Ordered coffee and food at their new self service place. I was asked to leave a name as I was dining in. So when my order was ready instead of calling out my name the barista was shouting out the entirety of my order, I found this to be very rude as she was able to call out the names of all the other orders. This made me feel uncomfortable and I don’t really want to come back here. My coffee was a flat white with oat milk, the coffee was not great, croissant tasted fresh and buttery. Cookie was okay, the cold compressed strawberry drink tasted like it’d gone off.

Poor quality in my last few visits. Had to bin coffee after their second attempt to make flat white. Small flat white was made in the same cup as medium size with same amount of milk. Staff could not explain why flat white tasted bland, and was confronted by team whose argument was "well milk is brown so there is coffee". This was my best place to have nice cup of coffee now looking for new place. FYI black sheep has not even responded to my previous feedback.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at black sheep - among all the sites, this one at jubilee place is definitely the worst one. You need to clean the table by yourself, throwing whatever trash left. Feeling not respected by the barista. And the worst among the worsts, who ever had a salmon bagel like mine? A heated bagel with salmon cooked completely and tiny amount of sour cream. Never gonna come here.

Experience did not match the marketing pitch and photos. Similar quality and rushed impersonal service as any random Starbucks. Flat white was bland and super hot. Ambience not very nice. Why ask for a customer’s name if you’re just going to yell the whole order?

Pastries were ok, coffee was good. Charged for two double espressos when I had only one.

Got one oat latte and one oat mocha. I’m sorry to say they are just *rap and it’s not worth calling them coffees. This is a pity since the place is very nice, with a nice vibe, warm cozy colours of its interiors and relaxing music. Unfortunately, as you can see from the pics, they don’t have real coffee machines and if you think about it, this is just a bizarre vending machine: you select the coffee you want at the monitor and someone at the counter just pushes a button on those big machines: and voila, your fake coffee is ready. Avoid!

Nice unique coffee shop. You can tell coffee is their passion. Had a double espresso felt it was a bit to bitter for me, however maybe this was just me personal tast. However still much better than the cheap high street blends. I really liked they had water on the tap and you just helped yourself. Plenty of charging points as well. Well done guys I like the brand!!

i used to come here a lot last year but i think the quality has gone down a bit. seems like they swapped out their coffee machines, and boxed it up so you can't see what they're working on (i'm assuming they've switched to automatic espresso machines as i didn't hear any beans being grinded but i could be wrong). ordered a vietnamese iced latte and, as a barista myself, i think it took way too long. for some reason they froth up the milk before putting it in the cup, which in turn makes the drink a bit warm instead of cold. if it was to mix the condensed milk, they could just mix it into the espresso shot so the drink stays nice and cold. adding warm/hot liquid into ice just causes the ice to melt quicker! for almost £6 for the smallest size they offer, it was not worth it

Not worth visiting as the time they take to prepare a smoothie is around 20 minutes and that too it is so bland without any taste. The manager on Saturday morning also did not care whether the orders were getting late or not. Hope you guys at black sheep coffee listen to it and get some inside check on your stores.

The most expensive and worst flat white I ever had. I really used to like this place: my colleagues and I used to get here all our coffees, but it seems that something has changed. Today I returned after long time and ordered two medium flat whites (£8.18 for two, quite pricey). After a relatively long wait (more than 10 minutes and the place was half empty) we got two watery and without any foam or texture coffees, that didn't even look like flat white (just look at the picture, this is how it was served).

Pastry and coffee was nice. Terrible service and atmosphere. Have to order via a self service screen, staff don't even say hello. Only word they spoke was my name when I had to go collect my order from counter. Had selected eatin option on the screen, my pastry and my partners were in a single brown bag, no plate which was a challenge to not create a mess over table. Lighting was not great. I won't visit here again and would choose a different coffee shop based on this experience.

Since this place opened myself and my husband are addicted to it. We can’t get coffee elsewhere. Their waffles are also very delicious. Staff is so friendly and attentive. Cosy environment.

Great place that is first to open during the weekends. Much appreciated. I had to lower the rating. Firstly, the baristas are doing a great job!! However, the coffee is overpriced but the quality is average. Today due to some machine problem customers had to wait for some time for the extremely poor, over priced coffee. The coffee tasted so awful I threw away over half of it. Problem lies squarely with Black Sheep Coffee who should do something more to justify the quality and reliability of service versus the premium chargeable price of average coffee.

My favourite place in Canary Wharf to have coffee and to wind down. The coffee here is better than the other popular chains around.

I like loft style of the place and coffee was nice. Feels like a cozy space where you can spend your morning working remotely. The self service order system is also a pleasant touch, especially after Covid events. Lesya was very kind to me so I am giving the service 5 stars.

Service not there. Was left standing with employees chit chatting. I just patiently waited. After a while they started to take care of other clients in the queue while pointedly ignoring me. When I politely signalled i wanted to order i was brushed off. So I just walked out. If they don't like your face apparently they will not serve you. A similar thing happened the previous day. A pity as I used to like their coffee but Covid seems to have changed the way they treat customers.

