Unfortunately worst buffet at this pizza hut branch and I've been here a few times in hopes it gets better. Pizzas are often cold, and not enough cheese. They also sometimes burn the pizzas. Cutlery is also always dirty.

Never Again. Menu is confusing. Very rude manager tables are empty still trying to get rid of people is not encouraging your customers neither makes them feel welcomed. Pizza was not the quality as other locations. Dough was hard not easy to chew seemed uncooked food. Waiting staff were okay defo needs bit of good environment for them to cheer up they clearly seemed to be under pressure due to the manager! A clear No Go!!

They did a pretty good job handling all the holiday crowds. Doesn't really taste like American pizza hut, but it's not bad. Also for some reason pizza comes with fries "chips" as a side.

We visited for lunch on Saturday (16th December) despite it being busy, we did not have to wait long in the queue outside... we were seated right by the salad bar, so nice and convenient. We went for a deal that included unlimited salad bar, bottomless drinks, a medium pizza, and a side of festive bites, and mine came to £23 odd, which I thought was very reasonable. The pizza and bites came out freshly cooked. Clean facilities. Would recommend a visit.

Pizza Hut Hay Market. The staff are super efficient. Even though the restaurant was full, our server never once ignored us and checked on us throughout. Pizza arrived swiftly. My only observation was how bland the salad was. Years ago, people went to Pizza Hut for the salad, but I put a clause in here. It's not directed at any particular Hut, as I've noticed it with a few branches. The calslaw and potato salad used to be more authentic, and now it's mass made out of a tub. It's just not the same, but Pizza Hut will always remind me of my childhood, so I'll always eat there. 🧡

When did they last clean? Not good. My grandson, 3 years of age would not eat the slop of runny cheese on his plate. Then he wouldn't eat the ice cream. I tasted both and wouldn't have eaten it either. Never. Never again will we step foot in Pizza Hut. Money down the drain. Not how I remembered this chain. Staff were fine.

Delicious, not too busy, Pizza Hut which is a short walk from Piccadilly Circus Tube Station. Quieter alternatives to Leicester Square and Strand, but book in advance to avoid disappointment! Food was very nice, had to prompt them for cookie dough though but they delivered our food very quickly afterwards.

These guys should be ashamed of themselves. AVOID! Terrible food - and this is a chain. Staff who just don't care. And - I now have a stomach upset. To the female waitress who barged my young son out of the way on the stairs to toilet - you are a disgrace. This is one of the worst experiences EVER. Slow refresh of the buffet. There were others there complaining at how, like us, paid £20 for this rubbish. (Pic below was what the buffet looked like most of the time.) There are so many better places to eat in that area. Waste of TIME, MONEY and a back stomach to go with it all. DISGRACE!

Pretty standard pizza Hut but with a great view over Piccadilly Circus. You order online through your phone scanning a code on the table. The staff is not really there, it was a slow night, almost completely empty but we had to wait for a manager to be seated.

Nice place to eat. We went with the kids prior to going to the theatre. It's relatively expensive for what you get, but the service was good and quick.

Immediate access to salad bar after ordering so hungry kids didn't have to wait, though the food arrived quickly too. Very kind kid-friendly staff and options to order both with QR code and in person. And yummy pizza of course, not the cheapest but well worth it in our opinion.

Will not visit here again; tasteless pizza, slow service. At the table next to us, the waitress spilt a bottle of water all over somebody's shopping and handbag. There are better places to eat than here.

Their Hot ‘N’ Spicy Veggie thin was awesome. From salads to pizzas everything was good, however atmosphere could be better and bigger it was too small.

We had the buffet. It was nice some of the pizzas were in the wrong places so they wasn't labelled correctly and it seemed to take a bit if time to re stock. The salad bar was clean just some of the food had landed in other pots. The table was clean but the floor was filthy. The head waitress was quite rude. I would recommed the BBQ pizza. I would say this pizza hut is probably one of the better ones around London.

Food was hot and replenished constantly. Salad bar was full and a good range of options. Easy to order via the QR code and start straight away. The buffet lunch was great value. Thank you

Seated quickly, told to order via the qr code on the table which is why service score lower. Food was good and was recieved in a timely manner. It was clean and the salad bar was always been checked and filled up. Overall a good visit just a bit disappointed in the idea ordering via a qr code rather than a person.

We visited as a family after a matinee show on Saturday, the staff were very friendly and quick to serve us and helpful with our questions, the food was hot and tasty. We accidently left a small bag behind, we sent a message online and they found it and very kindly posted it back to us, great service!

Generally good place. We ordered the buffet online, unfortunately it was just when the offer ended. This meaning that the buffet was not refilled. To compensate, they made an entire pizza for my son alone as he only likes one kind of pizza.

