Horrible experience so far. Everything is so small, even the rooms they offer. My advice is this, do your research on what good hostels there are in London and make sure they are quiet and private. I tried using the shower and well let's say it's just horrible. It takes a while to get warm. It's a good thing I'm only staying one night. I hope Hammersmith I go to next is kinder to me as I've booked a weekend stay there. The cheaper the hostel, the worse accommodation it is.

While this is one of the cheaper hostels in London, the cons outweigh the pros. I would not recommend this hostel. Pros: -Location is great! Tube/bus stops not far at all. Camden has great restaurants and brunch spots! Also quite central which is nice for getting around. Cons: -This is one of the dirtiest hostels I have ever stayed at. Bathrooms were not clean and toilets were hard to flush so people just never flushed them. One of the bathrooms also didn't have soap in it for the majority of the stay. -Good luck drying your hands after using the bathroom- there are no paper towel dispensers or automatic hand dryers. -Shower was very small and had only one temperature. Also no soap/shampoo in the showers. -On the weekends, the bar in the hostel literally TURNS INTO A CLUB! As a result, you can hear the music extremely well (literally word for word) in your room, making it impossible to fall asleep before 2 or 3am. -Some staff were nice, others weren't. One team member literally would not take his eyes away from his phone while helping me.

Location is good for st pancras and tube stations. But otherwise, it's a dodgy area. Staff called me babe and were flirtatious, which was in no way reciprocated. You can here the tube in the rooms when the music and noise from the bar isn't loud. Toilets were gross.

Awful experience…. I went straight and confident after I stayed at the one in Paris, but nothing compared!! The girl who ‘welcomed’ me didn’t want to help me at all with the locker since I couldn’t check in before 3pm, and she kept this extremely annoyed face all time, fake smiling like she didn’t want to have anything to do with me.. Dirty rooms, thin walls that make you hear every single noise in the hostel, Only the location in kinda convenient since it’s very close to the tube… but other than that 2 stars is enough.

I really wanted to give this property a better review but I can’t get past the fact that a man in my room physically threatened two guests on two separate nights. This was reported but the threatening guest remained and further enabled. Assault should never be tolerated! This facility is simply unsafe.

Never stayed in such a disgusting hostel. It really was the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. The bathrooms were disgusting, almost every toilet was out of order (also the one in our bedroom) and the others were absolutely hideous. The eight bed room was cold, because one of the windows was leaking and the heaters were off. We asked at the reception about it, and they just gave us a second blanket. Would definitely not recommend this place, and will not come back.

It's lucky there's curtains on the bunk beds, because that was basically the only redeeming factor of my stay. The sinks in the rooms didn't work, the shower was impractical and smelled dank, the rooms were dusty. The common room/kitchen facilities were the biggest let down. There was a tap... with no sink. The options of plates and bowls included 8 small mugs... and nothing else (so you could eat out of a tiny mug.... or your hands!). Also no ovens, preparation materials of any sort. They clearly wanted patrons to spend time and MONEY upstairs in the super average pub, at which discounts for people staying were also super average. Don't forget to book through their specific website too or they'll want to charge you 4 quid for a very basic breakfast (or just go up the road to a bakery and pay have as much for actual quality) There's also a low-tier DJ that will disturb your ears and your sleep if you stay on the weekends. His music choices were played loudly and exemplified the poor quality of the entire hostel.

Sleep is impossible. It's 1:30am and the music is still blasting downstairs. And I'm not talking at a volume where you can just about make out what the song is. My phone automatically logs ambient music, and I've got the whole playlist. You can enjoy the party from the comfort of your need, whether you want to our not. If that's what you're here for then maybe that's ok. If you want to sleep you're SOL. It's so bad that it should have been made clear when booking: not for people who want to sleep. The location is incredibly convenient for an early train from St Pancras, but do yourself a favour: pack a sleeping bag and sleep on a bench in the station. I wish I had.

