That manager was so rude today First of all the table beside us, their waffle went to another table. The manager was rude to the staff who made the mistake and told the lady off infront of us, you could see the lady looked distressed but carried on working. He got the dessert from the other table and just gave it to them even though the man was like that came from the other table. He still left them with that dessert and walked off I then made an order for milkshake and milk cookie dough. Milkshake was good Received the wrong cookie dough (white chocolate), did take a bite of it and realised it was the wrong one. The staff member took away the wrong order and got the correct order When correct order came, tried it and the cookie dough was pale and raw. And tasted nothing like the incorrect order Called the manager over to let him know the issue instead he is stood there having an argument with us saying its cooked. He then ended up mashing the whole cookie dough up and still goes its cooked when he could clearly see it was under done. Manager very argumentative. Ruined the whole atmosphere. Not once did he apologise instead was being sarcastic and rude and his manners was horrible. Not sure who recruited this man as manager. No customer service skills. Really needs to go on a course on how to talk to the public and learn what is considered as good customer service. Anways don't recommend the beckton creams

After a trip to the pets store with the kids, we enjoyed our day out in this wonderful place. Kid friendly, very amazing staff and customer service when we was there. They have toilets 🚽🚻 also Toilets were spotless clean. I like a clean toilet if visiting restaurants, especially with kids 🤩🥳 Food took a bit of time with the kids waiting but overall satisfied and happy. 💯 Recommend to visit if around!

My review is based on multiple orders, either takeaway and eat in. The food is always good! Including the shakes they've got, I can not fault on this part at all. The downfall is definitely the service, it's slow, and nobody seems to care, I've ordered takeaway in store and this has happened on multiple occasions, the food has been made and just left to sit, until I prompt to say something or notice something is sitting above the counter. There's always something missing or given the wrong thing. This is not great and makes me question how long does the food sit when I order for delivery... Atmosphere.. practically non-existent, it's just people eating and staff working. If you were a first-time customer, I wouldn't recommend it as your first time trying creams as everyone can't be bothered.

Nice tasty desserts. I chose the triple treat cookie dough which had a mixture of white chocolate oreo and milk chocolate. I also had an aero mint milkshake which was nice however a-bit too thick. Additionally the straws provided were not very good and became soggy very quickly. The service was very fast and the seating was also nice as they have booths to sit in. I would definitely come again. Hope to see you again soon.

We went to creams in Beckton for our daughter's birthday. The staff including the manager were really helpful. The desserts, ice creams and drinks were all served as requested. Service was efficient considering we were a large group. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great place for dessert, wide range of things to eat. Waffles, crepes, cakes, sundaes and many more. They have added new hot chocolates and also mocktails which is a good mix. Their portions are quite big and worth your money. Also students get 10% discount. The crepes are my favourite, would be nice if they added different fruits instead of just strawberries and bananas.

Located in Beckton triangle shopping complex, this has to be one of the worst branches I’ve visited. Clearly shown on the way they gave the desserts, sloppy just chucked a couple here and there no creams wafer. I’m sure I paid for my dessert!! Didn’t expect to be treated like that definitely not coming back to this branch for waffles the royal wharf one is 100% better. The only highlight was the drink thick snicker milkshake, nice creamy definitely lived up to the name I know some people can skimp on the chocolate but no had enough snickers a nuts in every sip lolz.

I really enjoyed the Bueno, as I'm a Bueno person but honestly it's the best place if you're looking for a sundae, milkshake or crepe or waffle. well everything was great. honestly enjoyed it. I went there for a friend's birthday and the waitresses/chefs came and wished her birthday. Recommended it a lot. if you're into savory maybe this is not the place but still the milkshakes are great.

Amazing waffles for hot weather . Really nice and tasty 🤤. The girl name Emaan was very friendly and happy . We definitely will be coming back again .

The waffles are delicious! Unfortunately thats pretty much where my good experience ends. The staff are very hit and miss, 1 member of staff walked to our table, put 2 menus down all without a word, she looked miserable and I very much felt like I'd disturbed her by turning up to spend main course money on deserts! One if the other staff was a bit more polite. Being friendly and polite shouldn't be something you have to be grateful for when visiting as a customer. I ordered 3 different waffles and a cookie dough with all the accompaniments, I was going to order 3 slushes but it wasn't frozen properly the second more helpful server offered some to show and try which was nice. I ended up ordering 2 cokes instead and asked for a tap water, I was directed to a tall glass jar, the glasses were all waterstained and dirty looking, after finding one that looked okay I poured the water and it was very warm almost hot. I mentioned to the not polite server and she said 'thats why I'm filling it up' which she continued to do without even looking at me. What it needed was some ice and clean glasses. This is my second experience like this as Creams Beckton and I won't be back.

Celebrated my friend’s 25th birthday! Great ambience, friendly staff and delicious food. Loved the chocolate brownie waffle, frozen freak shake and mango milkshake. Good spot to hang out with your group of friends during the weekend.

Had a great time with the family Nice environment. Good menu with quite some variety. Uzayr helped us with the order and took very good care of us. Will definitely come here again soon

I had the Creams A’tella waffle and it was really good for the price (£8.50). The queue to order the food was kind of long and the time it took for the food to arrive was long maybe 15 minutes. Overall it was a good meal

Recommended by family members we popped in for a snack My first time here and quite liked the atmosphere. Ice creams were nice and place was buzzing Only criticism is more lactose and gluten free choices would have been ideal but all in all the experience was worth popping in

The table were very tight to sit in. I am not a large person but struggled to move around while sat and trying to eat my desert. We had a waffle and sundae. The waffle wasn’t warm and they gave the tiniest bit of sauce. The sundae wasn’t too bad. Overall it was disappointing.

Atmosphere is great, they chose the best Christmas songs (November/2023). Food is always good, lemon meringue cheesecakundae is delicious, the snowman ice cream and meringue is super cute and my daughter was very happy. What can be better is the service. It is very slow even when the shop is not busy.

Amazing customer service from the lady named yazmin.🤗 Bubbly friendly and just all round amazing. Also the bueno waffle wasn't on the menu but they still made it for us and it tasted amazing.

This place is very convinently located with plenty of parking. And who doesn't like desserts 😜 I would totally give it 5 stars if it wasn't for some minor service issue which I am disappointed with, and service goes a long way. We went with Family there when it was not too busy, Sunday late afternoon, few empty tables, nicely friendly staff offered to get us a booth cleaned and ready for us, I think the staff are totally overworked and not enough, it took around 10-15 minutes to get the table ready, not even 2 minutes to clean the table, the rest she was serving whilst trying to greet and sit customers like us. Waitress was very nice and friendly though. I'm not too keen on the queue, order and pay before you eat, but I guess even Nandos have that process, not what I prefer but fair enough. The desserts came in reasonable time, but once our drinks came we realised it was missing our bottle of water. We asked a waitress, now a different one, she made us show our receipt to verify, maybe she thought we were not honest, we were trying to gain a bottle of water without paying? 🙄 I know Newham has high crime rate but come on guys, be a bit more classy. The desserts were lovely, we enjoyed it, it's just a shame about those little drops in service. Would I go there again, may be if I'm in the area but wouldn't go out of my way like I used to. Would recommend you try if you happen to be in the locality and would like to try something sweet.

I was served by Ashraf and I had ordered waffle and crepes, It was delicious and the customer service was on point, he was able to direct me to the table and made sure my order and food was quickly made. He was very professional and well informed about all the deserts as I didnt know which one to pick, he recommended me few and I had tried it and it was tasty. Will defo come to creams again with my family. Well done team and Ashraf
