Terrific and professional staff, had a lovely breakfast coffee and toast, eggs and bacon, avocado on toast (wasn't so good, little tasteless and not so fresh) however the wonderful lady manager was so polite and apologetic she removed it from the bill. We still has a wonderful time, lovely to sit and watch the world go by... Thank you Bills Soho 🥂👏👌🏼🏝🌈 PS: your tea and scones, also terrific... 🇬🇧🥂♥️

Called in on the off chance on a very busy Sunday and they make room for a table for two after just a couple of minutes wait. I chose poached eggs with avocado on toast and my friend burger and fries, one shared bottle of sparkling water and two glasses of wine each. The restaurant was welcoming and clean with windows open to give a cool breeze. The staff were attentive and polite and the customers, around us anyway, was entirely young and female which makes for a more relaxed atmosphere. The food was delicious, the burger cooked to perfection, and the wine went down well (had the cheapest white but it was ideal.) An added touch when we had eaten to be allowed then to sit outside to finish our wine which was much appreciated. Total cost £45 which I felt quite reasonable for the location, will definitely go again-well done Bill's.

I went to Bill’s bright and early at around 9. There was already a good amount of people. The restaurant decor alone is a good reason to visit. From the interior, to the menu, to the service before the food even came I knew I was going to have a great day starting it here. The food looked appetizing and tasted great. The servers were very attentive too. I really enjoyed my breakfast here. Highly recommend!

Halloumi, eggs & roast tomatoes on sourdough & the pancakes were very good! The ambient of this place is pleasant! Very beautiful interiors. Had to take one star off for the slow service.

The food is alright. Not as expensive as a lot of other restaurants in Central London. However, it was busy to the waiters often forgot about us and it was very difficult to get their attention.

Beautiful decor and ambience. Staff were generally very friendly. I ordered the veggie burger and was not disappointed at all. It tasted amazing. The cocktails we had were also very nice. The only negative is that I ordered sauce for the chips and it took forever. Generally a very good experience.

Nice vibe for a quick stop for brunch. Busy atmosphere, staff were good and on point although there was alot of people. Disappointed I had just missed out on the breakfast menu. So had a limit choice of brunch offers for being there at 11.30. Plate was huge, but portion sizes didn't match. Small toast, should have come with 2 slices. Sausage was small. I don't like beans but they never offered an alternative. Potato portion wasn't great. Expected more for what I had ordered as usual a big brunch fills you up but I was still left hungry.

Today we enjoyed a delightful brunch experience at Bill’s Soho restaurant. The atmosphere was vibrant and cozy, with friendly staff providing excellent service. The diverse brunch menu offered mouthwatering dishes, and my meal was both delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommend!

This branch is slightly smaller than the one in covent garden but its much more lively and cozy! Seats are so comfy and the service is excellent. I didn’t order food this time, just opted for dessert and coffee. The coffee is absolutely amazing that I ordered another cup. Had it along with cinnamon donuts that are warm and fluffy. It’s served with dulce de leche sauce. It’s definitely a meal.

Had pre theatre dinner here. We all had a different starter, and all of them were fabulous. Main course we had minute steak and classic burger. These were all good although my dressed pea shoot side was just a spoonful! Unfortunately we didn't have time for dessert as we only had an hour. But we would visit again and allow more time next time we are in London. My Apple and Ginger Mojito cocktail was very good and my friends had soft drinks.

Beautiful brunch, food was amazing, huge pot of tea, think I got at least 4 cups out of it. All our eggs were cooked to perfection, will definitely come back.

We went for breakfast today and the restaurant was exceptionally busy. We were seated and had our drink orders taken quickly. We had food order taken quickly and we received it quickly. The food was delicious! Highly recommended the pancakes but...in hindsight the 3 stack would have been just fine for me! The staff were so lovely, chatty and attentive. The person who served us (almost skin head hair cut) was super! They were very lovely and although the place was busy they had a smile. Very impressed with decor, facilities, food and staff. Highly recommend.

This place is a hidden gem! My partner and I are visiting from Australia and came here for breakfast. They have a separate gluten free menu, and as a coeliac I felt like the food was safe and staff were allergy aware. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming, food came out quick, was well priced and tasted great. I highly recommend!

We went there 3 times within 6 days because it is so well decorated, a beautiful area in Soho, delicious food and incredibly friendly service. Price performance fits.