I have stayed at St Christopher’s in other cities, I know what I am paying for 😉 but was disappointed by this one. As a female solo traveller, I couldn’t believe that in there were beds without curtains? It was very unsettling to not have that very minimum level of privacy, something I thought would the BARE minimum, specially in a mixed gender room. I booked my trip very last minute, so stayed in 3 different rooms. I was happy with the All female dorm, but the mixed gender 8 person room was a real shock. The 12 person mixed gender room was fine, and I was happy with it (curtains thankfully!) Overall, I probably would stay here again, but not until I am reassured that the bare minimum of privacy is promised for guests. Lovely location, helpful staff, and great bars on the street.

In a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Late bar!! It's fine for a hostel in Central London. If your looking for quite place to stay go find a monastery to anyone who wants to enjoy themselves here's fine a place to rest the head even if you get the odd person's back late after a night out!! I had a blast. Thanks all!!

Location was nice and the hostel is cheap as well. The toilet and douches were gross and there was no lock to keep our belongings safe. We shared the room with an incredibly loud snorting man and with another bit creepy mam which made the whole hostel experience even more horrible.

The staff was nice. The facilities were average. The bar below is great, but the fact that it’s right under your bed is not. If you want to party until 3:00 AM every night of your stay, this is your hostel. If not, don’t expect to get much sleep here. I can handle music and sound, but this was insane. You can feel the music vibrate in your bones (like you’re in a nightclub) while you’re in your bunk, so earplugs don’t help.

For my first time staying in a hostel, I had a great experience. Bruno at the front desk was amazing and even upgraded us to a female only dorm for free upon check-in. The bar downstairs and whole area in general is very lively at night so don't expect quiet time at 10 pm. For the price, this is a great stay.

I stayed here solo for one week. I booked a bed in the 12 room mixed dorm. The hostel is in proximity to the Mornington Crescent tube station. If you have luggage, you will have to climb the first set of stairs before reaching the lift at the station. Turn to the right as you exit the station to find the hostel. There is no lift at the hostel. There are two flights of stairs to the European first floor where the 12 room mixed dorm is located. The hostel is located in close proximity to Euston Station and King’s Cross Station. There are nearby attractions such as Camden Market and the British Museum. I thought the location was excellent for a tourist in London. When people say you can hear partying, it’s true. You can hear it through the floors. It honestly didn’t bother me too much though as I was exhausted from travelling around all day. I fell asleep right away. The Saturday night, however, there was music well until 2am. The Sunday night – nothing, dead. The underground rolling by sounds like someone rolling their suitcase down the hallway, but that’s like anywhere in London. Lots of sirens in this area too. Those sounds are like staying anywhere in London in my opinion. Lunch menu is reasonable. There is a discount available for guests, but I never had lunch there. Drinkable water is available in the chill out room. I used this to fill up my reusable water bottle each morning. As food isn’t allowed in the rooms, there is a mini fridge and a vending machine in the chill out room. Consider bringing a Sharpie to label your food using the provided labels. I used this space quite a bit during my stay. The garbage can could really be fixed and be emptied more regularly. Linen, covers, and a pillow are provided with the stay. Each bed comes with one assigned small lockable locker. The locker fits a 21” carry on suitcase very well. Locks are £3.50 and are non-refundable. Combination locks can also be used. I’d get a good quality padlock from U-Haul or Princess Auto before coming. The wifi was very fast and reliable. The personal power outlet didn’t require an adapter, which was much appreciated. I appreciated the privacy screens at each bed. There were two blowing fans on constantly to help with air flow on hot days. There is one ensuite shower and two sinks to share between 12 people, which didn’t become an issue during my stay. The private toilets and other sinks are accessible in the hallway. You’ll have to get creative as there is no counter space in the bathroom. Only one of the bathrooms has a mirror. As someone who stays regularly at hostels while travelling, the cleanliness is comparable with other hostels I’ve stayed at. While there is a personal electrical outlet at each bed, a personal shelf at each bed would have been appreciated to place my phone and other small personal items. This would also minimize fire risk as phones shouldn’t be left charging on a bed. I’m 6 feet 2 inches tall and I fit comfortably on the bed. Daily bed cleaning, as I thought was advertised, did not occur. The laundry facilities are £4 each for wash and dry. Card only. There is a laundromat a block away. Coins only. Near the hostel, there are many places to get last minute items such as shampoo, phone cards, and chargers. There is a Poundland, Aldi, and Tesco Express nearby for groceries. For coffee, there is Prêt and Costa. There are lots of fast food chains available. I felt very secure as the side entrance was locked and could only be accessed by tapping your key card. Each dorm room is key card accessible. It became a nuisance having to remember your card just to go to the bathroom, as they’re in the hallway, but better safe than sorry. A £2 deposit is required for the key card. Consider bringing hand sanitizer with you. This is a really great place to stay whether you’re someone who likes to party or not. If you’re not into the party scene, simply stay up in your hostel bed. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay in London.

