Came for coffee, very cool place with nice interior. It has outdoor seating as well.

Great coffee place in Waterloo. Amazing internal design. Very mix and match alternative. See pics. Had a soya latte and an apple pie. Great taste made on the day. Apparently turns into a bar at night. So perfect for a midday coffee after you stroll through Lower Marsh market, and right next too London's graffiti hub! Very relaxed and calm atmosphere with so much character.

My new favourite bar! Amazing cocktails, v good value, nice bartenders. Plus such a cool street with so many other options, will definitely be back for a toastie too! The spicy marg & espresso martini were 10/10 thank you! Would be a great option down the road from the young/old vic pre/post theatre too. Plus for the summer they have a lil garden out the back too.

Lovely bar/cafe that feels very much like being in a cool European city. No draught beers, but it's £4.50+ for a bottle of lager. £5 for a glass of wine or £18 for a bottle. Plenty of seating downstairs and lovely staff.

Staff are aloof, immature, manager especially angry. I decided to take a meet up (20 +) people elsewhere after a bad experience. Previous experience included being rushed out whilst they asked their friends to stay for a lock in. Need some older or more mature and warmer staff. As otherwise a great bar. What a shame me and my friends feel we cannot go there now without a frosty or angry interaction. Manager needs to calm down, listen to customers. This post could have been avoided through a calm rational chat.

Ok to be fair I’m only giving 4 stars based on how cosy this place is. I did get coffee from here but didn’t get to try it unfortunately.

One of my favourite cafes in the city. Is a warm haven in the winter and perfect for the summer with a terrace at the back and seats outside at the front. Their coffee is delicious and if you are a cat person you would love to know that the coffee shop owns three cats that love to sit and get to know the customers.

One of the last remaining small, independent cafes in London. When they closed down my favourite coffee spot in Shoreditch (just off Brick Lane), most often I chose to come here and one more tiny place in Crouch End. Love it for the interior, atmosphere, cats and crowd. Also because they play great music which adds to the vibe and serve alcohol, so you can have your afternoon coffee and later on a drink.

Great place to have a drink day and night. There are people on their laptops, reading a book, and groups of people chatting. Great atmosphere and background music. Food and drinks look good. I'd definitely recommend and I will be coming back!

I've visited this spot on December 2021. at 2:00 pm. It's really nice place, with quiet atmosphere, and staff seems friendly even with each other, which I noticed and liked. I ordered Americano but it wasn't really great for my taste, but I enjoyed it with my siblings. Generally, I liked being in this place because there was so much to look at and it was quiet.

This coffe place/bar is splendid. Lovely experience thanks to the lovely bartender, who even let us bring a sandwich from outside in, given that the bar had finished them. The atmosphere is great both upstairs and downstairs. During the day is also perfect to get some work done.

Update from 4 star. 4 of us went on a long walk to get there on friday and arrived at 10.30pm. Even though sign outside said they were open until 11.30pm they said that last orders was 10.30 and we couldnt get a drink. I go there a lot in the day for coffees, toasties etc but won't be returning or recommending it to anyone any more. Disappointing.

Such an establishment! We usually come for coffee and breakfast but last night came for cocktails and loved it. Great buzz without being too crowded or noisy, great selection of reasonably priced cocktails and good cheese toasty

Cute cafe by day/bar by night. We had delicious, warm and cheesy toasties on our visit in the morning, along with a well made flat white. Lots of personality in the cafe, and it’s located on an interesting street with more such shops/cafes. The only negative was that one of their fire alarms started going off erroneously and the blaring sounds lasted a good 15 minutes while the person managing the counter tried to find a way to disable the alarm.

Quite possibly the most authentic and sincerely friendly and cosy bar I've ever been to. Locals love it and so will you. Leave your ego at the door though, and pat the cats, this is their domain.

Great selection of beers and an extensive cocktail menu. Loved the atmosphere and vibe

It was a unique place to get a coffee in the morning. The baristas were nice but the cafe itself was a little dirty. There were also flys that almost went in my coffee. However, the latte was very good. If it was a little cleaner I'd give it a 5 star review. I think one should go if they haven't been but be ok with the personalty of the cafe.

Nice little bar with an outside terrace and they have German weizen beer. And a cat 😸

Love this place. Rather scruffy but reasonably priced and no loud music so you can hear yourself speak! Also have cats wandering around. What's not to like?

Quickly become one of my fav London pubs! Lovely atmosphere and pleasant staff. I wish there was a better selection of beers, but the Old Fashioned was very good, and I look forward to trying the wine next time I'm there. Loved to see the little cat wander around too!

A lovely independent cafe/bar. Enjoy some fresh coffee during the day, or a great cocktail at night. Really nice chilled vibes and funky decor.

Lovely place with two very cute cats coming to say hi to you. Try it for a good cafe when you are near Waterloo.

Lovely hidden little cafe. Great coffee which they roast themselves. Good selection of traditional cakes and pastries too. The staff were cheery and friendly. It’s very “vintage” in style which is lovely - although it’s a bit dark when you first walk in! Lovely atmosphere though.

My favourite café in all of London. Lovely staff, a great atmosphere and two friendly kittens! An ideal place to have a slow coffee and watch the day roll by. Great also in the evening for cocktails!