Good coffee but the staff are rude. Never a “hello” and today didn’t bother putting choc on my cappuccino, when I asked for it I was told to do it myself. They seem to think they have somewhere better to be, and maybe they should just go there rather than be repeatedly rude to customers paying a lot for their coffee and service.

Went in at 7am on a Saturday for a coffee and the breakfast wrap! The wrap tastes amazing and very filling, despite the bacon in it was a bit salty. Next time I will stick to the strawberry waffle. Coffee is good as usual.

A mixed bag review, cannot give more for service as you do most of it yourself. No plugs working so dont think about staying too long or working lunch. Coffee is acceptable but grossly overpriced. Food not tried so not giving any points. The atmosphere, is a little easier on the eyes I am ADHD and sensitive to bright light so it wins a cookie there.

Question: Sorry, my order was supposed to be in a porcelain cup? Answer: I'm sorry, I'm working alone and I can't wash the cups! Meanwhile, there were other customers who could get the privilege of having a cup. I experienced this situation again here. If it had been told before the ordering, I could have visited another coffee store that is capable of providing ceramic cups to its every customer.

A few days ago I went to this cafe to work on my laptop. After I ordered and sat down, I figured that non of the sockets were working. I asked one of the staff about it, and they checked something in the back and it started working. After half an hour it stopped working again, and when I asked them they said they’ve been having problems with the power and they can’t do anything about it. I think it would be nice to notify the costumers that the sockets are not working, because so many people like me go there to do their computer stuff :)

Ice matcha is the best for hot days like this, the self ordering machine is very convenient but the staff are also there to help if you have any questions. The team here are really nice, friendly and attentive. Love the variety of pastries and cakes too but they didn’t have my favourite in stock (I miss you carrot cake). It is on the pricey side but definitely worth it and will be my new go to place for coffee and cold drinks!

The Salted Caramel Latte was a creamy texture and so good here (not so sweet though), hard to find a better coffee in London. It is slightly pricier than other places if you add syrup and get the milk options. Been here a few times and tried different coffee each time, it has always been nice. Chilled vibes.

0 points for environment support and machine service Since they rolled out the self order and pay machines - the default is a plastic cup with lid, even for Dine in orders! They still live in 2010s when it was cool to carry a plastic cap or sit with one. Big mistake that costs the environment more and uses plastic than necessary. SWITCH THE MACHINE DEFAULTS!!! Also, your shops are not busy, and your purchase screen poorly designed. Why bother? Want to ditch human customer service altogather at Balck Sheep? Poor move

I visited Black Sheep Coffee at Canary wharf today. Just wanted to sit down and have something refreshing. So I ordered ice tea- 2 pineapple extra large ice tea and 2 large cloudy lemonade. They were pretty expensive which was okay, but the moment I had the pineapple ice tea I spat out. It was sugar water. It was the most disgusting thing I have drank in a long time. I told the lady at the counter that it doesn't taste like pineapple and tastes like sugar water. All she does is NOTHING. Just says this is what it is. She didn't even have the decency to say that I will refund you for the disgusting sugar water. SHAMEFUL. DONOT go to this place where they scam ppl with sugar water in the name of ice tea WHICH IS BLOODY EXPENSIVE.

This coffee shop in Jubilee is such a nice place in the middle of busy shopping centre where you enter and feel good atmosphere. All the workers were smiling and they were ready to welcome me and get the order. I was not sure which option is vegan/vegetarian so lovely girl name Csilla helped me a lot with choosing the best option. She gave me full information and descriptions of every item available to eat as a vegan option. There was not queue at that moment so we spent couple of minutes to have nice talk and my food and drink was a delicious choice. Highly recommend this place! 👌

Black Sheep has been on my coffee to-do list for a while. My initial reaction from the branding and price was that this was premium level artisan coffee. The self-serve touch screen kiosks were the only way to place an order, which was no bad thing for the volume of customers. I also thought that maybe this ordering system would mean more focus would go on preparing a good coffee. The wait for our drinks was reassuringly slow. When I finally picked up the coffee there was some smudgy half hearted latte art, no bother I thought, it's all about the taste. Finally after tasting it I realised I'd wasted my time. Although the beans tasted good the execution of the flat white and cappuccino was off. I'm certain we didn't get whole milk despite selecting it on the order screens. The flat white had way too much water in it as well. Overall a really disappointing experience, one which I would have normally got up and complained about but I was in no mood to push through a dozen waiting customers.

The coffee here is great - Just like most of the franchises, there is a wide range of options, different syrups, milk, and coffee bean choices. However, I would not recommend the food. The cross-contamination is blatant and no regard for any dietary requirements from a food point of view.

I had a delicious chai latte and the service In jubilee place was exceptional. The staff are friendly and welcoming, they went above and beyond to deliver and make sure I was happy. This is now my favourite coffee shop!
