This place is a lovely hidden gem in the heart of Central London. The staff were very helpful, and I would like to Thank Anna for her kind hospitality towards my son. The food is great and the atmosphere is very vibrant, and my son who is 7 years old had an amazing time at Nando's. It would be great if they stocked more of the children's colouring activities, so the children have something to do whilst waiting for the food. This is my only recommendation.

Upstairs Staff were nice and welcoming. We waited ~15-20 minutes to get a table. The restaurant is clean and cosy, perhaps one of the better Nando’s I’ve been to. Food was below average, portion sizes are getting smaller by the day and the wait time was too long. We waited 40 minutes after placing the online order to get our food. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken thighs, they weren’t filling (not sure if they were from chicks or full sized chickens) and the salad wasn’t fresh. It’s also difficult to get the waiters’ attention if you need anything from them (e.g. drinks) so you might as well forget about it.

Not impressed by having to wait ten minutes for a table, although half of Nandos had empty seats and booths. They had no halloumi in stock and order took forever. Pull your socks up Nandos, this is fast food restaurant and in Covent Gardens! As I pressed the review button, they brought out the wrong order, so edited my review. Took two more stars off! Do not visit, I will certainly not? Second edit whilst I'm setting and eating the chicken is bone dry...worst Nandos I ever had!

This is a very well run Nandos - well laid out with the downstairs dining. I wanted to sit adjacent to a mains socket and the waitress checked various tables and accommodated us on a 6 seating table, even though there were only 2 of us given it was adjacent to a socket. Great menu as always. Drinks machines well laid out to be accessible regardless of seating. Comfortably busy despite it being a Saturday afternoon in the Summer holidays - negligible waiting time. Food service timely and food as expected.

Nando's is always a very good option for fast food. The food was very good and the service was accurate and quick. A couple of not so good things are the toilets which are always blocked in all Nando's and not that clean. Where we were seated was very restrictive in terms of movement and every time somebody passed behind me I could feel them brush passed. The people greeting in the entrance was very friendly and the staff. The manager was very nice and she was asking us how was our food, that was very nice. 👍

We went for lunch in nandos after my graduation ceremony last week as a group of 10 and were told we had to wait minimum an hour to be seated. It was around 1.30pm and as we had children with us we did not feel like walking around under the heat to find another place to eat. We waited and I truly thought that the downstairs sitting was fully packed hence why we could not be at least seated and start ordering drinks or sides. I went to the toilet downstairs and what a surprise to see kitchen and till staff chatting because of a lack of work and the restaurant at around 70% empty. I was actually shocked and still wondering why would the manager act in this way. While I was waiting upstairs, I counted 43 people being turned down at the door in 45 minutes as the manager would tell them that waiting time is in excess of an hour. I am not sure if the plan is to make the restaurant close down, but this was an absolute joke! We are in a fast-food chain, review your principles!

Food is great as always. Our orders arrived quickly. I really like the interior of this restaurant and the small pods for groups. Looks like cosy secluded places.

Tried out this place for the first time. Not too bad. Enjoyed the big meal platter that gives you a variety of food to relish from. It's a stop over for lunch with friends kinda place. Definitely revisiting again.

They offer gluten free food. There are some gluten options , if you are not very exigent. It was al well done and present. Just one appointment , the staff as soon as we eat the Last portion of the meal, they start cleaning the table for next customers. The was not a line.

Went and got the loaded fries. I’ve had it in other branches and was disappointed but the Covent Garden branch did it justice. Very cheesy and flavoursome. Will love to go back. Was quite busy in this branch

I tried Nando's for the first time here, and I loved it so far! I have tried 1/4 chicken with spicy rice and chicken fingers and some chips (french fries). You can select the degree of spiciness of your chicken, I tried both "hot" and "very hot". If you're not that used to eating hot food it might be a good idea to start with the "hot" sauce first. The chicken is marinated for 24 hours in the chosen sauce so it can be quite hot. The chicken fingers were hotter than the 1/4 chicken. There was a very long line of people waiting for a table to be free, we had to wait for about 30 minutes in the waiting room before being allowed to go down. It is therefore advisable to make a reservation in advance. They had baby chairs and the waiters and waitresses were very friendly. The toilets were unfortunately all very dirty, I was not even able to use any of them for this reason.

