Rude staff, fly-infested food displays, sour milk in the drinks. Avoid this one.

First time buying from here and DEFINITELY the last time. I'm not a coffee connoisseur but my god, the coffee I got was appalling for what it cost. I wanted an iced latte but what I got was literally a small plastic cup (the ones you get from *water dispenser*) with one espresso shot and odd-tasting semi-skimmed milk. It wasn't even mixed (there was one layer of espresso and another layer of sour milk) and the waitress added sugar to the drink, meaning it just condensed and didn't dissolve. It was a depressing small plastic up of ice cubes, one espresso shot and this (most likely) off semi-skimmed milk. I should've taken a photo to show because words can't properly describe how ripped off I felt after receiving such a depressing over-priced drink. NEVER come here for coffee - it looks fancy/trendy on the outside but it has pretentious staff that really don't bother at all with making your drink. You're better off going to the nearby student-run cafe at UCL or the classic Starbucks/Costa (even McDonald's)...

This is a place where you have to clear you’ll own table as staff can’t be be bothered.

Decent ambience, excellent service but being an avid coffee fan, did not entirely feel content with the cup of coffee that I had. They do have some eating options. Seating space is a bit limited. Popular. Credit cards accepted.

This place was not bad. Came here a bought a coffee was great. Would come again.
