Quite affordable afternoon tea (£15/person)—we mixed and matched different afternoon teas they had so we ended up with cakes, scones and sandwiches (without shelling out the ££/person). The orange marmalade was to die for since it contained huge strands of peel. The scones were a bit unconventional but were also great. The cakes were disappointing so definitely could skip and not order at all. Sandwiches: smoked salmon with lemon cheese, coronation chicken and egg & cress. They have a large menu of teas to choose from but for some reason, their black tea blends with flowers/fruit weren’t as fragrant as Fortnum’s.

If you love tea and looking for sth special to add it to year collection this is the place and you will love it. Huge selection of teas and they have hot chocolate and coffee beans as well. They have tables inside so you can order and taste a few things with some cakes and biscuits if you like. You can also taste different teas in their shopping area which is well presented and kept hot. Hot chocolate as well. I had blueberry rooibos tea which was very nice and service was perfect as well. Highly recommended place.

I've been here on the 13th July 2019. In my part of view the best tea would be served anytime. Whittard has a variety of tea started from the morning to the bedtime.

What a lovely experience - as South Africans my husband and I loved this little tea shop and cafe! So many different flavors to choose from - the scones were AMAZING and loved the tea shop as well. Also the little tea sand timers were such a nice touch! We will definitely come back one day, if we're ever in England again!

Nice variety of teas. Relaxing spot. For sweets go early because they can run out.

I have been wanting to have tea here my last 3 visits. The shop is open, but the cafe is temporarily closed. I got some really unique hot chocolate as teacher gifts for Christmas. I have been to other Whittard stores. This one had some options besides tea, tea cups, and biscuits that I hadn’t seen before. The staff was helpful. There were samples for many of the teas and hot chocolates. Check out was quick and easy. They boxed my breakable items.

What a surprisingly amazing place! I knew Whittard’s tea to be very good, but I was very positively surprised by the amazing staff at their tea bar. More often than not, staff in busy touristic places tend to rush their customers or be a bit frustrated (fair enough), so I was reluctant to go the first time, but now I have been over 5 times! I keep coming back because their teas are delicious and their staff is lovely! I have been served several times by a tall girl with short blond hair. She is really fun, is always smiling and happy to chat you through the huge selection of teas they serve! She KNOWS her stuff!

My husband and I came across this place during our stay in London. The tea & pastries were amazing. To add to the amazing food the service was great. We would highly recommend trying this place if you’re looking for a great English tea experience!

I had a Kenya tea, after sampling the aromas of three other black teas. It was delicious. The staff were fantastic especially Morag, who served us. She was attentive, knowledgeable and helped us selecting our beverages. 1886 blend and salted caramel milkshake were also purchased. The avocado & tomato sourdough bread was amazing. So happy we stopped here instead of a coffee shop, no contest. And I'll be buying some of that Kenya tea for home.

Just £9.00 for 2 great scones & a pot of tea (I recommend the cherry blossom). Lovely setting too.

Brazil is the world's biggest exporter of coffee, with great quality too and I couldn't find any speciality coffee from Brazil or Vietnam.

Many types of tea to choose from. Very busy. Good idea to book a table though.

I came across this band at noon today and their energy was so soo good that I couldn't leave for a while. I'm sorry I couldn't think of going down and looking at their band's name at that moment. Does anyone knows? I wanna follow them. Thanks^^