If I could give this place 0 stars...I would. Not only is there mold growing in the showers, the hallways smell like armpits. The worst hostel anyone could go to. I purposely stayed out all day and got drunk just so I could bear taking a shower. I could only do it intoxicated. I was so uncomfortable in this space. The beds were clean thats it. You get discount drinks and food in the restaurant downstairs which is nice. Other than that, do not stay here. Cheap or not it wasn't worth it. I was traveling and many places were booked out so I was stuck with it. DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF. A guy checked in early and left within an hour.

I booked for 4 days and 3 nights, and couldn't stay more than 1. The only good thing about the location is that it's close to the stations. When my friend and I opened the doors, we couldn't believe how ugly it was! The rooms are very small, smelly and ugly. The lockers did not work, they are small and broken. We booked a mixed room, me and my friend couldn't sleep. If you're a girl, do yourself a favor and don't stay here. The manager was kind enough to change our rooms, the only good thing about the new one was that had fresh paint, the bathroom, and the beds weren't comfortable at all. This place needs an update and remodel. The food for bearkast was lame the plates were dirty, no one asked us for our "Free breakfast pass", during my trip I stayed at 3 different St. Christopher's and this was by far the worst ever! DON'T BOOK HERE!

I don't know if it's the visitors fault or the Hostels but those rooms are beyond disgusting. Horrible smell. The door to the shower has a HUGE gap so everyone could just record you while showering. Flushing the toilet was impossible. Water dripping in the sink 24/7. No ventilation, just two big and LOUD fans in a already extremely packed room. The location is amazing but that's it.

Extremely noisy disco bar on the ground floor, so because of this it was impossible possible to get any sleep before 3am. Very rude to have a loud kate bar and guest rooms, obviouly only interested in profit. The cleaning staff try their best with what has got to be the most grotty building in London. Tiny areas, tiny bed. The common area in the basement had no kitchen, just a tap with a water outlet. If it was summer i would have slept outside. Worst hostel I've ever stayed in. Only thing I can say positive is that it has running water.

Toilet in the room was the worst part. It was smelly, and awful. And putting up a bunk bend in front of toilet door, that's gross. Simple solutions could have prevented this awkwardness. You have big rooms, relocate your beds so that none faces the toilet. Put an automatic scent diffuser, put a bottle of toilet cleaner, put some plants in there, that's it. Best if you can have toilets n showers separate from the living area.

Had a great 1 night stay in Camden. The staff were nice and friendly. Mohammed made me feel welcome. The atmosphere is quiet and in the chill room was very homely. The breakfast was nice and fresh. First time I have had crumpets in a hostel. Great work guys.

Excellent service from Steve, who does the late night/early morning reception. The hostel itself is located in a nice area for nightlife and good food, and had good facilities, nothing to complain about. It was not too social unless you have good people in your room (luckily I did). One thing to note is I'd consider investing in some earplugs if you're staying on a Friday/Saturday, as the bar downstairs pumps music until 2am. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this place, especially for the price.

St. Christopher’s Camden was a pleasant hostel, I enjoyed the experience of waking up each morning to sip my coffee while watching the street vendors set up fruit stands outside the window, and falling asleep to the gentle rumble of trains going by in the night. It was irresistible. The check-in staff were very kind and accommodating. There is a small common area down the steps off the bar, wherein the kitchen is quite limited: a mini fridge and a glass-rinse sink suitably sized for filling water bottles but little more— to keep in mind. Location is handy, not far off Mornington Crescent Underground station and reasonably close to Euston. Breakfast is a hit or miss, here. Some days it’s ready twenty minutes early, some days twenty minutes late. Replenishment of aliments tends to be neglected in the latter half of the two-hour breakfast period. I have to commend the selection of digestive biscuits available with the coffee, though; they do Britain proud. Bunks are in triplicate with personal light and a generous selection of UK/EU/US electrical sockets as well as the standard USB ports, though the latter don’t all work. This location has been experiencing slight difficulties with hot water for a couple of weeks now; nothing drastic: only warmish showers, but they are in close contact with their specialist, and I have no doubt the issue will be fixed shortly.

