Awful experience, see photo of burger which was warm at best and messy to eat, they gave me a caramel latte instead of normal & looked at me like an alien when I asked for sugar and a stirrer.. felt unwelcome

The branch I visited was decent. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. However, the cleanliness could have been better. The food tasted as expected, but the dining area lacked proper maintenance. Decent, but with room for improvement.

I know it's not a michelin restaurant but this McDonald's has gone down as one of the worst I have visited. It used to struggle for years and is still struggling! Visited last week with my friend and kids and we decided to dine in as we were with the kids. Spotted a table upstairs so picked that one. However seats were dirty with leftover food. My friend sat with her son while I went downstairs with my child and her daughter. Toilets aren't clean by the way and taps/sinks are in desperate need of a refurb! Asked the kids to head on upstairs while I waited on the queue and finished off in the toilets. On my way back up and to my surprise I saw my child and friends daughter heading back down and asked where they were going only for them to tell me the seats on the table we picked was dirty and they had asked for assistance from the lady assistant in this picture and she said to them 'she only cleans tables'?! I was baffled and shocked to say the least at this response so went with the kids back upstairs. I saw the lady (in picture) but she walked off into a staff only room so I waited for her to come back out! Mind you in the midst of all this, an open bin was left out where customers ate - see picture. Once the lady eventually came out , I requested she clean the seats to which to my shock she responded saying exactly the same thing 'that she only cleans tables and nowhere else'! I challenged her on this with a question of "so if a customer had finished eating and spilled food over the floor, chairs, tables she wouldn't clean it?" At which she reluctantly proceeded to get some cleaning materials to clean the seats for us! We were all totally disgusted at her behaviour so I decided to flag this to a manager downstairs who went onto apologise, gave my son an extra irem from the menu and even say he was appalled she would make such a statement of 'only cleaning tables' when it was her duty to ensure the area was clean!

It was very busy, every now and then I was jostled when people wanted to leave the store. Relatively long waiting times, no seating (2 tables were outside, not much room inside). I ordered my burger with extra cheese and no lettuce. Although a sticker with the same info stuck on the packaging, still there was lettuce on the burger (which I removed myself). This was a one time visit

Very disappointed. I upgraded my double sausage McMuffin with DOUBLE EGGS but it came with not even one but ZERO egg. It’s not the first time won’t visit this McDonald’s store anymore.

Me and my family went in for a takeout lunch and upon ordering, it took around half an hour to get our food and when we looked, it was severely missing many items we ordered including the chicken from the chicken salad and the fruit bag from a meal deal. Don’t come here if you want to wait half an hour for not even all your food.

Extremely disappointing and rude service. We were simply picking up our takeaway and waiting for the second order to be delivered (which was taking far longer than expected) and the store manager told us off for “eating in the establishment”, when eating a *singular* chip. Quite shocking and confusing to be told off for eating in a restaurant.

If I've paid for a large chips, I expect the box to be filled, not half full. I was too far away from the store when I opened the bag to go back, otherwise I would have complained. Plus my coke was warm and flat. Check your food before you leave!!!

Fast food but without the fast. Had to wait around 10-15 minutes for my order (around 6-7pm). Though I ordered x2 of two sauces, they gave me just one of each and put in the wrong sauce for one of them. This seems to be a typical occurrence in London McDs though...

they stick future time sell sticker on my corn, also my corn was not cooked or boil, and everything was too cold, i want compansation. I didnt get the freshly cooked , everything was so cold . Just see the time on tag ..the sell time and see my posting time . Posting time is 12.26 am beofre that sell time

Very, very quick service! And always delicious! 5 meals cost me only 6.97 pounds.

We arrived and were immediately made to feel welcome by a person sweeping the floor. Her smile was a million dollars. My young Grandchildren had just been to London for the first time. They were very pleased with their order and so was I. ( As long as the fries are hot I'm happy. We sat downstairs and the young man on duty down there fetched us another chair and was very helpful. We were greeted with another smile on leaving.

