Just as we were pleasantly surprised with the place as soon as the lift door was opened, the fall was rapid when tasting the poor quality of their dishes. The views from the roof top are certainly exceptional and the setting is really beautiful and perfect for spending time with friends and having a drink. But only drinks (even though the cocktails are expensive and small). The starterts are normal, well presented, all correct to accompany a drink but the main ones are basically bad. The tuna burger has no flavor, no taste, it is difficult to eat ... the fries are burnt... The pasta is possibly the worst you can eat in London, tasteless, undercooked ... difficult to eat. The worst of all is the price because the dishes are very expensive.

Good view and personnel is trying to give service. Drinks are way overpriced and simple food as a charcuterie board (on the photo) was overpriced (£30) as well. Also, our table was next to a checkout, with cleaning supplies on it. Not very nice. If you want to have a nice view, it’s okay, but definitely not worth the money. Besides, when you make a reservation and you don’t show up, they’ll charge you £40. Understandable when it’s a great place with extraordinary ambiance and quality, but not here.

Didn't really have food. Just popped in for a pre-dinner drink. But so lovely! What a amazing view over Leicester Square. Great wine list and charming service. We did have some olives which were great lol.

The view is simply GORGEOUS, everything else is awful. The food is not very good. We ordered a medium-rare rib eye but it was literally fully cooked.. still tasted great, just not what we ordered. The gnocchi was awful, but I absolutely hated the taste. The only thing that tasted good was the baked Camembert (hard to go wrong with cheese though). The wine list was extremely short. For a rooftop bar/restaurant you’d expect a lot more. The service was awful. They made us wait 10 minutes for our table even though we booked it, and once we hit the 1.5 hour limit we were constantly asked to move (which would’ve been totally understandable if it was reserved for someone else), but the table next to us was EMPTY the whole time. Why ask us to move at 10pm if you don’t have any more bookings? Would’ve given it a 1 star, but gave it a 3 for the view, the nibbles and that one sweet bartender (or back back staff member).

Very lovely views from this rooftop bar overlooking london. Only downfall is my cola tasted weird and was warm. The lifts are very busy and take time as it's part of a hotel. Pricing of drinks are expensive but it's London and comes with a view. Got a table with no reservations but had to move as it was booked. The customer service is great and friendly staff. Drinks and cocktails were of good quality and yet to taste the food but it looked good. Definitely recommend to others.

The people working in here is amazing, made my best night in London!! Especially a million thanks to Jay! I sincerely appreciate for your service and your kindness. You were super nice, even offered a welcome drink for me to dance and taught me which bar is the best in London. I feel that what he has done and accommodating guest is 100% right way if they are in service line. As a solo traveler, I didn’t feel uncomfortable or unwelcome at all. The DJ was brilliantly to choose the right songs, the view was amazing. Some people might say it is pricey, but it well covered enough for the view that you will see. Finally, i would recommend 100000000% for this place. Thank you so much to all the staffs🙏👍

Stunning views combined with exceptional service, food and drinks We regularly organise our London Connector - London Business Society Networking events in LSQ with 70-80 guests. The service is always exceptional, so attentive, and going above and beyond. The cocktails, drinks and food is of high quality and we can never have enough of the views. Our guests are very happy and always sing praises of this venue.

I won't mention any names, but one person in the reception was very cocky and rude, but I guess that's what you can expect from a man. Luckily the waiter we got was super nice. And she made the whole experience go from uncomfortable to splendid. If it wasn't for her I'd give this a one star. Unfortunately I don't know her name. The food was good. Drinks and food are expensive, but you're definitely paying for the view. However the music is a bit too loud for my liking..maybe it's because we booked a table at 20:00. All in all it's a nice restaurant and I do hope the staff get paid well.

I would recommend and will revisit for DRINKS ONLY. Small, relaxed Roof top bar over looking Leicester Square. Drinks are expensive but it’s a London roof top bar. 4* The Food was poor 2* - this should be an easy fixed considering this is a hotel. There are many reviews re. the poor standard food.

My go-to spot for unwinding – highly recommended! Kudos to our attentive waiter, Jay, and the outstanding bartender, Pasha, for making the experience truly exceptional."