If you're truly just looking for a temporary place to stay, this is where to go. There is a small bit of noise from the bar downstairs, but with earplugs or headphones it is hardly noticeable. The place itself is just an average hostel. For this low price in London, you will struggle to find a better hostel.

I sadly was not able to stay in the rooms but I just wanted to speak on the kindness and service offered towards me. I accidentally booked a bed for the wrong day and the woman at reception could not be more helpful in giving me recommendations and going so far as to walk outside to point me in the right direction to the other hostel. She also helped me with my cancellation as well. Five star service.

Genuinely the rudest staff I’ve encountered. Receptionist ignored me when it was literally empty and acted like it was such a pain to have to talk to me. Was extreme condescending rude and unhelpful when clarifying check in times and comepletely useless. I would pay more for better service. I cannot begin to describe how much this hostel is awful and a waste of money. First of all the staff is rude and insufferable. After looking at their website, I saw you can do early check in for free if there are beds available. When I came to ask about availability, the woman working was so rude and unhelpful and refused to let me in earlier and didn’t cite an actual reason as to why. She claimed early check in was hours later and had a fee. This is not what it said on the website. I asked her about places to leave my things and she was completely rude short and unhelpful. She told me I needed change to operate lockers but I had lost my debit card and she simply said that’s not my problem. This is true however kindness and helpfulness goes a long way. I asked for recs on places with cash back and was ignored. I was finally able to do cash back and came back with a 5 and she refused to break it for me so I could operate the machine. I had to leave again to have this broken. I asked if there was a lounge to chill in and She then said no and I can sit at the empty bar. However there was a lounge and when I confronted her she said sorry we’ve had issues with theft. I’m a paying customer and don’t understand why I would be considered a threat to theft. Later in the evening I went to check in again and was met by a deeply unhelpful employee. She was too busy making her friends and herself drinks at the bar to be any sort of effective help. I was ignored repeatedly. I complained to her about the service and about the other employee. Later in the evening, they were together and gossiping about me and making uncomfortable in all the common areas of the hostel. Secondly the common area. Smells absolutely rancid and there’s a couple of older men who smelt disgusting in there for the entirety of my stay. I reported this and the staff did nothing. These men would not leave me alone and kept talking to me. Finally the other clients. Majority homeless addicts who use in the rooms. Many of the clients were much older and high on drugs with one woman using in front of me. Once again I reported this to staff and they did nothing. The area is also very sketchy lots of creepy older men and drug addicts walking around. Very unclean area and hostel. Additionally male cleaning staff came in twice while I was changing or just out of the shower. Don’t expect anything pleasant you see online.

Nothing to complain. I dont unterstand why people nag about the noise (in the other comments) - it is well known that the bar ist downstairs. My room was directly above it, windows to the front and I didnt have any problems. The staff is super friendly and they have to make up for a lot of "little problems" because the hostel needs a few renovations. They are aware of it and do their best! :) My room (shared dorm, 8 people) was spacious, toilett and shower always clean. good breakfast deal. Good WIFI to work with. The charging possibilites at every bed were awesome and very helpfull! The location is superb of course and lots of good Cafes an restaurants around it! Thanks to Bruno and Mohammed for always making me smile!

I spent 4 days 3 nights with 48 students there and I really appreciated my stay Yes, the place is atypical as a youth hostel since there is a pub downstairs and it's quite lively at night. However, the staff is wonderful and very caring. I'll definitely come back, but not with underage students.

