I am warning people about the management. Mr Mario was a very unpleasant person, with a bully tendencies. I spoke to other women some of them experienced same things. I supose a long term residents arent complaining in a fear of being banned by the company, as Mr Mario is working there for over 10 years. However the company should investigate and take an appropriate action. This isnt a charity place when management is doing a favour to people, but a residential accomodation, and the residents arent homeless living there for free, but actually a paying guests, and should be treated with a respect and humanity.

The rooms are so good and budget friendly. Good accommodation for students. Especially Manager Jacob is very friendly and helpful. House keeper is also very helpful. He maintains the whole rooms with good lenin and toilets are clean and tidy. I love staying in Belvedere House only because of the staff and there maintenance.

The location is great, on the line of Piccadilly, District, and Circle line. Generally the value for money is OK. The staff there are nice and helpful. The reception can help to collect the parcels. There are cleaners working everyday to clean the kitchen and public area, as well to empty the trash in your room. However, the shared toilet is smelling and extremely tiny; the bathroom's facility is terrible: the user needs to press a button every 15-20 seconds to let the water continuously come out of the showerhead, and the water flow is quite weak. The heating goes off after midnight and it is freezing in the room (in winter), and apparently the quilt they provided is way too thin to keep your body warm at night. Furthermore, the sound insulation is insufficient. To sum up, for short stay according to the price it is a fine place.

terrible conditions in this hostel! dirty, poor cleaning, the residents of the hostel do not appreciate the silence in the hostel, the administration does not respond to comments! does not have the opportunity to take a shower normally, because the shower cabins are broken, the administration constantly promises to repair them, but unfortunately, these are only promises that last for months

I stayed in a triple female room for a night. The place is extremely clean, and the staff were super welcoming. Location was great too, near the metro. Small improvements can be made though, for example, towels were not provided but this was not mentioned at all during booking. They were available for rent which I only found out the next day when I asked the reception. It will be great if they can provide these information online so that guests will remember to pack their towels! Also, it was difficult to pack my stuff in darkness as I didn't want to turn on the lights when my roommate was still sleeping, but I had to prepare and check out. I know many hostels have multiple people sharing a room and they provide small individual lighting beside each bed (even a cheap mini reading lamp will make a big difference and they cost less than 3 euros). Since it was winter, the room was pretty cold so I couldn't sleep the whole night and got up to check the heating but it didn't seem to be running. The blankets provided don't trap heat properly. If they did, I don't think this will be a problem. Overall, it's a very nice place with good value for money and alot of potential to be excellent.

I live with my friend in G6 for a couple of months. It's a very spacious double bedroom with great views and sunshine in a great location near the Imperial college and Hyde Park. Toilets and kitchens are clean every day. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Not recomended for long stayng, unless you are lucky enough to have great "floor mate" to share the kitchen and the bathroom. Stale air because it everything close and full of doors wich need to be kept closed for "safety". And there is dust around. I ve never seen a deep cleaning in almost 2 years. The area is really good, the price kind of good as well.(but not so good for a charity maybe).

Warning volunteers! Attention!! Total disorganization and poor management to volunteer. In previous years, I had very good comments from volunteers at the Belvedere, now when you apply for the vacancies, they tell you that you are going to be a receptionist and when you arrive from your trip tired and confused, not only they don' t know about your arrival but they also tell you that you are going to be a housekeeper! Very unprofessional. They do not provide the necessary information about the services and benefits in exchange for volunteering. This Hostel does not provide basic kitchen utensils such as plates, cutlery and glasses. The included food service is in another hostel 40 minutes from there, which means that you may not get to have breakfast or dinner depending on the volunteer schedule. The trainings for the volunteers are not properly explained and the current reception volunteer demands that you should ask her how things should be done in an unrespectful bad way, without having previously given the correct training. Very confusing. And as a colleague volunteer not even empathic. If you want to volunteer here, keep in mind all these details. And hopefully you can work with colleagues who are willing and friendly to explain and/or help. Very sad to know that I have recommended this volunteering to someone and had a bad experience.

Decent hostel to stay in: especially during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic as I have a triple room to myself; they need to clean rooms without been asked though, otherwise pleasant stay.

I stayed here for one month in a triple room. Pros are: Good location, clean common areas and well maintained. The only thing I can complain is the comfort of the bed, but it was OK. In the end, it is good value for money.

Managed by one of the 'better' crews in the LHA Group and situated in a more quiet residential area, but a five minute walk in any direction will take you somewhere much more lively. πŸ‘πŸΎ

Overall satisfied given such a low price in a central location. Staff are very helpful. Some 4-5 bed dorm rooms and triple rooms are too tiny.

I stayed at Belvedere House for about 4 months, and the experience was warm and comforting. The rooms and the common areas are brightly lit, clean and neat. The staff is very kind and friendly. I met a lot of people from different countries and have also made some very good friends. The location is amazing very near to Gloucester Road tube station, close to a lot of supermarkets and in a very nice neighbourhood.

I'm staying here since last year and complained regarding shower so many times but they are not even replying to my email. As per the management they are waiting for the parts to repair the shower since last year. As looking for the accommodation in London isn't easy that's why have to stay here.

Spent over a year at Belvedere House. My experience here has been nothing short of incredible. Efficient management, clean rooms, kitchens and toilets. Living right in the heart of London for such a reasonable accommodation fee, it can’t get any better!

I've been there for like a month. The house is in a very good place. Next to the museum and other tourist places in London. The staff they are all very friendly. I felt like I was at home. They have a lot of showers and toilets in the building, so they are never busy. The internet connection is very good as well as the wash and dry machine perfect, also they have a kitchen for cooking you meal if you want. What can I say more? All perfect. Thanks to all. If I come back London. Of course I would love to stay with then again. I wish all the best to all the staff . Thank you and see you next time. Yes

The place is central , but be careful with the staff and be careful with your credit card. They copied the date and subsequently deducted it from my card
