STAY AWAY- the rooms are fairly nice, they have a courtyard and it is in a good location. So why stay away? Every night we stayed here the fire alarm went off sometime between 5-8 AM. The fire alarms are very sensitive and they're right in the kitchen; so they go off every day. Additionally, if you're staying for 5 nights they will charge you 5 pounds for new towels and never clean your room. We got here a little bit early and they charged us 20 pounds to check in to our room. Most of the hotel staff are friendly, but some of them are extremely rude. Again, it is a nice property, but very flawed. You can find better in this area for the same price and not be worked up by the piercing sound of fire alarms everyday.

Hands down the best value you will get in central London. It is close to the underground station, many shops around, clean rooms and friendly staff.

War für eine Nacht in London absolut ok, mit schöner Dachterasse. Mittlerweile gibt es das Angebot aber wohl nicht mehr.

Dreadful!! Fire alarm went off twice the first night and again early on the second morning. There was no explanation, apologies or even assurance that it was safe to return to the building. In fact the third time the member of staff on duty stayed in the office with the blinds down until my daughter found him to ask if it was a false alarm to be told nonchalantly "Yep, false alarm"! Really not good enough!!

Lovely place to stay

Le lieux est super bien situé, il y a pleins de bus pour rentrer le soir. La chambre est pas mal niveau agencement: lit, salle de bain indépendant avec wc, bureau, placard... Problèmes: le ménage n'a pas été fait avant mon arrivé dans la chambre. Pleins de poussières partout. Tâche de chocolat sur le plan de travail de la cuisine. Brefs ça ne fait pas propre du tout! Des réveils impromptu: ils lavent les vitres à 8h.... et alarme incendie à 8h30! Deux matins différents. Ça fait pas trop rêver!

Love this place, awesome value and location, friendly staff, nice spacey rooms, fridge, microwave, cutlery, sink,.. Dishwasher! Big desk. Hope they still have enough spare rooms to keep it going when the students are back. The cleaners are really bad though, they didn't even empty the bins from previous guest. Surfaces not clean, cutlery not cleaned properly. And the fire alarm goes off most most days, leave everytime or risk it being a real fire. For the price, still awesome. If the price goes above £80 though I'd lower the rating