Stayed for one night and was generally okay - ultimately you get what you pay for and this is one of the cheaper options for hostels in London. Very good location in Camden, near tube station, bars, cafes restaurants etc. My experience with staff was good and they were friendly. The hostel is above Belushi's bar, but I stayed on a Tuesday night and around midnight noise stopped. I imagine it would get pretty loud on Fridays and weekends. Despite the bar I didn't feel that the hostel had the most sociable vibe. In terms of noise, you can also hear the rumble of the London Underground below the building, but it's not that loud unless you're super sensitive to noise. Beds were decent enough and fairly comfortable, however I did feel a bit itchy in my bed. Could do with a refurb and not the cleanest of hostels - splatter marks on the walls in places and what looked like a bogey on the wall too. The lockers are ok but make sure you bring your own lock. Again, you get what you pay for and this was fine for a cheap one night's stay, but if you're looking for somewhere a bit cleaner/more modern, more sociable and for a longer stay, you may wish to look elsewhere.

Good location and nice people. Rooms are small and cramped. If you're claustrophobic I would not stay here. It's above a bar with loud bassy club nights (not just weekends). The shower and getting ready areas are 1 per room of like 15 beds. It's just not great. But it's not awful. Social space and kitchen in basement small and dingy. The actual bar is decent but had it's own Google maps listing.

There is a reason this is one of the cheapest hostels in London!! Staff were friendly and helpful, and location was pretty good, however this is a loud, cheap hostel. Rooms were below average - three bed bunks shook any time one person moved and were very uncomfortable. There was no space in rooms for larger bags and there was only one small shower for a room of 12 (you also can’t change the temperature). Low level of cleanliness in the rooms and toilets. If you’re into partying every night this may be ok, but the hostel if very loud from the bar downstairs. The place also shakes and rumbles every time the underground goes past (so every 2-3 minutes). Even if you’re wearing earplugs you can still hear it. We ended up leaving 2 nights into our 5 night stay, it was not worth it.

30 minutes wait for check in the afternoon. Staff will ignore you if you sit at a table next to reception. Room of only 6 beds, paid more to have less people but stinks of feet and no shower people more than any seen before even with the fan pointed at my bed but supervisor says he smells only deodorant.

Visited a girl in the girls only dorm… there were other dudes there as well, if you a girl kinda creepy if you wanted privacy. Almost all toilets were broken. No curtains, and have the security bins were broken and wouldn’t want to leave my stuff in. Would avoid if I could .

Summary : Rude staff / Indifferent / a bit smelly I voiced my concern to the receptionist about how the power unit wasn’t available at my bed , specifically a male who didn’t provide his name but referred himself as FB. The first thing he said , I could do nothing about it and asked me to charge my phone in the lobby. He went on for about a minute to lecture me on how they are not responsible for making sure I have power supply , he is not a electrician and how I should ‘solve my own problem’. *End of discussion*. When I followed up on room available , he told that there were parties that haven’t arrived in the same room, but he refused to let me switch , claiming it is unfair to them , but without having thought on my situation or the fact that they might not even show up . I asked him to refund me instead , but he refused , even thought he wouldn’t do anything about my situation . Throughout the conversation , he showed me little respect , quoted ‘ I don’t understand your English ( I am an Asian who has IELTS level 8 btw ) ‘ , ‘ I don’t work with people who are passive aggressive ( how does it have to do with my tone ? As far as I am concerned I didn’t use any instructive tones nor name calling . ) . I read the raving reviews about your hotel , in fact I visited your other branch located in borough, they impressed me with their eager and helpful tone , I had to say it was a dismay to have wrongly chosen to stay at Camden . And I recommend people who read this review think carefully .

This is the best Hostel in the world! The staff are all extremely friendly and have made me feel sooo welcomed every time I have stayed! The social area is a great place to meet other friendly travelers from across the world. Great location and near a tube station so it makes exporting the city really easy. The beds are comfortable and I had a really lovely sleep. I could not recommend staying at this hostel enough and I look forward to my next trip to London!

Excellent stay in Camden. The team was really nice and looking after myself. Hostel was clean and tidy. It is 3/4 min walking distance from Mornington Crescent station and about 6min to Camden station which means super well located. The bar below the hostel create an amazing experience to meet people and have fun. I had a burger while watching the football (amazing location to watch sports as well) and it was damn good. I definitely recommend it.

