I Always enjoy Nando's food and chicken and the best part is that it's certified Halal. The atmosphere was perfect. Served us meal within 10 minutes.

The current method of ordering food through the QR code on the table was quick and straightforward. Didn't have to wait too long for the food and the waiters were efficient. I tried the new Garlic BBQ flavour with my chicken as well as the sweet potato wedges and would definitely recommend!

Got this for lunch right after I arrived from Toronto Canada. Best wings I’ve had in a while. The wing roulette is kinda fun and the sides are very tasty

The restaurant is beautiful. There was a fifteen minute wait. When we arrived at the table, there were no cutlery. A lot of the food was unavailable because it was out of stock. I ordered a chocolate brownie and ended up getting cheesecake.

Slow, slow service for mediocre food. I went in with loads of time before my train. Took five minutes to get a seat and ordered straight away... took over 45 to get food. And the food seemed overcooked and dry when it arrived!!!

Service was excellent. Food was great. And the atmosphere was bit busy but worth while. I did dine in and enjoyed every bite of my meal. I had a great time with friends here. I hope to visit Nando’s Euston soon.

EDIT: lowered this because I just found, on my receipt that I was over charged. I was charged for not only my meal but 2 other meals! I was over charged by at least 20 pounds. I probably won’t get that back since I’m just visiting from the states. Bummer! I love this place! I have a gluten allergy and the manager made sure I was safe. I had the 4 boneless chicken thighs with peas and broccoli. It was so delicious! I recommend to anyone!!

First time using the app to order and pay, and it was better than expected. Was shown to my table, abs within 10 minutes of ordering my food turned up while people were still standing in the queue.

The blonde tall girl who was taking the orders (i couldn’t do it online because it didn’t work) were so rude and impatient, it was terrible. She got my order wrong. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to take the risk of her being rude again. I asked for medium spicy but was to muuuuch. Hated it :)))

Absolutely bloody useless. London Council should shut it down and offer the space to a restaurant willing and ready to serve a busy train station. Half their seating is "closed" while they have a half an hour wait (their words, no exaggeration) for a table. Get rid.

Awful customer service. I understand accidents happen (the ceiling flooded and we were soaked through as our food arrived) and it took us about ten minutes to be checked on if we were okay. They moved us to another table- but didn’t ask if we were okay or if they’d provide us with fresh food after our table was literally flooded- we had to ask. I tried to remain patient but then my friend was served food that had been left, not under a heat lamp for at least fifteen minutes. We weren’t given cups to fill our drinks until way after our food arrived and I just felt the team didn’t care about us one bit. The staff were all taking pictures and laughing at the ceiling for the better part of an hour whilst we were ignored. Some members were also really rude to the elderly couple next to us who were also caught by the water coming through the ceiling. They were spoken to awfully with no respect as people or customers. The manager did provide us with a refund but it still doesn’t matter- the employees were absolutely dreadful and the place was absolute chaos. Left feeling really upset and disregarded by the staff. Wet, cold and upset. We also could’ve been really hurt by what had happened but again, we were not acknowledged. The water was flooding out of the ceiling and people were being sat around the area still? Complete health and safety violation. Awful evening.

How can 1 member of staff be so constantly rude and everywhere!!! We were ignored at the entrance even after verbally saying, "hi" and asking if we need to seat ourselves. She literally walked off. We decided to take menus, the chicken stick thingy and seat ourselves. Another lovely staff member informed we couldn't sit there and re-seated us. To my disbelief I was again met with this 'sourpuss' to order. Miss attitude central!! I literally had to take several breaths to calm myself for this continuous horrible service. And then to receive my order with meat that looks like a dove leg instead of chicken!? A non-working ice machine, hot ciders and very limited walking space to tables at a train station. Come on Nandos ya'll must do better. Let this Klaudia work in the back re-stocking shelves where she does not need to deal with customers.

A disappointing experience unfortunately. On entry we witnessed the serving staff be shouted at by a lady and sworn at by a seperate man, totally unacceptable, but both got their way and staff apologised, bending over backwards to accommodate them. We were seated and ordered via QR code. Our glasses came within 5 minutes. We then waited 50 minutes for our food and by this point numerous individuals and couples had been in, ordered, eaten and left in this time. I enquired about our food and was told the kitchen was busy but our food was next. I said no worries and watched the family next to us who had arrived literally 10 minutes before receive their food (including an item my daughter ordered 40 minutes before they arrived). So I'm guessing our order was lost. Within 5 minutes three of our meals came but was told my daughters order was sold out. I did comment that perhaps if our order had come when we ordered she would have got her choice. The girl said yes probably and my daughter reordered. This appeared in 2 minutes. I was hopeful that perhaps they would offer us a ball of ice cream for each child to acknowledge the error and inconvenience and that I had been pleasant and understanding about it. But no. Didn't see anyone again. Seems nice guys really do finish last and the only way to be noticed is to shout and swear. I won't change my approach but perhaps Nando's might do more to acknowledge those who make no fuss despite an unsatisfactory experience. The food we had was lovely though.

Standard Nandos experience. Our table and chairs were not very clean.

Nando’s isn’t my favourite but it’s reliable. I had the sunset burger which was very lacking in taste. The loaded fries were much nicer. My friends had the chicken platter meals. We all had a good time but the flavour wasn’t as intense as I would have expected. The service here was great and the staff were friendly and on top of their game.

Decent nandos. Right next to trains but not as expensive as inside. Good staff. Only downside is not many charging points for phones and being close to travel network you would think so.

Lots of sticky surfaces, and rather poor lighting. We also had items missing from our order and the staff weren't super helpful when resolving the issues. Plus the service was rather slow.

