Nice atmosphere and fast service! The pistachio croissant had lots of cream. I expected like crema al pistacchio, it was like custard. But I enjoyed anyway. They have many seats also the upstairs, free wifi, and bathroom. I would like to return when I'm in the area!

This place is not just about good coffee but good food, pleasant service and carefully designed interiors (while the space inside is limited, it’s laid out well). This coffee shop is worth a visit. P.S.: love that staff are down to earth, while they take pride in the brand, there is no hint of arrogance. Hope it stays this way.

Tasty breakfast in Queensway. Went there at brunch time, had a Pistachio croissant and a Avocado and salmon on toast with black rise, with a Matcha latte. Nice portions and good service. Spent around 19£.

I came to try it after I tried the one in Marylebone. This branch is a bit larger with seatings on its mezzanine. Excellent coffee and service.

The most fantastic pistachio croissant EVER! Tasty espresso, as well as quality (fresh) take-away pasta. Thank you Brenda and Rihong for your lovely service early in the morning! 🥐 ☕️

Very good coffee. Selection of sandwiches and pastries is typically Italian. Pain au chocolat was quite good. Mozzarella and tomato focaccia was not bad but really needs some more flavour and olive oil. Worth a visit. Seating on the top floor, but wished they cleaned that area more frequently.

Exceptional fresh croissants, plenty of options and fillings (even wholegrain, which is quite hard to find) good quality coffee, breakfast buns, pannini and sandwiches available. Breakfast kitchen was not open but we were told is due to open in few weeks. Staff is Italian , very welcoming and kind. The sitting place up-stairs can be a good place to work….

Excellent coffee, really good selection of drinks pastries and all kinds of bakery. The upstairs sitting are has a great view over the serving area so you can enjoy your choice of drink looking from above how other things are being prepared.

The best coffee in London by several miles…especially when Ivan makes the perfect cappuccino to kick off your Sunday!

Positive vibes and a cosy sitting: Was dealing with Ali murad, and he made me the best cappuccino I've ever had in London! My partner enjoyed her mocha too!

My absolute favourite go to cafe in the area - the food, drink and staff are all lovely (particularly Amelia & Mariusz!!!) and it's a great atmosphere to meet with friends or get some of work done. Highly recommend :)

Cute cafe with great coffees and snacks - even pasta pots and sandwiches! The atmosphere is great, and love the mezzanine level! They have iced cappuccino and chai for the summer, they're both delicious. It's a bit disappointing they're serving them in plastic cups though even when eating in. They have delicious vegan croissant offering, but have taken the acai bowl off their menu :(

What a hidden gem! My Friends and I were passing through and so fortunate to have found this Coffee shop. We had couple of coffee and filled croissants with some friends . They have good variety of food from sweets to savories. My friend loved the V60 and it’s nice that you have freedom to chose the type of coffee beans. The hot chocolate is the best in town! the Pistacchio Croissant and Nutella croissant were AMAAAZING! 😋 The staff was committed to great service and were very friendly and polite. Will definitely come back soon :)

Having frequented here before, it was rather disappointing. Mostly the staff let the place down, the gentleman was rather rude, plus got the order wrong. Mixing a hot chocolate for a matcha latte. The place itself was clean, the matcha latte was ok. Not spectacular. The variety of foods are again, standard.

Had a nice breakfast at Arro for £17.20. The salmon bagel was the thing I enjoyed the most, tasted lovely and was very fresh. The pistachio croissant was alright, I have to say the croissant was layered and puffy however the pistachio cream could have tasted better. The cream tasted more like flavored custard to me. The oat latte and cappuccino were bright but I personally prefer a thicker consistency. Overall experience was above average, I recommend going to Arro for sure and will defo be back again. The ambiance on the lower floor is much better. The upper floor would be a very good place to work or study from.

Hi guys! Hope all is well! Well, I Am NOT! So so disappointed since, this cute little cafe in my neighborhood was one of my faves! Let me be crystal clear, my dear loving Italians you are misrepresenting your beautiful food and coffee!!! I am so Upset! Pastry is not good at all! There is no flavor! Your croissant is like eating sponge!!! You macchiato was the WORST I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! Shame on you! Oh let me tell you about your ICED CAPPUCCINO, the most tasteless I EVER TRIED! Please let’s correct this and just call it Iced Milk gone Rotten!!! It’s more suitable!!! Your Italian ancestors are rolling in their graves out of shame!!! Do you realize just 2 meters across you have competition and down the Westbourne street wonderful caffès with super delicious coffees and pastries! Maybe it’s time to check it out and learn some lessons. Sorry got to say how truly it is!!! Also, even though your staff was told to fix the coffee they refused it. Or rather completely ignore it!!! So it’s up to you now how you handle this! I’m out!😡

I love their oat latte, came in for the first time, guy at the front noticed that I was first in line but decided to dismiss me and ask the girl behind me what she would like, which is fine, but acknowledgment is brutal. Luckily the barista behind noticed me and politely served me. Overall not a complaint, love the place and set up. Give it a go if your just passing by or in Queensway and love coffee!

Baristas need to be taught the proper amount of tamping pressure. Despite my requests they just lightly tap the grounds for espresso with the tamper. That won’t ever result in a great cup of espresso. In the past they had other people making coffee, the current crew needs to be educated since the self-proclaimed “temple of coffee” needs to stand up to the name.

You'll love their fluffy giant custard croissant, worth every penny (£3.80 in Nov22), good custard too; alternative fillings available (pistachio, hazelnut, Nutella), plus some regional specialties like the pasticciotto! I also appreciated the solid box for takeaway, easy to carry and fit for purpose

Very nice coffee, but the seating area is a bit small. Overall, really enjoyed the vegan breakfast and the coffee!!!

Welcoming environment, perfect for an indulgent breakfast. Coffee was good, and their own panettone and pastries were delicious. Staff was helpful, and would go back for their variety of breakfasts/lunches.

Ohhh I love this place 🥰 Every time I want a little bit of peace and just enjoy my coffee I go there. Beautiful cafe with super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious drinks (coffee, tea, turmeric latte etc). I am still yet to try their food but their is a great variety of pastry as well as breakfast and lunch menu 🥰

Lovely coffee, nice and quiet space. Spent about a hour and a half here sitting and drinking coffee. After 5pm, it started picking up a bit but still lovely, cosy and warm. Staff are lovely and friendly

Serves really good food, the avocado on toast based breakfast items and the pistachio pastries are highly recommend, and great coffee (probably the best cappuccino in the area). On my visits the service as been friendly and prompt, and the cafe as a nice light contemporary design.

Great coffee and the staff is simply amazing! Thanks to Giorgia and Ivan for the impeccable customer service as well as the attention to quality on the products you offer. 5 star is the least I could give. I would give 10 if this was possible!

Arro is a great coffee shop. Good choice of beans, freshly ground. The coffee is carefully and thoughtfully made and the flavour is sublime. I thoroughly recommend going for the barista for an hour experience. Alessandro was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and charming as a host. Also, you can get syphon and Turkish coffee here, you just have to ask. And as a bonus, the food is great too