Really close to Camden Town, surrounded by shops and places to eat. Belushi’s downstairs is the perfect place for a pint. Special mention to Steven working the breakfast in the morning. Super helpful and just a delight to encounter first thing in the morning. Felt safe the whole time and absolutely no dramas.

Staff were really lovely and the bar downstairs wasn't too bad, just a bit expensive. The location was really convenient. However, I think the hostel management needs to do some reviews on their cleaning staff. We were in our room during the day once and saw the 2 cleaning girls come in. They changed the bedding, swept the floor (poorly, they did not go under the beds or in corners), but did not do much else. They stood around chatting and watching videos on their phones. The claim that the bathrooms are cleaned every day is just not true. If the garbage bin was full or something was dirty in the bathroom, it was a few days before it was taken care of. Also the shower had no ventilation and got very hot and stuffy, there was also mould on the ceiling which likely explains the smell. The bathroom in the bar was immaculate and I used that instead whenever I could.

One of the best hostels I’ve been to! Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean, USB outlets and lamps in the bunks, and all the necessary facilities! Also in a great location, especially for the night life!

Well maintained, friendly staff, nice ambience, gives a good sense of Camden Town, and close to Central London. A bit more spacious in the dorms than another hostel in the area, has lockers (need a padlock) and blackout blinds in rooms and curtains round bunks which are all good. Plus a nice chill out room and pub. Central location makes it a bit noisy at night (earplugs help). Bear in mind it is low cost and obviously shared with others so don't expect luxuries (mainly loos and showers). Nevertheless, one of my favourite hostels in the area.

Lovely evening spent here on the 17th of November 2021 to watch a concert at The Roundhouse. I went with a friend and the hostel was very easy to find, not even much of a walk from the tube station so incredibly convenient. I greatly appreciated the offers they had in relation to the neighbouring pub, such as 25% off food, drink deals and the offer for free breakfast when booked directly from the website. The staff who checked me in and my friend was immensely polite and professional. The beds were also very comfortable compared to a lot of other London hostels I have stayed in and the price for my bed and room was incredibly reasonable. Only reason why this isn't a 5 star rating is that I unfortunately didn't get the best night's sleep due to being the central bed in a 3 bunk bed and the lodgers who I was sandwiched between were snoring heavily and the one who had the top bed was repeatedly rolling around in her bed. Would definitely recommend this hostel though and would book again perhaps a private room even if a bit costlier compared to the multiple occupant ones.

The room I was in was large and the beds reasonably comfortable but a friend showed me their room which was short on space with 3 tiered bunk beds. Still it was warm and secure. I booked on st Christopher’s inns website and thus gained free breakfasts and found said breakfasts to be healthy and satisfying. Camden Town is a very interesting part of London which is in the London borough of Camden which includes Bloomsbury. Close to Euston and King Cross stations. It’s where I lived in the 70s so I am returning home but it’s a friendly non pretentious area at the same time trendy. This hostel is smack in the clubs pubs shops and restaurants section so is great for visitors. I found this hostel to be more than ok. Great for short or long stays. The kitchen is however very limited but there is a cosy cellar which is unique. There you’ll find a microwave oven and a fridge and kettle a large tfl screen and a whole bunch of dvds. Enjoy.

a bad experience.me and a other friends stayed in the same room, room 6 together had a person (LUCAS) who worked at the hotel reception who slept in the same room.. he had no respect, he was always drunk and several timeshe was rude ..to the point of lying on my bed and trying to touch me..we ended up talking to the manager BRUNO and he simply ignored us and we ended up leaving..we had already been warned that this type of behavior is very normal in this hotel

Check in process was quick and super easy. Staff was very informative and gave great suggestions on all of the restaurants/pubs and things to do in Camden. The manager Bruno running the place is a top guy. Laundry is free.

