The restaurant is neat and clean. Its located inside St Giles hotel, so bit hard to find. The kitchen staff and waiters are friendly and helpful and food is good, though its mostly English, not Italian. BUT.. the positives end here. I booked this place using meerkat app, that allows 2-1 options on meals. On the booking I mentioned meercat and also during check in at the restaurant I confirmed that meerkat is fine. Only after we have ordered and we were halfway through our drinks and starters, the waitress walks in and says that they cant honour meerkat bookings anymore, so "is it okay that we pay full price!!!!" I obviously said "its NOT OK" as I have confirmed twice, even 20 mins ago at check in. The manager was nowhere to be found (he apparently goes home during weekday evening peak time of the restaurant). At last we were still forced to pay 75% of the food bill, instead of the 50% off deal from meerkat. Very unprofessional and poor behaviour for a restaurant!

We went here with a group of four. We booked the table for 2 and we did get there a little late around 2:30pm as one of our friends were late. We did not realise that the kitchen was closing soon. We did order right away, eat quickly and leave. The waitress was super friendly though. But when we arrived we were the only people in the restaurant. The kitchen staff and especially the chef was staring at us angrily. Was very u comfortable. I could see that he was cooking very angrily, shouting and banging things. The food was just so poor, probably the worst food I have ever had to pay for. food was greasy, salty and steak was overdone. Pasta over cooked too. To be honest I would of given 0 stars. But luckily the waitress is really nice. We could not finish the food but we really tried.

My earlier September 2020 visit here, was a really pleasant experience. The restaurant has a main menu (used mon-fri), that you get a drink included with the meal. Also there is a special menu, that is slightly more expensive, with items such as spagetti carbonara / sea bass. The restaurant ambience is good; with soft piano jazz playing, and comfy seating

A lovely comfortable restaurant in the heart of London, very unusual find, not overly packed in, spacious and fab art work by local artist Pegasus. Staff were cheerful and welcoming and the chefs made me a special meal based upon my needs. Very positive for central London.

The food was appalling. Burger was decent but the fish and chips was dry and looked like it was from frozen. The only good part was the waitress who served us last night, she was bright and friendly. Please save your money and don’t come here, we definitely won’t be coming back

The server was wonderful. He wore a mask the entire time, and brought our food quickly politely and we enjoyed his service. Unfortunately the food we were brought, was awful. The website didn't enform us it was only a set menu, of which some items were unavailable in an empty resteraunt. The starters didn't come with the source it was advertised with, the mains were a joke. Literally had a good laugh at our food. We ordered steak and burgers. The steak was so overdone it was like rubber. It wasn't the cut of meat advertised. And the burgers... We had one burger with 2 burger tops, and another person had 2 burger bottoms. If this had been scheduled as a weird faulty towers esk tribute, fantastic, but this was Sunday night celebrating a 50th. The desert cake tasted of mold. It was awful. Again the only server was on point and took all criticism on our like a champ and was fantastic. He is better than this place, I hope he jumps sinking ship, would love to be served by him another time, just hope next time its bringing better food. ***** service. From a * star place.

Our first time we have been to this restaurant. There steaks were so delicous with tasty sauces. We ordered one T-bone steak and one Sirloin. Both of them were quiet big portion. The staff was very friendly . We really enjoy our meals here.We will definitely come back. Highly recommemded.

Absolutely awful!! Should have known when restaurant was empty on arrival. Food was dry and over cooked. Get better in the Wetherspoons!! Asked for mustard and got custard. I couldn’t help but laugh out loud. Only good thing was we had 50% off with the fork app. Never again!!

We booked a table for 10 for the Christmas dinner deal and we’re wonderfully impressed! The table was dressed, food delicious and service attentive! Would definitely recommend for a reasonable and tasty Christmas meal! Florian, Alberto and Gabriel were great!

I came here with my friend Amy last night and we had a lovely evening. Our waiter Gabriel looked after us well and all the staff were sweet. Lovely food too, would come again.

Very disappointing.. it wasn’t very busy, we had to chase for desert and when it arrived, very under whelming.. the vanilla mousse with orange caramel and clotted cream came Out as a solid orange lump with a spot of brown stuff which I am assuming was supposed to be caramel, I asked where the caramel was and she said it doesn’t come with caramel, I pointed out that it was described as so on menu.. it came back with some cream smeared on it and coulis on the plate stating the caramel was mixed in the mousse. I changed to the brownie and that arrived with a big dollop of ice cream On it so I dread to think how long that had been sitting there! The staff were nice though!
