Very crowded, but pretty clean for the amount of people. Beautiful modern renovation, but it's hard to find a seat. Orders are quick and tastes good. The toilets are also a bit dirty.

We went in the morning, about 930, even then it was filling up. We had a table outside so could people watch :-) The service was standard McDonalds, we used the app, however still had to go to counter to collect food. Other stores it's brought to you. It wasn't an issue. Inside was set up, like very casual, I expect people just sitting on the make shift seats/walls inside with a drink chatting which seems a good idea.

No spoon, no sauce but the service was really quick, thanks for the hard work of all the staff member,

I would like to think like a lot of people, macdonalds is there for when you are desperate for food and nothing else is open. I went to the macdonalds Leicester square for breakfast. It was around 7.15am, ordered my breakfast items and proceeded to wait. Had to tell a man to go away as he was in the store begging, then he stayed to chat with the security guard... Got my food and left as all the seating was closed off with barriers. Could not believe the rate of my food, had to share photos... Was going to return all of it but was already late for work. Threw it straight in the bin, wouldn't feed that to a dog. Absolute garbage..!

What a restaurant… I never got this kind of customer service from McDonald’s. We ordered with out table service. She delivered our food. The latte was hot and we loved it. We asked for ketchup. She apologised and she told as 10p for each sauce. We loved the way she explained. She is there for the business .Good job. We will back soon. Thank you #Hawa

If you ever need to see a stressful job, simply come here for a meal at a busy period. Surrounded by people who have an inability to understand the principles of waiting for their order to be called, or indeed the principles of a queue adds to the nuances a particularly stressful job..... They have my sympathy As for the food. Every McDonald's meal is a gem but I'll admit it's nicer to have ingredients in the bun vice scattered randomly in the box... Resulting in a pseudo build your own burger game .... Which whilst entertaining, is a bit naff.

Toilet and half seating in the restaurant are closed. Food is not great. Really not cool behavior when Mcd someone standing and pointing finger how staff should cleaning metal strips, when customere have to wait for them to finish work. This is so rude ! Team work doesn’t look like that.

The best thing about McDonalds are the prices which are simply the best ! This restaurant is super bussy but you can see why 😏 The place is nice and clean and the customer service is top notch

McDonalds -Leicester Square Queue to get in on a Saturday night, but not waiting for long. Food was fairly slow. Fillet came with a slither of cheeses instead a slice & the hot chocolate was only half full. Place was clean & tidy & neat, we witnessed a customer that was unwell was, taken care care of really well.

Nice clean and hygienic with plenty of amenities of customers. Plenty of seating available. You can order at the counter online beforehand delivery or on the app.

The mcdonald's is very consistent in a packed location. There is plenty of sitting area ( downstairs sitting area closed around 8pm)

I was really happy when I ordered a large Galaxy Latte and instead got a lukewarm latte with the same volume of liquid as a urine sample, served with lots of extra air and a bit of cream. Can't wait to try the rest of the Christmas menu 👍🏻

Just went in to get a small drink ...... You would think you were in a war zone. I think it might be more pleasant in a jail during lunchtime. Very uncivil. No manners. Rudeness in all directions. Bouncers at a burger place .... Come and enjoy rudeness X10, a mass of people like cattle on a ranch ready at feeding time. Definitely not a good London experience. I must have heard a member of the team shout 'order 0218' 100 times. Maybe the training is that you keep repeating like a drone? I loved to leave my job and work here - they are living the dream.

Such an unpleasant experience at McDonald’s Leicester Square. Even more disappointing considering its prime location. We were patiently waiting for 30minutes to get 3 drinks that we ordered. However, we saw that orders reached upto 100 and our order was 33. We saw a few more customers with the same issues. Upon confrontation, nobody seemed to apologise and the milkshakes didn’t taste as they should.

Staff member (security guard) followed me to the toilet!!! Don't go here. I reported him to the police but they didn't listen. He still works here. I run out but they didn't return me the money. Worst experience I have ever had!

I really should never visit what now has become a poorly staffed feed pit. Regardless of how many people are visiting You queue and wait, and wait. I was short changed then looked at as though I didn't give the amount I said. No electricity is available and then I was served a luke warm cup of Tea. 'Move out. Get out. The area is for takeaway only after ten'. These were the heated words of the security guards and a Manager. Other Customers and I were unsettled and shocked by the behaviour of the clowns loyal workers , but we held our ground insisting we finish our meals and drinks at our tables. When I left I bought a pasties from Greg's. Then settled at Burger King where welcoming staff happily said I could charge my phone although it was 10.30. McDonald's is popular but it is not a hospitable place. Food is often dry and cold, and one is made to feel that your not welcome. The projected notion is for customers to be canvassed to buy more. 'Would you like a meal ? Anything else? The desire of management is that we just pay as much as possible and leave.

