Awful, place to avoid. The noise in the rooms is unbearable, as it directly faces Cromwell Road. It might be the cheapest place in London, but it is stingy as hell. Awful food in breakfasts and dinners. They treat you as an underage teenager in every respect. Certainly an unlucky enclave of the past. House to avoid.

this is an address to avoid. if only there were dilapidated toilets where the camp beds were uncomfortable with pillows that were too thin. but there is also work in the middle of August. The straw that broke the camel's back was the breakfast which was rationed to one croissant per person. I found myself refusing to take a second one. so we left before the deadline. and we found better for the same price. the sisters who manage this house do not differentiate between an adult and a teenage student. what's more, they are stingy. the sheets in 5 days were never changed. In short, the price may seem competitive but considering the services it is a steal. so yes the neighborhood is charming. but that's all. some advice if you still want to go there anyway. ask for the rules to be explained to you first. otherwise beware of surprises. breakfast is limited... how sad to give such a bad image to a Catholic institution that is already in bad shape.

Stayed here as a student in 1996. At first I was worried about the shared bathrooms, but turned out to be a non-issue. Food was great and made lots of friends. One of the most me.memorable times of my life.

WC and shower on palm trees. Student listening to music in front of our room. Mattress and pillow from the war. Unattractive breakfast. The all-powerful and picturesque sisters as they embody the bell tower of anti-modernity. Namely, if you are not happy, take the door. The customer is not king in this enclave from another time. They pride themselves on being the cheapest in London. But in fact, there are better ones like the generator for example. In short, the hotel services are unworthy. And I'll even go so far as to say that it's false advertising.... Nothing is professional about this place. At your peril.