The hostel staff were nice and helpful. However, I got bed bugs from being there. I know there's no other place I could have gotten bed bugs because it's the only hostel I went to. The staff were super accommodating changing my bed immediately, but they couldn't change me to a different room and I still spotted bugs and got bitten up again after I made the complaint. They also clearly did not prioritize cleaning the rooms besides changing the sheets because when I got to my new bed there was a dried booger on the wall next to the bed. When I got there the trash was overflowing in the bathroom making the whole bathroom smell horrible – and that wasn't taken out until a few days later after I had to tell the hostel staff. Overall, it was just very dirty and pretty gross. They clearly just prioritize their bar downstairs over the actual hostel and the vibes were just really off. The only good thing about the hostel was the location.

nice stay, good and clean hostel, super location and great and helpfull staff (especially the receptionist that checked me (and the mess that I am/was) in on the 6th July 22 - he saved my life. great guy!). Would stay here again, if I am visiting London again.

Had a great 1 night stay here. Room and beds were new, bathroom was clean and the room also came with a convenient locker for bags. Really liked the location as well - right next to a metro station, made it easier to get back in the evenings. The staff was really friendly too. Chiara was extremely helpful and made me feel welcome there.

I stayed for the past 2 nights with two of my friends (all 18 year old girls) and was such a friendly environment with very good value for money. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly. I believe the two who checked us out was Muhammad and Ciara who were especially lovely. Would really recommend!! Also a great location, just next to Kings Cross and a 10 minute tube away from most places central.

Middle of the road hostel that’s more for drinking and partying than chill social interactions. Props to the staff and Muhammad especially, who was nothing but helpful. The problems lie in the room. The location is excellent, but the bunks are short and noisy. You can hear noises filtering in well into 2 AM, and the lockers beneath your bed are loud and hard to use. The biggest problem is the shower, which left me NO space to move around at all. Might as well as strapped you down. The rooms are nothing to write to home about, and the social areas are rarely used during my stay. So if you come: go for the location, the drinks and partying. Stay away if you’re looking for a social and reasonably quiet environment.

I have to say my experience here was fantastic for £18 a night you get what you pay for but it is worth it. The beds are bunked by 3 all with privacy curtains. However I am not including a 5th star due to one of the beds not having a privacy curtain on it. The bar is well equipped and the staff are friendly and happy to help with anything the facilities were clean and kept in fairly good nick too.

Would not go there again. First of all, it was clean and there was one very cool staff member. But there was not a single working locker in a 8 person dorm, no wifi, loud due to the bar, the plugs didn't work on the first day, they put us in the upper and lower bed and a random snoring person inbetween us?, the tabs in the lady's bathroom of the bar didn't work and they got a barrel delivery friday morning at six which - I assume - woke up the whole hostel.

Good vibe and friendly staff. Steve in particular was wonderful and went above and beyond. Free breakfast too! Only downside was the kitchen and showers. Feel like the kitchen was a little too basic with not enough cups, plates, utensils etc. Shower cramped and kinda grimy. Overall though, a pleasant stay.

great location, free breakfast + rather quiet. fridge and microwave available. not very clean (toilet not flushing well and nothing done about it, + bad smell) a bit small (the shower especially) overall a rather good experience considering we paid about £20 a night.

Stayed for one night and had no issues at all. Upon arrival, Bruno was very friendly and welcoming and made it clear that not query was too much. The room was perfectly fine too, for a good priced Hostel the bed was comfy and there was a good working shower and sink. Location is perfect for Camden as it close to a tube station, Koko and many Cafes. I often visit London for a night out and can't always go back home same night due to trains so I book Hostels - I know I will always check for space here first now. Really good bar downstairs too!

It wasn’t the first time I’ve stayed here, it was nice as usual. Comfortable bunk beds, hot shower and a little kitchen corner in the lounge room with microwave and fridge, snacks and soft drinks vending machine. I couldn’t stay up until late at night because I had to wake up early in the morning after, so I didn’t go to the bar this time. The crew is friendly and can help you if you need. If you prefer eat something different than bar offers there are many hard discount shops, F n’C, restaurants, etc. around the hostel, very close to bus stop and Tube stations.

Had an absolute blast at st Christopher’s inn!! I stayed here in may and had a brilliant time. I’m staying once again in august and it’s exceeded my first impression, rooms are clean and quiet. Such a great experience staying here in a fantastic location! not to mention the staff are incredibly friendly and such great value. Super super helpful. The manager Bruno is a legend, and staff member grace is an actual hero like couldn’t thank them enough for all their help and generosity. honestly would stay here again for a third time, definitely recommending to a friend!