I have already written about how bad this place is but nonetheless I will stress my deep discomfort, I have never been so outrageously mistreated by McDonald's crew like in this particular branch. From the security to the attendants. Not only me I also witnessed many other people being aggressively dragged out for complaining about the poor poor service. The food was cold and yes the order was wrongly served. My advice? Avoid it if you can

Standard run of the mill McDonald's in a very busy area. Staff were under pressure due to amount of people, and mistakes were happening with several orders while we waited.

A first world country McDonald's with third world service. The screen says that your order is ready to collect but when you get to the counter they say it's still coming up. Literally half a dozen supposedly "ready to collect orders" were asked to wait (see pic). Shabina was pretty rude to the customers. Thay have a pretty poor system. The downstairs seating area was also closed even though they were so busy. We walked all the way down with our meals only to see it closed. Also we didn't get any ketchup. If you wanna see a real working McDonald's even during peak hour with exceptional service, please come to South Africa. Muuuuuuuch better service and the staff are super friendly. Our McDonald's is high tech and you don't have to wait 30 mins for your order.

Good McDonald's, nice food. Some seating is bordered off, customers have to wait in the door way, and staff call out numbers for you to get your food. Noisy environment. But, since it's right next to the bus station and multiple bus stops, a good location to put the store. Will go again.

It's a very touristy place to be. The families enjoyed their meal in the open area outside with seating. Very busy. Seems after 8 pm you require your food receipt to use the downstairs toilets.

When I was working in Mac Donald’s we were wearing gloves to make the burger . Non one was wearing gloves here I ate a burger and the meat was passed the time duration that it needs to be hold in the place to be warm and hot the food wasn’t good and the atmosphere was not good also because everybody was studying and waiting there wasn’t a line to wait . The place doesn’t look good even if it’s a grab and go . Atmosphere food and service matters if you care about your customer you need to behave in quality standards and be careful with every detail.

Ordered our food at at around 1143. We waited until everyone we were stood with had collected their food, around 20 minutes! Only when we complained that our food was acknowledged and given to us. We sat outside to enjoy the atmosphere, but when I poured my chips in to the burger box there was a pubic hair on my chips which I showed a member of staff. She went and got me a fresh box. But by then I had been really put off. I know complaining isn't good, we did wait for a very long time, and I wasn't as firm on the situation as I could have been. I don't think I will ever return to Macdonalds ever again. How disgusting.

We stopped in to the McDonald's to try some UK mcdonalds items. We were a little concerned with just how busy it was, but really had no reason to be! We managed to order, find a Seat, and get our food within about 10 minutes. I truly have to commend the staff working there. Although it was extremely busy, they managed serve everyone quickly and the place was still kept fairly clean.

Ordered an apple pie, order number got completely missed on the system, had to talk to them about 3 times while waiting 25 minutes about the missing order. Staff were being made to mop the floor by the entrance while it was extremely busy and people walking through the same floor to get in and out????!!!!!! HUGE HEALTH AND SAFETY BREACH????!!!!!!

As we were going downstairs to look for a table, after ordering food, a security man told us in a rude way that the public toilets were outside and that we should go out. We looked at him, and he noticed we were confused and could not understand why he was saying this. Then, he asked if we had ordered some food, to which we answered yes. He then apologised for telling us to go outside to look for public toilets. I mean, do your job properly, we actually order our food in front of him, I find this really rude for someone to ask their clients if we've ordered food when the purpose to go to Mc Donald's is to eat!! And his tone, his manners and attitude: so rude. Then, the obvious is always something missing in your order. Out of 4 menus, a water, a big fries, and a bag of melon was missing. Incredible. I know it is a very busy Mc Donald's but they should be more vigilant. We want to get what we pay for.

SKIN COLOR Discrimination by employee. I asked to show me phone charging power points. One lady in ground floor didn’t show me and said go upstairs. But the same lady shows another white guy to charge his phone. Cold coffee is not same as shown in the ordaining screen. To much ice with little quantity of coffee. Never coming back here.

In all fairness this MCDonalds is heaving. The place was packed, very central location meant that it was popular. Food was fine couldn’t fault. Staff were patient and working hard. Service was slow due to large number of people, not due to staff. As they were pumping orders out, one after another. Would recommend to people in the area who do not have a lot of time to eat

This is my first ever trip to a McDonald's in UK. The young girl who served me was very kind and friendly. I really like her smile. She was finding my order number and helping us alot. In addition The atmosphere is very metropolitan, with service as fast paced and efficient as a well organized hospital. I was very satisfied. Her Name is Hawa. Thank you for you good hospitality. We will back soon.