My colleagues and I dropped by during peak hours and there was a queue but we were able to get a table. The service was good, and of course, the food was delicious. Because some of our orders were delayed, we asked for drinks on the house which was granted.

I went here for lunch. But I think this is more of a breakfast or brunch place. I did not enjoy the food here. I ordered chicken breast and Mac n cheese and some fries, a packed mango smoothie. It was ok ok as my palette is more spicy and has a more subtle taste. If you like the subtle taste you might like the dishes served here.

I had to have my food taken back as it came to me cold. I asked if they could change it, and they gave me back the same food reheated. The staff was polite. There's not much to say about the atmosphere, however, it was a weekday afternoon.

One of the more reliable Nandos! I've somehow ended up here 4 times in the last 3 weeks, and every time the food has been great - the wraps are filled up and the chips are good. One time I ordered and paid, but realised I needed to attend to something urgently - without any fuss, the staff were kind enough to 'pause' cooking my meal for an hour until I came back.

Good food and fast service opposite the station. Good place to get some food before a long train journey.

  • 2/5 Sabina K. 1 year ago on Google
Waited for my food for over 30 mins, my friend got his food 10mins after ordering. One of the waiters asked how our food was, 30 secs after my friend got his food and despite me sitting there with no food. When I had to remind the waiters about my food, she didn’t seem really bothered just said sorry we didn’t get the ticket. Food was okish- made our train from Euston just about even though we were there an hour early beforehand.

Worst Nando’s experience ever! Went to the till to order as I had a gift card and a request for my food. Got made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Asked for 2X Fanta refills to then find out after paying they didn’t even have Fanta. Asked for a refund and got 2X cans instead- £6.80 for 2 cans of Fanta is a joke. The service from the waiters, you’d get better service from toddlers. When my food arrived it was wrong, sent it back, left my with a bowl of coleslaw like I was meant to eat it on its own and then they literally just pushed a chunk of lettuce on the top! I had to laugh when it arrived or id of cried. This isn’t the first time but I thought I’d give the place a second chance but I will never be returning to this branch! It’s a shambles.

It's not the best nandos mainly because they try to cram too many people in and the food isn't great, I ordered corn on the cob and it needed atleast a few more minutes cooking , it felt almost raw

  • 4/5 Chak H. 4 months ago on Google
Good was topically nandos - beautifully grilled chicken, lots of crunchy chips - it's an unbeatable combination. Bad was the long wait for food - 35 mins of nothing showing after ordering until we chased up on it... Made me miss my train.

This branch was busy and care less in both their policy and service. 1. You can't have your bottom less drink before your meal. When was this a policy? How can you make use of the bottomless drinking when you only get the glass with your meal? Do you think we don't have a train to catch? What a scam!!! 2. Missed the serving some of the starters. The only good thing was the fact they performed a no quibble refund on the un served items 3. No staff for service or queries to my order The food was good but the service was not there. We literally had to get our own plates. A new policy that they won't serve the bottom glass until food was served. Again we had to remind the staff to give us the glass as it was hot and we a thirsty. If you don't mind the kaos of keeping tabs, serving your self and bottom less drink scam then this euston branch is it. I'll not be going to this branch in any hurry, avoiding it at every cost however, I'm sure the 3 points can be easily resolved and will try again in the distant future.

Location was great, just next to the station Food: The peri salted chips was very crispy, but peri salt did not make it very special. The way of scanning qr code thing was not stable, I couldnt even go to the page to order the food.

on a Saturday evening we managed to get a table for four within no time as it was really busy. the members of staff were very helpful and we got our food within 15min of placing our orders which was really good considering we only had 45min in total to order, eat and l catch our last train back to brum. all round food experience 👍🏾

The chicken was nice and spicy. The order was prepared timely. The waiters were polite and helpful. The toilet was clean. I had a nice time

Had it for first time and loved it. They give you a choice of how hot or mild you want your chicken. That was very important to me as I can not eat very spicy foods (pancreatitis).

A nice place to grab a quick meal. Not much space inside to move around in parts of the building. Customer service was rather progressive. Tidy place which can be reorganised to add more to the ambiance. Overall, it was just fine.

Decent little venue. Staff were courteous and polite. Food was served quickly. Great stop off before catching your train to your destination. I would recommend commuting to this location as parking would be tricky.

  • 3/5 Bushey B. 1 year ago on Google
Venue is well placed and a nice stopping spot, not kept the cleanest of places and the food was dry. Hostess was lovely and friendly however the waitress was much more interested in the conversation with friends and phone then her work. If your in Euston early waiting for a train is a nice place to stop, would plan a trip here however

It's right next to Euston station so it's very convenient if you are getting the train. It offers all of the things you would expect from nandos. It was busy at the station as there were delays but the restaurant was reasonably quiet. I was seated almost straight away although I was on my own so not sure if that made a difference. I tried to use the app at the table but it just wouldn't work. Overall it's pretty simple to use but it just wouldn't accept my payment for some reason. In the end I had to pay at the counter. That wasted a good 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful with no issues whatsoever. The food was with me very quickly after ordering, was hot and tasty as ever. The restaurant does have toilets which is really handy. So overall does exactly what it says on the tin. Not sure you can get much better value and the restaurant is fine. I'd recommend for a bit of dinner if you are getting the train. I wouldn't travel there specially though.

Awdul service. Plenty of space but they insist on squeezing everyone together. Long queue to order with on one person workon on the tills. Dirty tables, and I had to got fetch some towels to clean. Not many options available at Euston Station but I'll never make the mistake of eating here again.
