A
disappointing
experience
unfortunately.
On
entry
we
witnessed
the
serving
staff
be
shouted
at
by
a
lady
and
sworn
at
by
a
seperate
man,
totally
unacceptable,
but
both
got
their
way
and
staff
apologised,
bending
over
backwards
to
accommodate
them.
We
were
seated
and
ordered
via
QR
code.
Our
glasses
came
within
5
minutes.
We
then
waited
50
minutes
for
our
food
and
by
this
point
numerous
individuals
and
couples
had
been
in,
ordered,
eaten
and
left
in
this
time.
I
enquired
about
our
food
and
was
told
the
kitchen
was
busy
but
our
food
was
next.
I
said
no
worries
and
watched
the
family
next
to
us
who
had
arrived
literally
10
minutes
before
receive
their
food
(including
an
item
my
daughter
ordered
40
minutes
before
they
arrived).
So
I'm
guessing
our
order
was
lost.
Within
5
minutes
three
of
our
meals
came
but
was
told
my
daughters
order
was
sold
out.
I
did
comment
that
perhaps
if
our
order
had
come
when
we
ordered
she
would
have
got
her
choice.
The
girl
said
yes
probably
and
my
daughter
reordered.
This
appeared
in
2
minutes.
I
was
hopeful
that
perhaps
they
would
offer
us
a
ball
of
ice
cream
for
each
child
to
acknowledge
the
error
and
inconvenience
and
that
I
had
been
pleasant
and
understanding
about
it.
But
no.
Didn't
see
anyone
again.
Seems
nice
guys
really
do
finish
last
and
the
only
way
to
be
noticed
is
to
shout
and
swear.
I
won't
change
my
approach
but
perhaps
Nando's
might
do
more
to
acknowledge
those
who
make
no
fuss
despite
an
unsatisfactory
experience.
The
food
we
had
was
lovely
though.