Great hospitality when I attended the buffet. There was fewer veg pizza options so I asked the manager if there was any other options. He went out of his way to order me a alternative veggie pizza to be brought to my table with my family. This gesture shocked me and made me appreciate the manager for tending to my individual customer need. Great guy need more managers like this

This Pizza Hut restaurant is one of my favourite places to have dinner in central London. I love the atmosphere here even though the place may be sometimes too crowded during holidays and occasionally you have to wait in a queue before you can get in. Still the food is great and the prices are also reasonable for central London. I’ve visited this place several times and I’ve never been disappointed.

I took my family for a cheecky treat as it is a great location. The water at door found us a table very easy and he was lovely ( later on a mad man decided to get mad at him for not reason) New ordering system not my fav but... we did it. Food amazing as usual a bit over the budget for me but it was a treat. Staff lovely, great location, good food... all pros. Cons... the overall cleaning, the salad bar had dusty signs on, behind the bar was dusty, I cleaned the seat after my child left her fingers all over and the wipe was way darker than what it should be. The ice cream factory shakers need a wipe. Toilets ... Never mind the wall paper is coming apart, basically cleaning.

First and last time here! Customer service was sloppy.. The restaurant was only half full but we were directed to sit in the farthest corner where the table was sticky and the plates were dirty. The waiter was not professional, he was just trying to quickly get rid of the customers and his behavior was rude! Maybe he was too busy or something else but... We will not use this Pizza Hut anymore for our treatmoments!

Great service, gluten free was a success both in flavour and the fact that there was no gluten in contact with the food. So if you Are very sensitive to gluten, this is the place for you! Very pleasent staff and menu options!

Kayshan, he was our server and an absolute star. He deserves all the recognition and praise from his management and from head office if possible. He was practically running the place alone the 2 other girls had been in the kitchen or somewhere. We had barely confirmed our order before our glasses appeared, and our pizzas arrived it was perfect. He was ensuring as soon as everyone left he cleared the tables and washed them thoroughly. He was going so fast that he dropped a couple like signs and apologised when one next to our table fell we picked it uo for him though as he was the most efficient worker ive ever seen. He was doing the work of about 3 people, he was probably going well above his pay grade. He wanted to make sure everyone was having the best possible experience.

Been meaning to try this place for ages. So I did. The ‘all you can eat’ for £18.99 was more or less pushed down my throat and was being mentioned from the door all the way to sitting down at the table. It’s clearly what they want you to do. I went for the 9” pizza which was bland and No where near 9”. There was no option for just a single coke but they did a refill for around £4…… I thought that was a total rip off so deliberately ordered water. Tbh this is a tourist trap and I won’t be back. Pizza Hut used to be great fun to go to but now it’s just another ‘sausage factory’. Won’t ever go back.

The staff ruin the experience of eating there! The female waitress seating everyone at the doors is rude and vile. She lacks any knowledge of customer service. If Pizza Hut wasn’t a known food outlet, people would not be visiting this venue due to the terrible customer service and incompetence of the staff! The female employee at the door, you should be ashamed of yourself and should be sacked for not treating your customers in a better manner!

Swrvice was OK. We were shown to a table, then checked on to see if the ordering was OK. But that was it. Nobody came to see if our food was OK, which it wasn't. Overcooked, and only warm, not hot. What makes me laugh is that I was sent an email to review the location. I put in about it being poor, and it wouldn't upload to Google reviews! Do they have some algorithm that prevents low starred review being uploaded? Don't normally write reviews, but it was the worst Hut I have ever experienced, and to be prevented from sharing it easily has really irked me.

I never had such great hospitality in any Pizza Hut in the world. The staff is so great. Special thanks to Neelam because of her I feel that whenever I come to Piccadilly Circus I will definitely eat pizza at Pizza Hut Piccadilly Circus.

After a long day in the City with two tired kids, this was the perfect place to grab some food before heading home. It was a friday evening and we had to wait 15mins for a table, which is acceptable in central London. The restaurant has two floors and we sat upstairs. Service was fast and attentive which was very much appreciated. They offer Kids menus with unlimited drinks and Icecream - perfect. Obviously not a glamorous place, but great to get away from the busy streets surrounding it. Would come again with the Kids.

very aggressive employees with a very rude expression, I don't know why, I believe it must be due to exhaustion, but I don't recommend going to this store, because they will be very poorly attended, if you pay a lot for little service, you can't understand it, I just didn't like it service, establishment needs more educated employees

This place would have received a 1 star had it not been for the wait staff who were so friendly and helpful. Pitty about the terrible attitude of the female manager and the rediculous system of making you wait outside in the rain while they set up your table.

Two things I must highlight. The food was served quickly and hot as if it had just been taken out of the oven. second since I entered, during dinner and before I left, the owner or supervisor and his staff were always at my service with remarkable kindness. Without a doubt, one of the best branches of the chain that I have visited in my travels around the world.

First I was surprised to be forced to pay with card, but later understood it is the best way for costumers and the restaurant. The salad bar was amazing, specially tomatoes. The team was very polite but cold with costumers. There should be a happy and cool atmosphere, and also some way to give tips after your diner, not before.
