I just want to give some advice to all staffs of McDonald's please be more observant with the products you are using. These days I witnessed to see so many times of fries 🍟 is served inappropriate way.

Had the insufferable displeasure of experiencing trying to order food from here via a drive thru on a Friday night.. The traffic management was appalling and on several occasions staff members finally had to come out to rectify the cars that were stuck unable to move, and therefore not allowing anyone to clear. It has been standstill chaos for a good hour I’m sure this place would be fine during normal times but please avoid during peak times. At the time of writing this, I have been queuing for an hour. Frustrating to say the least…

Worst McDonald's restaurants I ever got into. Juat ordered some food here. I used table service, the food arrived cold, I asked no ice on my Coke , I got Coke with ice. No serviettes stand, no salt. Definitely a management issue

Overcrowded and long wait to get your food. Things are not organized well. You order just a lemonade and it takes 15mins before you get it.

You can expect quality food in McDonald's. Its good only to grab a coffee or ice cream. Is not cheap either a meal will cost you 10£ at least. Many other places I'll eat better much quality and tasty food. Or for that price I can prepare meals at home to a superb quality. The burgers and sandwiches taste like rubber. Really not rigth place to eat.

Decent enough place, fairly quick service. Toilets are reasonably clean. Food is OK. Convenient location and open long hours.

It is a crowded and not a very welcoming place. Staff looked tired, and not welcoming food served was not well cooked but rather burnt. Visitors enter with McDonald's worldwide reputation but mostly leave unsatisfied. Would never go to this place in my life. Highly disappointing and disheartening visit.

Bad experience at this McDonald's. The lady at the collect is crazy. When I asked her if my order had already been called she snatched the receipt from me and I had to queue up at the cashier to have it redone. Eventually the lady realized that the package was the one that had been on the counter for 20 minutes and she threw it at me. The food they gave me didn't even correspond to what I had ordered and was very spicy. Hire staff who are drug-free and happy with their work.

Do not visit this McDonald's unless you want to be mocked, physically manhandled without consent and treated like a piece of trash! Absolutely outrageous and disgusting customer service! My boyfriend and I visited this location on Saturday night (around half past 10) to get two hot chocolates since the coffee shops were closed. As soon as we entered through the front door, there were security guards everywhere. About 6 or 7 of them. There was one on each side of the doorway, and one by the counter. We ordered our hot chocolates, and were given our receipt with our order number 33 on it. We then went to queue with the other people waiting, and looked up at the electronic screen that shows which orders are ready and which ones are still being prepared, and our order, 33, was not on there at all. We went over to the collection counter and completely normally and politely said to the man there that our order was not on the screen, and he snapped at us in a very rude voice, "IT'S COMING! IT'S COMING!", and acted completely dismissive towards us as if he didn't even want to hear what we had to say. We went back to the queue to wait with the other people waiting, and someone else said that his order had been on the screen but had now disappeared. We waited about 15 minutes in this queue, maybe more, for 2 hot chocolates, and there was absolutely no sign of them being made. They kept calling out other orders, including big food orders, and got up to order 70 and higher, and still no sign of our order 33. We thought we must have been forgotten about, so calmly walked over to the counter to ask about our drinks again. My boyfriend asked the man about our drinks, and he replied "IT'S COMING, I WILL CALL YOU!" in the same dismissive manner and very snappy, rude tone as before. At this point, I hadn't said a word to the staff. I was just standing completely still, not even speaking, and suddenly a security guard came and grabbed onto me and moved me away from the counter, before pulling a barrier tape in front of me, my boyfriend, and all the other people waiting. I couldn't believe it as I am a small and fragile female and this large male security guard did this when I literally wasn't talking or moving or doing ANYTHING wrong, AND he waited until my boyfriend was turned the other way!! I felt targeted too, as I seemed to be the only person he did this to. As if that wasn't enough, another poor lady waiting in the queue said that we were being herded and that she felt like she was being treated like a farmyard animal, and the security guard overheard and responded by making mocking sheep bleating noises!!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING way to treat customers. The whole time this was happening, there was absolutely no brawling, violence, arguing or discord whatsoever, everyone was just patiently waiting for their food!!!! I was completely taken aback by all of this and by this point we were discussing how outrageous it all was with the other customers who were waiting. After we'd been in there for a total of about 20 minutes, our 2 hot chocolates were finally ready. I am appalled by the shockingly bad service in this McDonald's and will never visit this branch again. I am seriously considering never buying from any McDonald's branches ever again. The people working in this branch behaved in the most disgusting way and I would advise no one to ever visit this restaurant!!!

Quick service. Great location. Busy but also very big, so there is plenty of space. Clean and well served. Open 24h.

Fast service and food was good. Was very busy though, just about able to find a seat (to be fair, seats were becoming available fairly often). One cubicle in the gents had a person sleeping in it, the other was blocked

Center of London, plenty of seatkng. Ordered food from my table (waited 5 mins for a seat) and it arrived within 10 mins and it was super busy. Food was fresh and warm. What more can you ask for?

A very nice place to enjoy oneself after a tour of central London. The self-service station provides customers with options and choices and time to choose from several menus. The service and delivery are quite fast and precise. The attendants are warm and willing to assist. However، table serving isn't available. Therefore, each customer has to queue to be served.

Ordering food was easy using the screens. The waiting time was relatively short. A friendly guy called out your order number. The biggest downside of this McDonald’s was that there were not enough seats. The staff did their best to keep the place clean and tidy.