The restaurant itself is like any other McDonald's.. Little bit of a wait due to it being very busy at time.. The staff as always very young but do a excellent job. The seating area is on the second floor which may an issue for some not sure if a lift is available for the less mobile.. Again very busy but able to find a table after a little wait.. Considering how busy it was it was still very clean.. Unfortunately for the toilet facilities.. Only a disabled available on the ground floor. Now this is the reason for my low score. It was disgusting.. Filthy and the sink was filled with.. What looked like urine!!! Only hope that this is not a reflection of the back of the restaurant...

Absolute joke, don't go here for fast food. Waited so long could walked to a farm, got the ingredients, and cooked it myself. Not the poor person working on her own fault; you just had to feel sorry that she was expected to do everything. There is a KFC or Burger King nearby, which may be better.

Its McDonald's what can I say. It tastes the same the world over from Timbuktu to Vegas baby ! Of course it may taste a little different if your burger flipper has had a bad day, but we won't go there.

They say plenty space downstairs, at 8pm downstairs was already closed as the cleaner told me she "just cleaned ",really?? Just to sit upstairs with a drunk weirdo client harassing me and nobody tried to take him out even if he was loud and disturbing 😐 😑

Attended today, self service till did not give a receipt, I waited for 30 minutes for food still nothing, I spoke to I believe the manager to enquire where my order was to be told the computer went down and they have lost a lot of orders, she asked to see my receipt which obviously I didn't have one, she then shrugged her shoulders. I kindly told her it was not my issue but her problem to sort out, I had to tell her what I ordered again and was served with Luke warm food in the end I just gave up and left. This has to be the worst McDonald s I have visited. Avoid at all costs zero customer experience unfortunately I cannot give zero rating.

Fair enough but I think they had far more complaints about not having anywhere to sit rather than dirty toilets. Not everyone would want to use the toilet but almost everyone wanted a place to sit. I understand staffing issues but this was poor form. There was no sign or way to know about this until after walking down four flights of stairs…

My 5* are for Kenneth.. the dapper man who helps in every way.. immaculately dressed with razor sharp creases and polished shoes. Not many people take such pride in themselves.. he cleans tables. Takes your litter from your hands and disposes of it. He guides people to the right areas. This man is a wonderful asset to McDonald's... everyone should have a Kenneth in their store... also a nice person to have a chat with.. I'm so glad Mcdonald chose to have an older person at front of store setting a example of how to conduct yourself...and how to dress....thank you Kenneth...

We were staying in a hotel in convent garden so we would walk here and get breakfast everymorning it was just a normal, mcdonalds with normal food it was very clean was very confused why most of the people working here were sitting out the back on their phones but it was pretty obvious because it was slow service

Not totally impressed by my visit. No lift to lower floor and disabled area amounted to very small table big enough to put the tray on, so getting my chair and 3 people in a tight alley wasn't the best situation.

Throughout my experiences around the world, I’ve never met a fouler person than Daniela (Daniel), a male manager at this branch on 26/11/22 at 17:30. He was extremely rude to all the customers waiting especially a group of young kids but also, surprisingly to his staff members, in which he belittled them publicly in front of customers and showed a clear degree of unprofessionalism. Happy to extend further if needed as this individual was highly unprofessional and I would state as a ‘bully’.

You know what you are going to get with McDonalds, and this is actually one of the quicker branches (unlike many others that suffer from far too many Deliveroo driver collections). Sadly it’s still far smaller than you would expect of Leicester Square, so a short queue is common any given evening and seating inside is limited. On this occasion the Burger King on the other side of the square is far bigger and more comfortable, though only when they have the upstairs open.

This place is crowded most of the time. It has a nice dining area outside. Service is ok . The food quality and staff are good .If you want affordable food compared to other fast food chains and that too in central London then this is your place

They are lying about how fast they are. My (and others) number was up for collecting but food was not ready yet. On paper (computer database?) it looks like they are blazing fast, in reality they are just pumping numbers for their KPIs.

I love coming to this McDonald's in Baker Street,just a short walk up across the Road is 221B where Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson resided.Its now The Sherlock Holmes Museum.

Overall a typical Mc Donalds restaurant. I noticed that the staff are very hard working people. I also noticed that there is a long cue at the restrooms, which probably has to do with the lack of public toilets in this area! The use of the restrooms at this McDonalds location is free.

If I could give 0 stars I would went there today in the evening and managers were so rude they can’t communicate to save their life they cook with no gloves for those who are not aware avoid this branch at all costs there are many other options in the area thank me later I might have just saved your life and the worst experience you can receive in London
