Maybe the best burger of a fast food restaurant I have ever tasted. Soft bread, high quality meat, tasteful sauce. Few choices in menu but high quality. Also, the process of ordering and order receiving is well organised and the stuff is kind and friendly. The only negative is the pinching price (1 burger, 1 double burger, 2 portions of fries and 1 coke, almost 35£).

Over priced and it wasn't what would consider a great milkshake. The strawberry and rhubarb milkshake tasted the same as the plain strawberry... Which tasted like fake strawberry. The chips were crinkle cut like you would get straight out of a Tesco freezer. Nothing special. 2 milk shakes and chips. Better part of £20 Not somewhere I am prepared to line up for. Want milkshake and fries, go to 5 guys. Shorter queues and better chips.

Great service here. The cashiers were a little slow, but the food came out quite quickly. They have many spaces to sit inside and outside. They’re burgers are very good but the single without the bun is a bit small I would recommend getting the double if you don’t get a bun. They’re fries are great and they’re cheese sauce complements them perfectly.

First off I would like to say that it’s pricey for what you get, but loved the sweet bun and the burger is cooked beautifully. I had an chicken sandwich with the curly fries. I wanted to visit this place because we don’t have it in the Netherlands and I know they have it in Korea! I would recommend the lemonade, especially when the weather is sunny. I think it’s a must try, if you are an foodie! Love the location btw.

Delicious for a take away joint. I had the Meister burger; smokey flavour with grilled cheese - very good. And warm, which is not the case with Five Guys burgers which often arrive to the customer almost cold.

I got the Chicken Shack being the only halal option, and it never disappoints! One of the best chicken burgers in my opinion. There’s a large seating area in the centre with a refillable sauce station. Definitely recommend 👍

Quick service, food was genuinely 11/10. One of the best burgers I've had in my life, juicy and sweet but not damp just fantastic. Doubling down is a must for the burger. The chicken bites were fantastic, not too breaded and want more even as I type this. Can't go wrong eating here, good outdoor area and indoor area too. Everything in my photo came to £20.10, 10 chicken pieces and a double down smokeshack burger.

So each time I head down to London, I always make a point of stopping of at the infamous shake shack for the amazing vegetarian menu! The shroom burger is the only thing I’ve had, it’s because it’s so nice I’ve never had the need to try anything else. The atmosphere and service is ok just really busy, giving the fact that it’s located in the heart of Covent Garden’s (the branch I normally go to, there are a few more dotted around London) its always hard to find a seat.

Not how they used to be… I used to really love their burgers but can’t say the same after a nostalgic crave the other day. Can also get very cold if you dine there during wintertime. The wind will take away every single trace of warmth from your food instantly.

Decent burger flavour and good portion, not really a "burger person", but hits the spot however lots of other good options out there nowadays. Reliable choice if you need that burger "hit"

Service was quick. You can use one of their ordering screens, and you then allocate a buzzer to your order, pick it up, and wait for it to buzz. You then go to the service hatch next door. Food was nothing special, but hit the spot for a stop gap before our main meal later. No real interaction with staff, but when being handed your order, it could have shown a bit more interest instead of just pushing our food at us.

First time shake-shack try-er! Had the Crispy Shallot Burger (Vegan) and it was so so good! REALLY YUMMY. Solid 10/10. I am not vegan and bought this burger feeling intrigued by the interesting contents of the burger. I paired it with cheesy fries- which were pretty good too - crispy, crinkle cut, cheesy fries. YES. Would order again. For all the vegans out there- HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 💃🏾 My friend ordered the beef hot dog! She said it was really good! There is LOADS of space to sit and eat! And we were served fairly quickly. They do pretty good crowd control so you order in one place and walk over to the collection point with your buzzers.

I ordered a ShackMeister for 9,55 and fries at 09.05 pm. After ordering one of the staff told us that only Take Away is possible and no more Dine-In. Closing Time is 10 pm. After nearly 15 Min I got my meal. Fries were cold and the burger absolute not what I ordered or the worst burger I ever ate. See picture what it should be and what it really was. We paid about 32 Pounds for 2 Burger, 2 Fries and a Lemonade. That were the worst burgers we ever had. Absolutley disappointing!

Shake Shack's quality has significantly deteriorated over the time. A Chicken Shack costs 9 pounds but the breast filet is half the size of the bun. After two very back to back bad experiences, I don't think I'll be going back. There are plenty of other options out there which gives a better return on money.

We had tried hamburgers and chips with chili and cheese sauce for meals, beer and half raspberry half lemonade for drinks. We love it. Negative aspect was you have to wait a little bit due to find a place to sit :(

This shake shack has huge outdoor seating allocation placed right in the centre of Covent Garden. there are two parts to it, placing an order and then going outside and to the next plot to collect your order. their smash burgers are as good as ever.

I opted for chips for a quick order, and the process was easy and efficient. The place had a nice vibe, providing a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy my meal.

Pretty mid Shake Shack - probably due to the location and diluted standards as a result of always being busy - probably also not the best to take to go either. Amount of cheese on cheese fries is never enough, but the white truffle limited burger was pretty nice - standards at TCR location seem to be better, visit there if you want a Shake Shack in London.

We stopped off at the Shake Shack in Covent Garden for plant based burgers and a portion of fries to share. The burger was tasty, nice lettuce inside and the bun soft. The crinkle cut chips were lovely. This is the first time I have been to Shake Shack and I would go back if I wanted fast food.

This place is a great fast food choice! If you're looking for Chicken nuggets that are as good as Chick-Fil-A (maybe better.) The burger, as expected, tasted delicious. They served alcoholic drinks which surprised me, so I got a Gin & Lemonade, it was... well... a Gin and a Lemonade. Simple, but no complaints! BUT there is a reason for the 4 stars and not 5, the hot dog. The cheese I got on it just tasted cheap and the meat itself was just mediocre as can be! I will also mention that they offered another alcoholic drink, something along the lines of Bourbon Caramel Shake, but when I asked about that they told me they didn't serve/have them for some reason, that was a let down. Location of this place is great, so many little stores around you to check out when you're done eating.

I ordered the black and white shake (chocolate & vanilla) that was fantastic, especially if you like smarties The cheesy fries probably could've been spread more evenly across the rest of the chips. That said, the cheese wasn't a generic burger cheese and it was hot so it was nicely melted on the chips, making for an enjoyable side I ordered the double SHACKMEISTER and my friend the single, so you can compare the size difference below. Taste is good, beats the double big Mac by some distance, not the biggest overall though Outdoor seating has the Christmas decorations rolled out and there was opera singing to be heard downstairs One downside is I lost my headphones there!

Very tasty burgers. We really enjoyed them. It's a bit small so you need to go for the double burger size. The cheeseburger with the lovely smokey bacon was pure bliss. Every ingredient fitted in perfectly for super tasty bite. The cheesy chips were not so good and the cheese souce tasted weird and not in a good way. We had to wait 25 minutes for our burgers and the place wasn't busy, so not very fast food. Anyway, the bacon cheese burger is super tasty and this is the most important thing.

The best experience of tills so far, I made the tills girl change my order for 5 times but she was so lovely and patience and was smiling all the time. Forgot to get her name but she was from Pakistan. Satisfied by her service and the food was amazing too. I would definitely recommend to hire more gentle people like her because that’s where it starts to feel like home Front line girl was very friendly

Complete 10/10. The food was really good, I really recommend the chicken shack and the Shack Meister. The service was the biggest part that really bumped up my rating of this place, we were attended to by such a beautiful Pakistani girl that was really lovely when taking our orders. She was really patience and attentive. The atmosphere was really buzzing especially at night.
