I’m not a “brunch” person, but I tried this place out since it’s popular for brunch and ordered the bacon chop, bubble and squeak fritters that comes with poached eggs. It was simply incredible. Bacon was cooked to perfection and the fritters went perfect well with it. I like how the menu states the calories. Good service and strong cocktails. Can’t comment on the ambience because we sat outside. Would definitely re-visit. Edit: I re-visited Caravan for brunch and ordered the fried jalapeño cornbread. It tasted pretty good, but nothing compared to the bacon chop (didn’t look as nice either). I still stand on the 5 stars though.

Questionable customer service. I understand it’s not easy serving for a group of 7 however, I don’t think we deserved the level of rudeness. 1. Male Waiter was friendly at first but got incredibly rude and impatient very quickly (we were a group of mental health nurses, of course “please” and “thank yous” were said 2. The waiter and one of the group members communicated and agreed for a change of drink. The wrong drink plus the original drink came out…he was upset we brought it up, lied that the drink wasn’t changed and we ended up paying for it anyway! 3. Half of the group were happy with their food (that I can’t comment as I liked what I ordered) 4. It started drizzling, the male waiter immediately pulled the cover over other customers sitting not far from us. We had to ASK and he didn’t look happy to protect us and our food from the rain 5, No “thank you” and “bye” from both waiters. Positives: nice hot chocolate & brioche Overall: if you’re not happy working in this type of industry don’t bother- there’s no need for such a negative experience. Don’t recommend

    1. Food was ok, but all depends what did you order. I was lucky with my eggs ;) My partner got the meat balls and they were small and not too tasty. 2. Coffee wasn’t too good, expected a bit better quality. It was tasting over roasted. 3. Food was overpriced for the quality and the quantity I am really particular for the coffee taste 🙈 and this one wasn’t one I would return for.

Lovely breakfast/brunch place. The food is really good and the menu is very diverse for different tastes and dietary requirements. The prices are okay for the quality of food. We had the baked eggs which was super delicious! Their coffee is also top. Their outdoor seating is also really nice during the summer time. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our Saturday dinner at Caravan. I really like their creative twist on the menu. Their pan fried sea bass is especially good. The staff was very accommodating and swapped my friend’s dish for another one at her request as it wasn’t clear from the menu if it was served cold or hot.

Very busy on Sunday 11-12 but weather was good so sat outside under heaters. Staff were amazing, attentive and helpful. Cumberland sausage Pattie was unusual and tasty, veggie breakfasts were superb, the coffee here is some of the best around

I love this place. The breakfast is always phenomenal but today I tried lunch... This was absolutely wonderful. Being able to sit outside and soak up the sun whilst lunching was divine. The waiters were wonderful with a smile plastered on their faces with friendly banter and good recommendations on the dishes. 10 out of 10! Can't wait to go back.

Called in for Brunch while travelling across London. Great little spot with outside seating. Ordered the Chorizo and potato hash with a coffee and fresh fruit smoothie. Lots of options to choose from on the menu and staff were pleasant. Would definitely eat here again if I'm ever in the capital. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.

The brunch was delicious, we got the pancakes and the chorizo hash which were both cooked to perfection. The banana smoothie was also amazing. The berry one not so much. All in all we had an amazing brunch experience. The reason I am knocking off two stars is because of their COVID enforcement. While they have put measures in place, like the test and trace barcode, they are ignoring all the other rules with regards mixing of households. This was blatantly obvious. In our visit on Saturday morning there were 3 tables with New Zelanders in 3 different areas of the venue. These tables were freely mixing (clearly not the same household), and when 1 table had to leave because their reservation time was up, THEY MERGED WITH THE OTHER TABLE ACROSS THE ROOM! I found the fact that this was allowed to be shocking and also very disappointing as everything else was great.

Really tasty food and mocktail options. The menu is very interesting with a lot of healthy options. The only downside was the caramelised brioche dessert - personally it wasn’t sweet enough but all in all very tasty.

Food: Nice brunch & lunch dishes with a varied menu 🍳 The coffee is great though definitely on the pricier side (£10+ for an oat mocha & oat flat white!) ☕️ Atmosphere: it was almost full so had a nice buzz for a Sunday afternoon

Food is healthy and nicely presented. Lovely, friendly service as well. I ordered the halloumi large plate salad which was delicious. My friend ordered the salmon dish which he liked but probably at a 4 rather than 5* level.

After spending a weekend in London, on the last morning, we decided to have breakfast at Caravan Exmouth Market. It was very close to the bus stop, so perfect location for us. The staff greeted and welcomed us, offering to keep our luggage on a side while we're at the table. It was a great experience, lovely and perfectly done poached eggs. I believe they came from a farm, because they were very nutritious and even it looks like a small portion, together with the sourdough bread, it kept us full for a long while. A really cosy and chic place to enjoy a meal.

Nice breakfast/brunch place on the corner street in Exmouth Market. While the market street was quiet on the Sunday we visited, this cafe was vibrant and busy inside. There’s good selection of breakfast and brunch options on their menu and we had the pancakes and the chorizo with potatoes, poached eggs and spinach and both were delicious. Their coffee was really nice too.

Caravan always produces such incredible flavours. So fresh and unusual. With really generous portions. And lovely staff. I ordered vegan so i could share with my friend - who said it's the best vegan food in town - if that is useful info. Otherwise check out the cod dumplings - stunning! Love this place.

Lovely brunch! Would happily go again Food & service were both great, and they've got a large variety of well crafted options, both for drinks and for food. The food was great, aaaalmost 5 stars although I'd need slightly more to give it that 😋 the dishes lacked a tiny touch to bump it up With that being said I still highly recommend and you wouldn't regret going there the slightest

Visited this evening for supper. Super food, wonderful menu. Very fresh and lots of scrummy flavours. Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Couldn't resist a dessert of flour free chocolate cake, totally delicious!! I complimented the chef before we left. Thanks for a brilliant evening!!!

Their single origin blend espresso was the single most impressive coffee i have had in a very long time. Great vibes, good service. Will be a regular here.

It’s my go to place for coffee and brunch. Love spending time here and just working. The food is really good but does have small portions. Would definitely recommend it though.

Only came for takeaway coffee and I wasn’t disappointed! Not only was it pretty with a latte art, it tasted super too! Not sour and not bitter. Great extraction!

Great choice of food and cocktails. Excellent friendly and speedy service. Great if you're at the theatre. Recommend the aubergine bhaji, comes with all sorts of great accompaniments. Salmon and avocado rice bowl was great too.

Great veggie breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, who were very busy at the time as well. Only downside was the coffee not being the hottest, but it was still very tasty. Great menu options as well, a lot of things looked tempting.

Almost perfect! I went last Sunday for brunch, the vegan option (in the picture, don't remember the name) was amazing! The only thing was hot chocolate has milk so it was not vegan friendly ;( coffee was good I had (2) Cappuccino. Service was good and we ate outside. I highly recommend this place to go!! 🌟🔥 Definitely coming back soon!!

Good reputation, trendy place, one of the places to be seen at in this little bit of EC1. Good coffee, attentive staff, most of the time however; I ordered two items when it wasn't busy with the lunch trade and only received one of them. If your memory is suspect for what ever reason then, write your order down; don't rack your mind trying to regurgitate it. When mentioned to a manager she at least said the coffeé is on us. Just something simpler like this means as a customer; you will go back.
