Doesn't exist anymore. God knows why Google says it's still there, but it's no longer a cafe, just a tiny cake counter in Harrods, surrounded by other counters. Just update and say it's no longer Ladurée..

Came here for tea and was seated upstairs. The place was beautiful as we were given a corner to ourselves. Service excellent as the waiters were attentive and quick - they even offered some cake while we were waiting. Good selection of cakes and macaroons - all of which were delicious.

I'm writing only about the lunch; the place is just useful because inside Harrods; food just good but absolutely not at the level of the cost; personnel very kind in any case. We had the Lunch inside because It was raining...the room inside dedicated to Lunch, the black one, was terribly furnished, but it's subjective

Always love Ladurée macarons. One of the best. Aisha has looked after me super well. Her customer service is exceptional. She was truly amazing, i requested that she packed the macarons really well as it was going on a 12hours flight. She did an amazing job. Many thanks again.

I love Laduree Macarons, tasty but expensive little drops of heaven. They have a cosy cafe available for your sweet tooth if you prefer a sit down or you can take out.

Lovely Laduree. The pistachio macaron was the absolute best of the 4 we had. The Orange Blossom was surprisingly delicious with a taste similar to Fruit Loops. It tastes much nicer than I make it sound I promise! Unexpectedly, the salted caramel wasn't as good as we thought it would be, just sweet. The vanilla was good, no surprise there. The Othello tea was hot, smooth and satisfying. My daughter had the hot chocolate which in her words was pure melted delicious chocolate. The staff were pleasant as was the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

It is difficult to resist a visit for tea and cake (and macarons). You can also order/buy your annual festive cakes here, such as Buche de Noel and Galette des Rois.

If you have tried the macarons from Laduree in Paris you know that they are well different than those one sold in London. Maybe it's the fact that they are not fresh, but the overall taste it's just worst. Price is still high so in my opinion it's not worth it. Buy a plane ticket to Paris and try them here!

Their cakes are amazing, they're definitely on the pricey side, but totally worth it. Our favourite was the vanilla flan it had a rich creamy vanilla taste with caramelised brown sugar around the edges. We'd definitely get this one again. We also tried the pistachio cake which was delicious and a Rose tea. The interior and atmosphere is lovely. We definitely recommend coming here for a special afternoon tea.

Good service and nice seatings, the food was ok but the lemon cake and French toast was tasty. We enjoyed the tea selections.

Macarons were okay, not the best I've had especially considering the price. But staff were very friendly and welcoming!

Came here for a quick visit, wanting to try the macaroons! Given how busy it was, we surprisingly didn’t have to wait too long! The lady who served us was great, and also patient while we took our time deciding what to get! The macaroons, of course, delicious!!

The most amazing macaroons in the world. Grabbed a couple to go after leaving harrods. If you are wanting to do tea or eat, make a reservation because this is a very sought after location for afternoon tea. Great service from very friendly women behind the counter!

Had a lovely lunch. Prices were on the expensive side. Too bad we didn’t get to try their cakes.