Too much crowded and no available seats for dine in. No problem, the taste of their food let you forget these issues.

The patty on my burger was so overcooked, dry cold and gross, that I took the patty out and just ate the bread and salad. McDonald’s is an abomination. I thought the McDonalds in other countries would be better, but it’s exactly the same awful tasteless cooked to death, pre made disgusting patties. At least at this location 🤷🏻‍♂️

Slow, but solid food 9/10 would recommend :)

Lucky to get a table seat it was comfortable after being up for the Jubilee Pageant and the food was reasonable, fries were a bit cold. Vegan burger lovely so was Banana Milkshake. Mother enjoyed her chicken sandwich, fries and tea meal.

Went in at about 9:45 pm. They had already closed a seating area so had to wait to sit down. Had to clear and clean the table ourselves. They forgot to put apple pies in with the order. McDonald's, so didn't really expect much.

Well. There’s not many things to say about this McDonalds. It’s one of the kind,including a downstairs seating area. It is a very awesome experience at Strand. Very nice in the winter as well. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Nice staff and community

Nice McDonalds but gets very busy. Plenty more seating downstairs but this also fills up very quickly and isn’t sizeable enough to deal with the crowds at peak times. Located just across from Charring Cross station and on the Strand, it’s close to lots of landmarks like Trafalgar Square. Plenty of ordering machines inside and food takes a while but not too bad all things considered. The food is of a standard and quality you expect, all in all a pretty good McDonald’s to go to if it isn’t very busy…

I went to this restaurant and not one person was wearing gloves some were scratching their head emptying the garbage and doing all sorts with out washing their hands or wearing a pair of gloves and the manager was right their as if its ok. nasty restaurant absolutely no regard for hygiene. Avoid unless your nasty too.

Food is same as every other McD The toilets here is very dirty, they should really clean more. The most weird thing happened to me when I was here, a member of staff asked me to complete a survey, and if we just answered most satisfying to everything she would give me a McFlurry. I said okay and she took control of my phone and answered, as is would be quicker.

Large breakfast for a party of six with table service. Used the downstairs area which, at the time of visit, had lots of room. Makes now next time to use the order screens downstairs too, more room than the crowded entrance. With a large food order there were some missing items on first delivery, which the helpful staff sorted. It took two attempts to correct a special breakfast order, but it too was eventually sorted. Nice clean area. Good food. Overall 4 ⭐ for this trip over the corrections were completed.

I know it's a fast food joint but food was at best average and a little cold. My wife's big mac arrived with no burger in the bun. Incredibly dirty place and toilets are a cess pit. Never using this one again!

Crazy busy, no organisation at pick up point, and items missing from order. Drunks sleeping at tables and no attempt by staff or security to remove them but security tried to get us, and others, to leave the ground floor seating area halfway through our meal as they wanted to close the area off. Would need to be absolutely starving to return here!

Sometimes have to queue outside for a few minutes, however that is not unusual in central London. Many stations to order, good toilet facilities and nice, unique seating area. However the staff don't seem to happy during the late hours.

Service was very fast and friendly. As I had a cold I asked the staff to skip the I've from the Coke and they were happy to help. The breakfast menu was very tasty. Their hash browns are legendary and their flat bread with bacon was surprisingly tasty.

Extremely burned has browns. Gave me the wrong stuff in order. Long wait. Lower floor closed so there where no seats Staff talking to each other and managers rude to them

The food is hot and fresh and tastes good, just what you expect from a busy McDonald’s. Sadly, if you order veggie food, it can cause a wait of over 10 minutes with lots of other orders served first. The waiting area is small, there isn’t much room to stand. The place is clean, feels safe, and is expertly located centrally with lots nearby!

Very busy place! Placed order to eat in. Didn't hold out much hope of the food turning up but it did and quickly too! Not my first choice for eating out (very noisy) but we all enjoyed our food, especially the grandchildren. Well done Macdonald's!

Absolute disaster of a place, disorganised, chaotic. Waited 15 minutes for simple porridge! In the meantime at least 5 people left their orders and went out because of the time they had to wait, even when it’s been paid for already. It wasn’t that busy at the beginning but at some point more people started to gathering because even ready orders weren’t given to anyone. I ended up with barely warm porridge only because had enough patience to stand there and wait. Avoid it if you can.

We arrived at 5.00pm, as lead up to going to theatre. Food was diabolical. Had table service. Bad mistake. Place was rammed. Sent food back twice as it was cold. Toilets were disgusting, absolutely appalling. We complained, as they looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the morning. And then every one that went in them complained, they eventually managed to get someone to look at them. Whether or not they got cleaned, don't know as we left.

First time I have been into a McDonald's in donkey's years. It was a challenging experience. Touch screen ordering, well that was an unexpected experience. The machine didn't work properly, didn't give me a paper order receipt saying what the next step was. Had to wait for ages although it was a simple order for 2 people. Got indigestion. Nothing changed there. Only went there as there wasn't any other choice.

Very busy branch otherwise all good

This time I am so disappointed... I ordered in a table service and I had to catch the waiter after 15 or 20 minutes by myself. My coffee was all over the tray and on a cup. 65% of fries were cold and pliable, really. The table I was sitting at was a bit dirty too.

I went here, wanting to use toilets then have a quick lunch. As a result, when I went in and looked around near the self-service ordering machine, a staff member with a broom passing by said that there is no toilet here (not that their toilet is temporarily unavailable)! Although I thought it was impossible for a 24-hour McDonald's to not have toilets, I still left:)
