This place is nice and quiet. Nice choice of food. The service was friendly. We ordered some cakes, hot chocolate and coffees they were nice except for my chocolate muffin was a bit dry…. The toilets were very clean. You can pay with card or cash… water was delicious

One of my favourite cafes in West Kensington and really a gem in the area. The shakshuka and tarte tatin are the most effective way of getting rid of Sunday blues! Staff are kind, attentive and oh so welcoming. When I come here it feels like everyone is happy to be working unlike most places in London 😂 Ah - one time they had closed the kitchen but made an exception to make me a shakshuka. It is the little things! The venue itself is beautifully decorated and full of good vibes, specially in the summer. Can’t recommend enough.

Come her for some brunch, it was very busy as usual but only waited for about 10min. The service was very quick and friendly. Food came out quick we had The Full English it was excellent however on this occasion the bacon and black pudding overdone hence the 4 stars. We also shared an order of pancakes which were very yummy. I’ve been here a few times in the past and it never disappoints. 😋

Very very cute, cozy and ambient cafe off the main Kensington High Street. Have been coming here for 20?! Years and nothing much has changed. Still the same great service and delicious drinks/food! On a Carnival day we found it very busy and a bit nosy to speak and relax, but we’re very glad we have got a seat without prior reservation! Will come back again on an off day!

The people working there are very friendly, we're from a Spanish speaking country and the guy working there was super nice about it and he knew Spanish. The service was very quick. The food was amazing, I came here expecting the traditional English breakfast to taste insipid, but I was delighted because of how good it was. I'd definitely recommend coming here

This was an exceptional restaurant to eat in. The atmosphere was very captivating and had a very Parisian feel. I ordered a croque monsieur which was absolutely delicious. It had a very nice presentation and was cut into good bite-sized fingers. It had a perfect crunch to the bread, and the perfect proportions or ham to cheese. I recommend this for small children as well. My dad ordered the eggs royale and he said that the poached egg was perfectly cooked, the hollandaise sauce and salmon were very tasty, although the muffin could have been a bit crispier. My mum ordered an egg and avocado toast. She says that the egg was very well cooked (poached egg), the avocado was well flavoured, although there could have been two pieces of bread. My sister ordered a full English breakfast, and she thought that the sausage, bacon, egg, and mushrooms were very good. The mushrooms were very garlicky, and the bread was good as well. She didn’t think the hash brown was as good though, as it was quite dry, and very small. For our drinks, I had a hot chocolate which was delicious and had a very very nice presentation. The green apple juice was exceptional and had a wonderful fresh, sour apple taste. I definitely recommend this although - it’s not a regular apple juice if children are looking to order apple juice. My dads Spanish latte was a delightful discovery and he says he will certainly be having it again. (My mum says her tea had a very nice tea bag). Overall, that was the second time we’ve been, and it was a very satisfactory experience - we will definitely be back and the atmosphere was wonderful. (I went down to the toilet, and personally I love 90s hiphop. The chefs were listening to some dr Dre and snoop dogg and enjoying the music. It made me happy hearing them sing along!)

We got the avocado toast and eggs benedict. Everything was very fresh and seasoned beautifully. The cappuccino and latte was delightful as well; almost as delightful as the service. The servers were so kind, checking in on us regularly but not too much either. It's obvious they really care what their guests think of the food and their experience. We managed to squeeze in a slice of orange almond cake too, no regrets! We will be back for lunch soon.

Delicious food, fresh ingredients, great menu offerings, friendly staff and great coffee. Have been visiting for years and the consistency in offering great food and a friendly atmosphere is what brings us back. I also love that they are flexible with their menu dishes- you can add or change anything you want.

Cozy neighborhood spot with kind service and delicious breakfast! It was our go to spot for breakfast in Kensington neighborhood - went there at least 4 times. We’ve tried omelet, porridge, orange ricotta cake, tea, lattes - very delicious. What’s even better is service - they are all so nice and welcoming. Thank you very much!

Lovely Cafe with Delicious Food! Great location for a breakfast, lunch or brunch. I highly recommend the scrambled eggs with avocado, salmon and sourdough as well as the Green Tea. Can't go wrong with any of their coffees as well! If you're looking for a good cafe near and around the Kensington High Street area this is a definite go to.

Cafe Phillies in Kensington, London, is an absolute gem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cafe Phillies, and it exceeded all expectations. The charming ambiance, attentive staff, and delectable menu make it a must-visit spot in Kensington. The full English was the best we had in London on this trip. From their perfectly brewed coffee to the mouthwatering pastries, every visit here is a delightful experience. I can't recommend Cafe Phillies enough for a wonderful dining experience in the heart of London. Five stars all the way!

Excellent service, very friendly staff! The porridge was big and tasty, the salmon with eggs was a bit too oily for my taste... also a little pricey