Our party of 7 arrived early for a business meeting dinner and were promptly seated by the First Gentleman, which we appreciated. Our server took our order within 5-10 minutes, but after waiting for 30 minutes, we were still without our drinks. It became evident that the table next to us, seated 15 minutes after our arrival, had already received their orders while we barely had tap water to drink. After 45 minutes, only 80% of our drinks and one small plate had been brought to the table. When I inquired about the rest of my order and missing drinks, the server responded rudely. With no food in sight for anyone at our table, we sought assistance from another server who promptly addressed our concerns. Unfortunately, when the food finally arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes, it was lukewarm or cold, leaving us hungry and frustrated. Adding to the dissatisfaction, staff members were seen carrying bags of rubbish through the dining area, passing numerous tables, which we found unsanitary. We expressed our disappointment to the manager, who offered to remove the service charge and drinks from our bill, but this felt unfair to those who didn't receive their drinks. Additionally, a free dessert was offered, but given the overall terrible experience, we declined. This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience at a Bill's restaurant, and none of our party will be returning.

Excellent restaurant, well located and easy to get to. A varied offering, friendly and courteous service and a great price-performance ratio round off the great impression. The food tasted excellent and was brought to the table very quickly despite there being a lot of guests.

Mornin’ 🧁✨🫶🏽 This is the perfect breakfast place. I went here with a friend and we had a blast! The service does a great job managing the numerous customers who come to this restaurant. We had a marvelous traditional English breakfast and good coffee!! It is a nice place to go if you have guests in London or just want to have a cozy typical breakfast with you friends, family or your significant other. Maybe it’s important to mention, that this spot is actually quite popular and you might have to hurry a bit to get a place 🧚🏽‍♀️ (depends) Enjoy a lot!!

This place was outstanding! We walked in during a non busy time and were seated right away. The service was good, the atmosphere was fun, and the food was delicious! We were not very hungry so we just ordered appetizers but we wish now that we had enough room for some of the other dishes and desserts! Definitely a place to visit while in Picadilly Circus! Thank you, Bill's!

Food was tasty, we both had shawarmas. It is somewhat light meal, so if you are very very hungry, I would go with burger. Service was great, ambient too. We had great time.

Food and drink 7/10 Service 8/10 Decor and atmosphere: 6/10 Service speed 7/10 Cost 6/10 The best: Friendly service, price is reasonable for location. The worst: Standard breakfast menu. loud space due to number of tables. The lowdown: If you want breakfast/brunch food come here for a reasonable price. Don't expect to be wowed or to return for a second date if you bring them here for the first.

The food at Bill's is very good. I really enjoyed my Turmeric latte, dirty vegan burger (would 100% recommend) and carrot cake. I would say the prices here are justified. The establishment is beautiful and clean and most of the waiters were nice. The place is noisy (but hey, this is Soho) and also there was a blonde waitress with big lashes who had a sulky attitude, even my friends noticed. Thank God her colleagues were nicer ( big up to the other blonde girl with glasses and the man who helped us with the payment, lovely staff).

Perfect full English breakfast. Booked a table for the evening on the back of the quality breakfast and service we received... Unfortunately the evening service was a total let down. The food quality was way below the standard of the morning service, as was the service from the staff. No drinks offered, left sat for 20 minutes before having our order taken and then added and expected me to pay a service charge for a low standard meal costing over £100. Can't fault the morning service, that was exceptional and indeed paid the service charge.

This is a lovely little place to wine and dine. Table booking is highly recommended. A few people where turned away as I waited for my table to be prepared. The decor is very busy in addition to the Christmas theme going, it appeared overwhelming for me. I gave this restaurant 4 star for the exceptional and thoughtful service the waiter who attended to my table provided. I had a beautiful corner table to chill. It felt a little cramped walking between the tables. I was slightly anxious I would bump into the tables as I passed. The toilet had temporarily no cold water, So I had to wash my hands with piping hot water. The scampi and fish pie was freshly made tasty and nice. The side veg was so tasty. I will visit again

Came here last week, and the food was amazing. You gotta try the beetroot steak, it is to die for. The only downfall was waiter didn’t see our cues that we needed more time 😅. Either way, they are superb and have an amazing sense of decor. After going a second time, waiter was amazing, making sure we had all our food in time despite kitchen slow service. Definitely goes from a 4 to a 5.