Mixed building, but I'm confused. The waiters don't take your order? So after you walked downstairs, found table, YOU gotta get up again n walk to til to place your order?? I thought I ordered quinoa salad. Couldn't see in the low light, it salad with very little quinoa sprinkled on it. Sorry, won't be visiting here again.

One of the, if not the worst Nando's I have ever visited. Food was late, undercooked, burnt, and served without care. It was as if we were a liability Halloumi had no taste, texture or softness Garlic bread was dry, unbaked, still frozen, and burnt Fries had no zest of any type Wings were begging for some proper cooking Burger was.. ummm.. don't know what it was

The place has a lovely African themed bamboo decor. The service is super slow but I understand that they grill to order. I loved the bottomless coke service. The chicken is rather dry.

Tasty chicken chain, restaurant conveniently located in the heart of the market, even though the redtaurant was half-empty we were squeezed in between tables and that was not really enjoyable. Good food though!

Nando's - Recommended One !!! I tried first time and I got the best impression from the foods taste and service. I loved it so far! Very friendly welcoming. We ordered very spicy Chicken and rice some chips (french fries). That was very Amazing taste they have variety of sauces. They categorised the sauces hot and very hot. So you can choose what you want and liked. If you enjoy spicy food you should definitely give Nando's extra hot sauce a try. I really recommend Nando’s.

Everyone should have a Nando’s at least once in their life. It’s popular for a reason and it’s always good! ;) Short 10 minute wait for a table and another 10 or so for the food to arrive. Delicious, honest, unpretentious food most people would enjoy and so did we! ;) Friendly staff, up for a laugh, cosy atmosphere and good value for money at less than 25£ per person and that includes sharing starters, mains, drinks! Can’t go wrong with a Nando’s! ;)

This has to be the best Nando’s you can have in Central London. The food was 10/10! The chicken and sides are well flavoured and portion sizes were big! The decor of this Nando’s is very spacious, with great interior ambience. The staff are very friendly with great customer service. Thank you Mohammed for great customer service during our dine in! You were very knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend this branch of Nando’s to everyone!

Unlike the one nandos we tried at Kings cross, here waiter clearly told us how to order and guided from where to bring cutlery and all. We waited quite a long time to be seated and there are around two dozen people waiting upstairs and resturant is downstairs. When we were showed our table, we were surprised to see half of the tables were empty and still a lot of people were forced to wait upstairs.

Love the music. Chicken was amazing, the sides were good. Loved the way you just have to order with QR code and phone makes the process a lot easier for the customers and the staff. Really recommended it

Cistomer service was exceptional! Food was brilliant! I went there with my partner and 2 young children in a pushchair, as the seating area was in the basement, they had a lift for pushchair and wheel chair users. I would definitely recommend this place for families.

Waited 25 minutes to get a table. Food was great and served without waiting too long. My only experience is operating style of this restaurant. If we had given a menu while waiting we would choose the food and that would reduce our table occupying time. Apart from that, there were plenty of people waiting to get a table upstairs but when we been to the table, downstairs a lot of table were vacant. Something needs to be improved to earn good customer experience.

Wifi is spotty and being in the basement means no 4G/5G. This only matters since you order online. Food was as expected and we didn't have to wait long. Lots of dining space.

I arrived with a group of 4 people. We were given a wait time of 20 mins which was fine. However after ordering our food, only one plate came to the table and we had to wait until the other 3 arrived. By this point the first plate was eaten as we were told we could not get new one to come out with the rest. Then when the rest of the food came out it was all cold, then after which we complained and told them to prepare warm food they returned it completely wrong and the orders all mixed up.