Absolutely disgusting. Food gave to me over the counter and they just said 'here'. The machine wasn't working and I asked for a receipt but they were so unorganised they didn't care. I will never visit again, go to the starbucks around the corner.

I’ve ordered grilled wrap, even asked at the counter if it’s grilled. They said yes! Turn out ! Again wrong! Every single time!!! Please put right stuff!!!!

Food will take a minimum of 20 minutes and will be cold if you are lucky enough to get the correct order. If not, another 20 minutes and cold still. This is one of the worst service locations in the city. Most others have much better service, go to one of those.

I ordered 4x cheeseburgers, but 2 came without any burger patties. Very disappointed. I get you can be under pressure in this line of work, but try not to screw over your customers. We have long days too. I was able to fill the buns with some ham though 😂

Too many screens to tap when ordering. Nowhere to eat inside as downstairs was full. Couldn't understand what the young lady behind the counter was saying. Should have made the time and effort to go to Burger King where the food is tastier.

Visited on a hot sunny Saturday afternoon and just ordered a milkshake at the self-serve screen. After waiting in line for several minutes my number was eventually called, at which point I was informed that there were no milkshakes available and was asked if I wanted something else instead. Now, I understand that they may run out of stock of certain items at times, however, the systems then shouldn’t allow you to order anything that includes those items (maybe ice cream in this instance). If I was being cynical this may be so that, after making you wait in line, they can offer a substitute and not lose a sale. Personally I had a refund.

I will never give more than 1 star to UK McDonald’s until they start offering Mayo dips again. They do in other countries. Bonus points if they also offer the Crispy McBacon (from Italy)

Food served quickly by a very pleasant young lady. Went down stairs to sit and tables were very cramped. Toilets were very poor however, not at all what was expected.

Went in here after arriving at London Euston train station. It's a very small McDonald's but service was very quick considering I like my burgers plain. Seating area was in the basement and was compact but the 2 staff down there was quick to wipe tables as soon as people left.

It’s not often I go into McDonalds but this particular experience was worth reviewing. The small act of kindness from Giulia (I hope I have spelt that correctly) was beautiful. Keeping my food warm whilst I went to the bathroom really brightened up my day. I was having a s*** morning but you made it a little better! Thank you!

Usually the portions are ok but today the portions for the fries were appalling. I ordered large fries and when i looked inside my bag, it was small fries. Do better! I often eat here and it seems they are being tight with the fries. Not good at all

Ordered mccrispy set and chicken select set with fruits bag. Didn’t give the fruit bag and curry dipping sauce that I ordered. They seem busy trying to serve the customers but can’t get the order correct, so what’s the point? Please check that you received all your items when you receive your food.

I visited at 7am the place was empty apart from me and the staff, who was doing nothing. The place looked liked it hasn't seen a mop for a week and the rubbish bins over flowing spilling on the floor.

I know we came in during rush time, but still. The order was not correct, our sauce and additional nuggets were missing. Did not had the courage to go and ask for them with all the people waiting. Fries were cold, no sauce. We did eat in but I would not recommend to do so. Better taking out. The place is super small, underground, little tables,... Not the best McDonald I went to. Good side : they did got my favourite Wrap :)

The worst ever service I had ever in the uk, No one in the kitchen wearing hygiene GLOVES which is mandatory in food preparing services. It must need for this current situation of increasing corona infection. They don’t complete the order and missed some things in my order. I buy 4 meal deal and they gave me just one ketchup. When I asked for one extra then they asked me to pay for it. Even in hygiene area My suggestion is to go for other McDonald's.

Modern day McDonald’s experience. Standard food. A long wait. Staff time spent on crowd management rather than food preparation, doing their best but being surrounded by delivery providers. Is it really worth it? Not really, only do it if desperate and Tom late for anything else
