Do not recommend, avoid at all costs. We booked the conference room B for an all day working session, and we were shockingly surprised that the photos don't provide an accurate depiction of the state of the basement. See the photos attached, please beware: - There is mold growing on the walls - There are holes on the walls covered by some sort of fabric. - The table in conference room B is broken, it gave us a shock when we used it during a conference call. - The sliding door is broken - The dehumidifiers are very dirty and not good enough to use - There aren't enough plugs, not ideal for multiple people. - The heating has to be plugged in and due to lack of plugs its either the wifi or heating or dehumidifier. I think this place should be closed until all these things are fixed, cannot be health and safety compliant.

The coworking space has no light, no air-conditionning (it is really warm and there is no fresh air), the chairs are not comfortable and the working space is too small. Even if the staff is nice, I felt like the whole experience is over-priced (also the food) and I couldn't work effitiently. I will avoid this place in the future.

I went to Shoreditch to go to a specific coffee to work on my drawings. Turns out that the place was closed and I walked a bit throughout Shoreditch and I looked at this coffee shop. At first, I thought that maybe it was a normal coffee shop but when I entered the place, it was magnificent! This place is a total gem! I was lovely greeted by the staff, they have a Super Nintendo which you can play if you want, a lot of space for co-working if you need, they have a snooker table and lots of things downstairs, including a creative area. Highly recommend this place, it is underrated but an amazing place to do your work on London.

The space is so tranquil and cozy. I love low key co-working spaces instead of the commercial big names. Just the right amount of people around you. And not to mention super affordable ✌️

this place is cool you can pay by the hour and the space is very nice and homey, there's a downstairs section that is (usually) pretty empty + private calling booths on the main level. wifi all good and overall is a little cute quite getaway from the busy street outside

Perfectly placed in the heart of the trendiest area in London, Shoreditch! Great atmosphere, a good work place for my team with good meeting facilities. What a find!

Great place to work and grab some food / hot drink. The setup is work desks everywhere. Some desk you need membership for or pre book. But still a good atmosphere to work in.

Great location, incredibly friendly service. They had pumpkin spice and gingerbread lattes in March!!! Vegan and vegetarian options for those needing them. I didn't use the co-working space but it did seem cool. Highly recommend for a morning coffee.

Co-balance is an extremely professional place, well maintained and have great standard of service. Definitely recommend for formal as well as informal gathering!

Popped in for a coffee and got pleasantly surprised by the beautifully designed interior this place offers. In addition to a very good coffee the place provides a co-working environment as well; it has plugs and desks both sitting and standing. The friendly barista Juanita also mentioned downstairs would be some meeting rooms which are being decorated just now. It somehow felt to me like a great place with a boutique hospitality style where you can simply sip in your coffee but also a place to get some work done if you are need of it. Luckily enough you will find Santander cycle hire right in front of the entrance door. I thought that was really handy as I had to cycle towards the city. Warmly recommend this little gem on Shoreditch Highstreet :)

We hired the downstairs for a 15-year-old's birthday party. It was the perfect space, with plenty of character and different rooms/zones for them to hang out or dance. It's certainly not a kids' venue, but worked very well for them. The price was very reasonable for the area, and special mention to Simon at the venue, who was attentive but not intrusive, and a thoroughly nice chap.

Super friendly staff. Excellent coffee. It's a relatively quiet place considering the distance to the road. Best value coworking I've found. I booked a desk when a monitor, but when I came back from lunch someone had taken it. Be sure to mark it somehow or, for the business owners, please leave a sticker with the reservation.

Wouldn't recommend using this venue for events. Manager/ host from hell very deceiving and really rude. My friend and I both had the same experience if i knew she experienced this I wouldn't t have used the space.

Favourite place to work when not in the office - great coffee and food, quiet but not too quiet, and excellent facilities all round. And the staff are lovely - always so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff and great coffee. The place provides a productive atmosphere which really helps me to focus on whatever task I bring there to work on or complete. Definitely Shoresditch's most prolific study cafe in my opinion.

Lovely with friendly staff. Not a great venue for big groups. Accoustics not great & WiFi was very intermittent but staff worked hard to fix it.

Really nice environment, good quality coffee and light food options. Laptop friendly! Totally recommend. It also has some special packages for working there in their co-working space.

Held a mixed purpose meeting here and hired out the lower ground floor. The space was perfect for us and everything went brilliantly - great comms, friendly service, excellent food and drinks and a lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend if you need a meeting space or if you're just heading in for a coffee and a pastry. Thanks!

My favourite place to work at on the weekend. Clean, cosy, good music, good coffee, great vegan options (croissants, sandwiches, salads) and a nice staff. You can feel safe to leave your laptop unattended.

If I could I would give a rating of a -100! The owner, or a manager of this place (Bhush) is a most petty and a pitiful man I have ever met. Recently he requested a help with cleaning and maintaining the cafe, and although being extremely satisfied with the service he tried to get at me for working 30 minutes longer than he expected, even when agreeing he had given me many tasks. Although, having that ridiculous issue he saw no problem with asking me to come and help him again - and all in one message at that! This man should have his head examined! Anyways, trying to believe that he might be a good person regardless, I have agreed to come and help him. After another successfully performed task he now slanders my name on internet saying that I have charged him an incorrect amount of money although he was perfectly aware of terms and conditions and specifically that there was a 2 hour minimum policy in place. This man is crazy and both him and his place should be avoided at all costs. Also I had a chance tasting his coffee some time ago when out with friends... and unfortunately the coffee was cheap and milk burned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Tired decor, furniture, cramped space upstairs and dingy / damp / musty / very bright downstairs. wifi was poor. Horrible and inefficient work space. If we hadn’t booked in advance we’d have gone to a coffee shop and had a better place to work than this. Don’t book it!

the staff were so rude, the place was NOT it. photos were definitely fake and to top it off my friends got kicked out for vaping OUTSIDE, because the owner could smell the vapes

Our team ran a charity event at this space and it was fantastic. Love the effortlessly beautiful foundation of wood flooring, vaulted ceilings and exposed brick, which allowed us to easily add our own touches and branding to create the perfect space for our event. The staff were wonderful before and throughout the event, making sure all our deliveries were safe ahead of time and even stepping in to help with setup and tear down. Can't wait to see what this space becomes over the coming months and keen to hold future events here.

Well below our expectations , the staff were rude and had lied to us , the wi-fi was bad and the “arcade” was broken. Throughout the night me and friends had felt as though we were not welcome .