Came here for drinks. Service really slow but the atmosphere and view was decent. For the amount of waiters/waitresses working on a Friday night. The amount of time it took to place our drinks order and for it to come was unacceptable. Service charge was not paid for this reason and the waiter had the audacity to ask me why I did not pay for service charge. Why am I paying £2 for me to go to the bar to order my drink and for you to bring it to me 10 mins later.

This place is fantastic to look out over London from high up (9th floor), great views morning and night, completely different picture so recommend two visits at least! Pricey but you're paying premium for the view 👌🏻 If you want to sit in reservation is required, unless they're not busy... Usually get a table on the balcony for drinks in the door.

A lovely gem of a place that was nice and quiet and very chilled considering it's in one of the busiest squares in London. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the decor is nicely done, not too overstated. Lovely views of the London skyline including the London rye, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, etc. Be prepared to spend some money though, the drinks are not cheap!! Worth it though for the ambience and views.

Not at all what I was expecting. Full of drunken teenagers taking endless selfies. One of them hit my friend with a handbag on purpose. Food really poor, I didn't finish my burger and gave most of my chips away, my friends lamb was chewy and it really was a tiny portion. Coctails were undrinkable, on the level of "vodka & coke" not something you would pay £18 for! Place looked rather dirty and sticky. State of toilets was quite shocking. Bill was taking forever to come out. In the end we got up and went looking for someone to issue the bill. No greeting at the entrance, just general chaos and dirtyness. 1star just for the view nothing else.

New Years Eve party. Rooftop was great for watching London fireworks. Other times you have a great view of London & London eye.

I had googled brunch in London and it was instantly and easy choice to make based on the central location. I Was greeted and seated right away. What a spectacular view and great ambiance. Unfortunately because of the lack of website information not specifying that brunch is only on the weekends,I did not have the brunch I expected. I did not have much food to choose from since the menu had a very limited selection of really small plates. But still make the best of it with good company if you are going during the week. You can still enjoy a good cocktail and a splendid view of London.

Went here for drinks, was ok, good view of Leicester Square and some of London. There are better rooftops to go to. Cocktails were well made as it was a little quiet when we went. Was very expensive for what we got.

An absolute pleasure to have had dinner in this amazing restaurant, worth the price, the view of the square and around London are breathtaking. Food was amazing.

Beautiful view, really affordable. Loved the service and very good cocktails. Place was empty and they only had one vegan option of few vegetables with some hummus... Overall a good experience.

A cozy and elegant place without being too posh; incredible cocktails (the Big Ben has too be experienced in a lifetime!) and a good little selection of food to enjoy the beautiful view of Leicester Square and London roofs. The entry/elevator is actually difficult to find as it's "merged" with the Indigo Hotel, just right across the M&M's store on this little dead-end street.

Visited Leicester Sqaure for the day and saw LSQ Rooftop on Google as one of the nicer places to eat in Leicester Square. Whilst it was difficult to find as it is situated at the top of the Indigo Hotel on floor 9, it was well worth going. We ordered 5 small plates and a cocktail each and everything was exceptional - great service, great views, excellent food and exceptional cocktails. Would highly recommend.

An absolute no from me. Last night I had a reservation at this rooftop bar for my birthday which I put as a note when reserving the table. I guess that is not something that the staff cares about since they didn’t even have a designated table for us and we had to move after also I don’t really think anyone really reads these notes. Honestly, me and my friend are people who visit many restaurants and bars and this has been one the most unfortunate experiences I have had in London so far. The staff was unprofessional, slow and lacked social skills. My food came wrongfully cooked so I had to send it back which resulted into waiting more. There were some girls also celebrating but were extremely loud and obnoxious and no one did anything about it. Overall disappointed with the place and would not recommend or go back. I believe that for the image they are trying to portray the performance was nowhere near. If you want to charge such prices you gotta make sure that you are providing the best atmosphere and staff.

Very nice views of Leicester Square and London - views of London eye, big Ben and The City. Nice cocktails with a nice atmosphere. Lovely tiny outside terrace.

Awesome views of London. Drinks menu is good but food could be a bit more expansive. Definitely visit again 👍

It is a bar/hotel with a very nice rooftop which offers a beautiful landscape of London. However, it is very overpriced just like most rooftops. I'd say if you go there it is mostly for the view, but it is definitely not worth the money when it comes to the food and drinks.