I booked a table for my friend and I. I asked them to book a table with plenty of space around me as I have disabilities. They did not care less. The space around me was minimum. In order to get to my seat, I had to walk sideways along the only access available which was about 15cms wide. I struggled to get to my seat and I hit my elbow on the wall next to the other side of the table due to the extreme lack of space. The service was horrendous. I asked a waitress for some ice, but didn't get any. My friend asked for some ice to another waitress. She just left the glass with ice on the table, like a robot. The food was not great. I got salad that was just small pieces of vegetables with absolutely nothing else. No dressing, tasteless. The glasses are not washed properly. They all had white stuff all around and looked dirty. Impossible to see through. The toilets were dirty, with toilet paper everywhere. Awful restaurant with awful service (almost non-existent) and zero concern for people with disabilities. They even include the tip in the bill. It's embarrassing that they add it when the service is horrendous. As it is optional, the best decision is not to leave any tip. We will never go to any Bill's restaurant ever again. The worst.

We went to Bill’s for lunch before heading to the theatre. I took my 3 daughters aged 15,2 and 1. As it was the summer holidays they were doing a children eat for free which was amazing. The food was delicious; I had a full English and my eldest has pancakes with bacon. The youngest 2 got a main each (Mac and cheese and fish fingers and chips) and a dessert was even included for zero cost. The restaurant was busy but our food came quickly and there was some colouring provided for the children. We had a fabulous lunch for an excellent price!

Had a nice dinner. Food was good. We had the chicken two ways and the seafood linguine. The watercress and pea soup was tasty, a bit on the tangy side. Service was a bit slow but pleasant. The atmosphere had a hip and cool vibe. We had a nice time.

Bill's is a really fun restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The decor makes the place look most interesting and the staff make you feel very welcome. They were very knowledgeable about their food and patient when asked about it. The service was very good too with nothing to complain about. The food itself was excellent. They have a very wide range of starters and mains. I had chicken and sesame dumplings with a spicy chutney which was lovely. I then had their classic burger which was excellent. And for dessert I had a sticky toffe pudding with ice cream which was lovely. My friends had other dishes, one had a minute steak which was really nice and another had a seafood linguine which was very good too. I look forward to going back there again. Great food, good prices and a nice setting.

Went in for Sunday lunch. Was super busy. Many people had booked. The brunch menu goes until 5. The food was good. Halloumi fries were delicious. The avocado on sour dough with eggs and streaky bacon was also good. Just needed more seasoning.

Tad overcrowded and noisy. My family and I went on a Saturday at around 1 pm. There seemed to be a lot of tables and chairs with not much room in between them (obviously to accommodate more customers), which I didn't like as it was a tad hard to move around or walk down to the toilet, for example. And as a result of the place being crowded there wasnt much air flow in there either. But the food was reasonably priced and delicious with a good selection to choose from. If I went again, I'd definitely avoid peak times and go in the morning for a better experience. Overall a great place for a brunch. I'd recommend it.

this restaurant is ok, i wouldn’t say it’s anything special and i personally wouldn’t come back in future. my pancakes were nice, but you don’t get much syrup or fruit to go with it so ended up being very dry. my partner did enjoy his food, however the eggs were very overdone. we both had the freshly squeezed orange juice and agreed it wasn’t the best, quite bitter and not the best we’ve had. the service was fine, again nothing extraordinary, our waitress was pleasant, a little blunt but not rude. the restaurant itself is very beautiful, lovely decor and lots of character, but very busy. tables are so close together, you are practically sat next to other customers who’re dining. overall this place is ok, but i probably wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Met with friends on a Friday evening, despite booking in advance the table wasn't ready, we were told to move by a rather rude member of the staff while we were waiting, as though it was our choice to be loitering- if I was with my family I would have just left. Our waiter (John according to the receipt) was lovely, very patient while we dithered. Everything took ages to come (it was busy though) not a problem to us as we were happy catching up, but if you're hungry or thirsty or have a booking afterwards, everything just took far too long! The food was fine, decor was nice, super busy and loud - had to raise your voice to have a conversation. I would be ok if someone else wanted to go but I wouldn't suggest it.

