevlop and be ambitious. the only thing I do like still being there is the mall library, that place rules!

Located in west london and a very densely populated area. It has lots of cheap shops and many more kebab and restaurants. Very convenient for the locals as they can find their own ethnicities. The only thing they don’t have is a pubs and good clubs. After 9 O’clock it is very quiet and dead.

Treaty centre used to be a great bustling shopping centre, while there has been an increase in food outlets, I still feel it lacks a little quality. The shopping centre definitely needs a refurbishment of some sort as it looks very dated.

  • 3/5 John O. 11 months ago on Google
This place used to be one of the best shopping centres in West London. However, due to the financial crisis and the closed down of many prominent stores. The treaty centre has lost it's look and feel as well as balance between top high street brands and local businesses. Hopefully the council can do something about it as it's used to be a great spot to take your children and shop during the week and weekends

Good place to find different collections of shopping stores. Kids stores, poundland, wilko, H&M, new look stores are available. Toilet: available Parking: available Timing: 8am to 6pm mon to sat On Sunday upto 4pm

Poorly lit but there was a good selection 9f stores from well known companies which were very well lit so you can see what you are browsing for. Shopping centre itself is very easy to get to via public transport and there is a multistorey car park that you can use. People in wheelchairs shouldn't have any problems accessing the stores as there is plenty of wheelchair accessible facilities available.

Serves a purpose. Run-of-the-mill shopping centre, nothing stands out. Parking not too bad but has recently changed to no barrier, ticketleas parking.

  • 3/5 Pauline 7 months ago on Google
It has lost its appeal after Debenhams had closed and now Wilko's is also closing there is no more reason to visit. Bring back some interesting shops to the centre and high street and more people will come and spend their money.

Parking was a nightmare, and if you aren't back before they close you have to walk up the ramp (the part you drive up in order to park so it's not safe), no lifts for disabled people or people with pushchairs/small children to help either. but it was nice up until that point lots to do plenty of shops and places to eat/drink

  • 4/5 Graham M. 2 years ago on Google
The Treaty Centre is at the heart of Hounslow and remains a vital part of the shopping centre but since the pandemic it feels like it had seen "better days". Whilst the High Street continues to buzz with people shopping at the international food shops, some of the stores in the Treaty Centre have closed and it felt to me like that lights were left on dim, leaning a rather dull feel to the place

  • 5/5 Millie M. 2 years ago on Google
Over 25 years, the place has changed a lot but the aura remains the same. My favorite time to go there is during the Christmas season. It's got coffee shops, fashion, and many other places inside it. It has it's own multilevel car park which is reasonably priced but I don't use a car anymore for years. So, I don't know the charges anymore. On the main road side of the treaty centre are many bus stops and several buses ply to many destinations, which makes it quite accessible.

  • 4/5 Mahoud O. 2 years ago on Google
It is a crowded area, with different and beautiful shops, a clean shopping center, naked and Turkish restaurants, and a vegetable market that is cheap. You can hear the sound of planes and see them before they land at the airport. But the only thing I didn't like was the lack of attention to the cleanliness of the place, rubbish everywhere and the small containers are always full, so I gave the rating four stars.

Great shopping complex in the middle of a busy high street. Lovely atmosphere! Pretty lively during the weekend. Always love to shop there.

  • 4/5 Michael B. 3 years ago on Google
Dark foreboding red brick modern gothic exterior but surprisingly lighter inside with a huge central atrium huge in scale. It is a pale tribute to the Uxbridge civic centre. The mall seems to the usual range of shops but for me it's about the architecture and peroid history. The car park is quite wacky with it being very tiny inside and the exit seems to solely be via the roof, which by the way is the best place to park for access to the shops.

  • 3/5 R 2 years ago on Google
used to be good a decade ago. Now its just dark with stores just closed down.

  • 3/5 David D. 2 years ago on Google
Average city shopping centre, lots of shops inside and out. Nothing much by the way of class here. The town is dirty, the locals are rude and inhospitable, and there is little to no social distancing to speak off. Awful place to shop or visit.

The new owner's of the treaty center, aka BYM HOUNSLOW LIMITED. Are purposely letting the treaty center go into decline and squalor. I've lived here for 20 years. I have never seen the treaty look so empty, smell horrendous, look extremely dirty, desolate and gloomy. It's not because of COVID or shut downs( even though that didn't help. They want to build houses probably luxury accommodation. I blame the council as well. So many shops have shut down at least 7 shops in a few months. And stalls and kiosks are leaving. I am angry. Hounslow is well ruined the treaty center and the high street is dead due to greed, ignorance and corruption. I can't imagine what Hounslow will be like, in a few years. I wanna leave so bad.

I like this shopping centre, just because its all under one roof and most shops are in there. Recently hounslow a food market place was opening with a few street food being served. A very affordable for a quick a cheap finger food to take on the go. However, they lack one thing, enough seats inside, where if you buy a take away or you are tired going round the shops, sometimesbits too busy you cannot get some space to sit. Despite that, it's a wee nice shopping centre

Very good for shopping, but I am not very happy about going to the car park to get the car our from Treaty Centre car park just 5 minutes after 6pm . People park there car for do shopping at High Street and lots of shops and Restaurants are still open after 6pm .Had lots of problem getting into the car park to get the car specially when you are elderly person and have a walking problem. 😧🥺😫😩

A decent shopping mall in the high street of Hounslow .... shops are really good... but somehow I feel that the attractions and food stalls are little less to grab more attention of the crowd...

Very big and spacious shopping centre in Hounslow, London. Sells various brands. Lots of shops here. Food court is present here. Kids friendly place and family friendly place too. The structure looks well maintained and clean. Well connected by buses and road. Lots of banks, restaurants very near. Keep it up!!

BE AWARE! The parking at the Treaty Centre is a con. When you pay for your parking at the end of your visit note that the pay meters are 5 minutes ahead of the actual time. Which means that you can easily go into the next parking charge. 1 hour is £1.50 and 2 hours is £3.00. But because the meters are rigged you can easily end up paying double the parking fee even if you are within your permitted time. And not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. Starbucks recently closed their store, cylists wizz past pedestrianised pavements and the majority of shops in Hounslow are mobile phone repair shops and cheap shops selling luggage and rugs. And when I say majority I mean like 40% of shops do mobile phone repairs. A huge number of empty shops and down and outs begging for money make Hounslow unsafe and far from a pleasant shopping experience. On top of this the expensive parking that is a fraud makes Hounslow shopping far from desirable. Try Staines, Richmond, Kingston or anywhere else. Give Hounslow a wide berth.

  • 3/5 Abu F. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty drab place as a shopping mall for Hounslow. Probably has seen better days and could well yet see good times again depending how well consumer spending develops over the next few months amid a climate of high interest rates. Easily accessible by the red bus service plying the Hounslow high street and a considerable walk from Hounslow central tube station. Fashion label H&M's presence as one of the key tenants helps improve the mall's stature somewhat.
