Great fun atmosphere especially for the kids. We had an amazing birthday party here and they made a great fuss and effort for the birthday boy. Food was great with tasty burgers, curly fries and huge portions of ribs. Β£25 to bring your own cake was a little pricey but all round good fun with birthday wishes displayed on all the screens.

This was a huge let down for me. Don’t get me wrong, the place looks great and the service is decent. Unfortunately the food is the problem. I went with friends and all the main meals such as burger and chips and steak and fries were nothing special. The only thing I would recommend is the milkshakes. They are delicious but this place is high on novelty factor and low on quality food

Wow! What a wonderful friendly experience in the heart of London's West End. Planet Hollywood is an American fayre restaurant inspired by Hollywood with real memorabilia from movies over the years. The service is first rate and extremely welcoming and friendly. They have a well stocked bar with a huge range of drinks with great cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, soft drinks and incredible milkshakes. The food is well prepared and plentiful! We shared the VIP platter and across our table has the sizzling fajitas, salmon, steak (extremely flavourful) and burgers. (photographed here) The desserts are large and delicious so save room!!! We were celebrating a birthday so they brought ours with a very large sparkler candle on a well decorated cheesecake slice (they also offer large whole chocolate cakes for groups in advance too which is super convenient) Try the Chocolate milkshake Super Nova for the ultimate milkshake lover and a bit of a challenge (you'll understand when it arrives!) The service is very speedy, extremely friendly and efficient. Our waitress was so friendly and dealt with all requests and dietary requirements brilliantly. They seem to manage families and large groups well and also cater for small groups of 2 and our food was brought promptly. Although there are plenty of tables downstairs and upstairs on the mezzanine, it was very busy so you should book in advance. They can also put a message on the screen which are cast all the way through the restaurant to give a special feeling. There is a memorabilia gift shop set inside of Planet Hollywood themed clothing, glasses and other small items. Definitely wander around and see all the movie items scattered across the restaurant, amazing collection including Hans Solo from Star Wars. Highly recommend for a fun night out when looking for a good hearty meal and drinks.

I really like the decoration of Planet Hollywood. The food were delicious and the waiters were very friendly! There are nothing to complain at all. There are certainly some difference in the famous American restaurants (just like Hard Rock Cafe) but it's always nice to see the differences in those two very very famous restaurants!

Great food. We bought a Groupon for 2 courses for 2 adults. Food was fantastic! Portions were huge. We took our 5 year old daughter. She loved it. The music was fab too! Displays are good too but some are a little hard to see when there are people eating as they are above tables.

Closed forever? This is literally one of my favourite restaurants, great atmosphere, great food, amazing cocktails, however looks like this is now closed for good? :(

Place was quiet the time I arrived, it was very relaxing. Service took a little longer than it should have but nonetheless it was still an enjoyable experience. Service was nice and the pizza I had was cooked very well; was very cheesy!

Planet Hollywood has a great atmosphere, really good vibes, cool music and fun interactive screens that show birthday messages, videos of the diners etc. The food was good. It's what you expect from a burger restaurant. Fresh, hot and well cooked. The portion sizes are massive, so be prepared to feel absolutely stuffed afterwards. We really enjoyed our evening here and would return in the future, but maybe we would skip the starter as the desert was huge.

Great meal burger was impressive and couldn't even finish it. Staff were great and attentive. Would recommend for a nice easy meal while in London. Although not the best memorabilia range out of the Planet Hollywood's I have visited it was still a very positive experience. Thanks

Absolutely amazing food and dΓ©cor. This place is not cheap but if you want to take someone for a treat with uncommon food items such as a Β£13 brownie dipped ice-cream in a massive cup that you will not be able to finish, then this place is for you. I recommend the burger which was great and came with one of the best fries I have eaten in the UK.

Great food and in a great location. Plenty of movie props to see while you relax. Staff was also very nice. Would gladly go back.

Went for cocktails to celebrate my one year anniversary. Loved the film memorabilia around the walls, and the names of the cocktails after film characters was a nice touch. Could've had a better variety of cocktails, all in all a good place to visit.