This was my first experience at a Bills and I was very pleased with everything. We were lucky to have booked a table for breakfast/brunch because the queue to get in was long! The service here cannot be faulted. Everyone was lovely, hardworking and accommodating. The food was very good (I had the traditional breakfast). Coffee could have been better as it was a bit bitter, but I won’t let that taint the experience. Lovely cosy setting inside with fun decoration. A vast menu to suit all types of eaters and the restaurant in a great location. Definitely wouldn’t mind returning here.

Bills had a fantastic three course Christmas menu in December. The service was outstanding, despite waiting almost an hour for our starter, they compensated by providing us with a free drink each, which was a lovely goodwill gesture. I thoroughly enjoyed the soup and main course which was steak, cooked perfectly. A delicious sauce and chips too. I had the sticky toffee pudding and plenty of delicious drinks.

The food was very good and in big portions. I especially liked their fries and garlic & basil aioli. Definitely will come back. One tip: make sure you book a reservation before popping in, else you won't get a table.

  • 3/5 Chris W. 2 years ago on Google
Bill's is a busy place, with a nice decor, in a great location. But even for London, the prices were a bit steep for what you get. Including the service charge, it was about £17 for the burger pictured which tasted just okay. They said the service charge is optional on the bill, but then didn't give me any choice when presented with the card machine. Seating was a bit cramped too: we had to squeeze past chairs and jugs to get to our table. I had to get up and squeeze out from the table twice just to get the staff's attention, but when I did they were all very helpful and friendly. Overall, I would not return.

Enjoyed a really pleasant meal here. Booked a table after theatre for about half 5. Atmosphere was great, interior lovely and attentive service. Food was reasonably priced and delicious. Only downside were the toilets which weren't clean and could do with a refurbishment. Vegan shawarma was tasty, as were the fries. Would return.

Came here for pancake day. Service was really fast. Staff were really friendly. The sea bass curry was amazon. I highly recommend. Pancakes were nice, but only 2 options and they get dry after a while with limited toppings. My only complaint is the coffee. The beans used tasted old.

  • 4/5 Livia S. 3 months ago on Google New
The food was really good, but when i finished I saw a strand of red hair in my plate which kind of ruined everything for me. We waited quite some time to be seated even though we had a reservation, and the service was pretty slow. It was kind of annoying seeing a lot of empty tables while we were waiting outside in the rain. Overall I'm not sure wheter or not I will return here, the english breakfast was very tasty but that hair in my food...man that threw me off

Nice pancakes and well presented we came here for brunch on our day out in London and unfortunately the service wasn’t great, looked like about 4/5 employees working the shift but only one lad doing any work the rest were just chilling or sitting on their phones or having a chat. Took a while to get drinks but food came quickly once our order was eventually taken Highlight was the prices being so cheap for Soho

Great food at very good prices. Slightly chaotic atmosphere with a lot of background noise but the food more than made up for it. Strongly recommend the vegan curry and the mini donuts - both are exquisite!

  • 4/5 Liz R. 1 year ago on Google
The staff is really friendly. You should make a reservation, otherwise you will wait around 15 min for a table. The cappuccino is awesome 🤩 The pancakes are a bit dry 😅

  • 2/5 Iris J. 1 year ago on Google
Too expensive in my opinion. Had to pay 40 pounds (2 people) for a lukewarm heated English breakfast. Also, do NOT take the vegetarian plate. The vegan sausage as well as the bacon tasted like plastic. Did look nice on the inside and the staff was nice. Still, would not recommend coming here for breakfast considering there are so many cute breakfast options that are much more affordable.

Brilliant spot for brunch, lunch, or anything else! Fantastic service, a family of 5 walk-ins was seated within a few minutes by staff who were already busy. The food was top drawer classic brunch material, even the kids menu was will proportioned. Good selection of drinks on the side and a lively atmosphere. Couldn't have asked for better on a coronation Bank Holiday.

Decent restaurant to start the day in London! They have “typical” British breakfast. Nice interior, staff was friendly but not extraordinary. They sold us still water, although we asked for tab water.

Bill's big brunch A perfect platter. You have your vegetables. You have your protein. You have some carbs and you have your eggs of course The potatoes are crispy, the toast and beans are a nice touch and they even scramble the egg soft like I asked The rose spritz was a banger too the right amount of sweetness for me. Decor was my style. Different color chairs and a good amount of plants to accent.

Myself with my friends were visiting this place in the last day of our trip, to say goodbyes and spend more time together. The place has a great range of British dishes and the interior design was very welcoming, so it was perfect fit for us.
