Rose ice cream is really Beautiful and lovely! Good try!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN AT ANY ESTABLISHMENT, avoid the rude Caucasian lady/manager there!(unfortunately didn't get her name) So I usually always go to Amorino in Stratford and it's one of the best ice creams in London, However I went to this branch in garrick street on 09/09/2022 around 945pm and had ordered 2 small ice creams as I didn't want too much ice cream at the time, I asked to add a sample of each flavour(except the sorbets) on the cone as suggested by another amorino staff in stratford (a must try) but when I asked for that the Caucasian lady working there who seemed like the manager laughed at me and embaressed me in front of my friend and others saying, why did you order the small if you wanted each flavour. I had no clue it was against the policy to want to add a small amount of each flavour on the small ice cream as I usually always get that exact thing in the stratford branch which was suggested to me by an amarino staff there. If I wasn't allowed to get it she could have just said no and said you have to choose 1 or 2 flavours as per their policy, but instead I was laughed at and publicly shamed by the manager for even ordering a small, as if wanting to not have too much ice cream at 9pm at night after a big dinner is a sin. ALSO, besides that even as I got up to the counter that same lady was rude to us as we approached the counter saying we had to order using the self checkout screen (which I had no idea was even there as it was behind me and usually I always order at the counter). The way she asked me to do it was as if I was a lower class citizen to her with no knowledge on how to use a touch screen. P.s the asian guy with a beard working there actually did end up making it for me and was nice even though the caucasian manager was still laughing about us behind the counter, however my friend didn't get his one made as the manager made a fuss about it which was the main reason as I wanted him to get a taste of each flavour as he never tried amorino.

Ice cream is nice, but I don't know why they didn't put my macarons in the box counter show!! They put all in this ice cream cup and the lid can't close it!!! My macarons all smash when I back home...

A fun place for gelato! Not as Italian as I would like but it's great on a hot day! PRO: - Unlimited flavors on the cone - Mild flavor CON: - Too many flavors on the cone muddles the flavor - Flavor (Pistachio) is a little weak - Busy so customer service can vary - No place inside to sit SUMMARY: I enjoyed this due to the unique presentation. Good flavor though not intense Gelato.

We get gelato roses here. The artists take their time making works of art, not very useful when you have 2 kids bothering you for their ice cream. My kids started licking before I could get an insta photo. A nice break when you are strolling the streets.

Staff super friendly and I were able to pick all the flavours I wanted , and the presentation of the ice cream was absolutely beautiful!! The best Gelato I ever had. Amazing quality and equally artistic the cones were. Great in taste and would love to go back everyday. A must visit for everyone in the vicinity.

The gelato was way too sweet and did not really taste like the flavour at all. Disappointing as there was a long queue to get it and was quite expensive. The rose didnt really look like a rose, it was just a mess :(

My favourite ice-cream shop. The flavours taste great, the variety in flavours is huge and there are also french macarons to choose as topping. Amazing honestly! Only thing is the staff change so frequently they always have to train new people how to do the Rose petals on the cones, so newbies are very slow at it.

This is a lovely and busy ice cream parlor. They have amazing and delicious ice cream flavours. And the presentation of your ice cream spikes the happiness instantly. Ice cream is so beautiful and yummy. I had tried their chocolate, pistachio and hazelnut flavors and loved it. I'm gonna go there again and again.

Delicious Gelato!! Just how it should be! Went there on a hot day in London and was not disappointed!! The service was very nice, the choice of flavors very broad and the portion generous (got a small size)!! Strongly recommend!

It's usually good but one of the staff was apparently new so the quantity of the ice cream he would put was too little comparing to others, also he wouldn't be able to make the flower design right. I addressed that and another staff replaced the cone for me thankfully.

The waffle sticks which are £8 are absolutely terrible , I don’t think I’ve ever had a waffle that was more tasteless and plain in my life . The macaroons aren’t nice either , I tried the chocolate , vanilla and cheesecake one and all of them weren’t nice . The pistachio macaroon was okay. The blueberry cheesecake and Italian special ice cream they had also weren’t nice at all . Everything is overpriced.

Nice ice cream shop at a very busy and good location. Never tried this franchise before, but I have to admit that it's pretty nice. Prices are moderate, the selection of flavours is pretty big, including the ones for people with dietary restrictions (vegan, etc.) The service at the time of our visit was friendly, however, their "self-service" screens are a little bit weird as I would expect someone to talk to me, maybe make a recommendation or share a story with me in such places, but this these screens that are intended to simplify the whole process of purchase achieved the complete opposite of it, in my opinion. Maybe it's just my impression, but due to this, it gives me an impression of a "fast food" place, where people simply go to fill up their empty stomach rather than socialise, spend quality time with friends, etc. Therefore, the value is good, the selection is good, the quality/taste is also good but, on the other hand, the concept that they follow doesn't make sense to me personally. I general, I can recommend it for a takeaway "scoop and cone".

Ice cream absolutely delicious with lots of different flavours...macrons also delicious.....I went there with my niece while on holidays from Ireland she really loves ice cream and she couldn't get enough of your ice cream and macrons... also loved the way the cones were served in the shape of a flower.

Amorino is my favourite gelato in London but yesterday I ordered a tub from this branch via Ubereats and it was very under-filled (I know because I have had fully filled tubs before). Will be ordering from/visiting other branches instead.

Not bad. Not great. It was reported by many as the best ice cream in London. If you care about your ice cream shaped in a flower, you’ll enjoy that I suppose. But the taste, flavor and consistency was just fine. Very similar to what you’ll get at every other place that sells gelato in London. And the gelato macarons weren’t special. Just go to Paul’s and get a proper macaron.

I have never seen this rose shape ice cream. You can chose many different flavours to make up the rose.

Amorino is the place to be when the weather is warm and you are craving ice cream. It is undoubtedly the best Italian Ice Cream in London. With a variety of flavours, reasonable prices and efficient staff, we will definitely be visiting again.

I came to the store to pick up an Uber eats delivery. There was a huge line and many satisfied customers. I was offered 2 samples whilst waiting and I must say I will be back when I'm not working. The new girl was very skilled in shaping her ice creams like flowers and was doing a fantastic job. I was shocked when she said she had only been working a week. The lady who prepared my order was also very nice and fast with getting the order ready. Recommended for drivers and customers.

Yes this isn’t a fancy premium place but is great for a sunny day. The mango and passion fruit sorbet drink is a great combo. We also ordered some cones, a cup and another drink all where decent. Portions generous and flower shape is cute. The only let down was the macaron. 5 stars because service is amazing despite being super busy
