American style place. Food is good. Staff very friendly, especially waiver Chris. 😊 It's mainly a burger place but they also have a vegetarian burger, some salad and fish dishes. They brought a surprise slice of cake for our friend because it was it's birthday, very appreciated.

Been twice to this restaurant and both times the gentleman at the front has been rude. Staff inside are helpful and kind however not enough of them, had to wait 20 mins at the bar despite us being the only ones there. Food was dry, and despite trying different things the only part of the menu with real flavour is the sesame chicken strips. Seems that this is the only reason people come anymore.

Mmm full and half rack of ribs with TGI's delish JD sauce. Seriously could drink that stuff, it's sooo good and would go with EVERYTHING! Staff work hard and deserve their tips here, not like other places which automatically add on a service charge. Wheelchair access ✔️

Where do I start with here. We visited here to celebrate a special occasion. On arrival we were pushed out the way by a large group of youths that seemed to be running away from paying the bill which was not a great start. We had booked a table and waited to be seated. The restaurant was very busy and noisy with loud music. We were seated at a seat which my wife didn't like so we asked a helpful waiter could we move. He went to check and came back and arranged for us to move to another seat. We sat down and started going through the menu. Our waiter was very helpful and our starters tasted ok. Then came our mains, we tucked in then sadly my wife found a long black hair in her food. The manager was called straight over. She was very helpful and asked would we like another, she even offered to re do my meal but I said I'm fine. She also explained to my wife by remaking hers it wouldn't be long. After about 2 minutes a fresh plate came out and my wife started again. Food was ok not that great would say your usual typical TGI food. Service again I would say was ok. It was very loud and at times we felt we was in a night club rather then a restaurant. The worse part was the toilets, your see in my pictures that the men's toilets were totally flooded. You had to tip toe to move around in there. I think this would of been picked up if they had been cleaned regularly. Won't be going back and to be honest I wouldn't recommend here.

Food is okish but bit pricey. Some dishes well prepared others not so tasty. The atmosphere is typical American dining place but now started being a bit old. Definitely like the steacks and the beef. My partner didn't really digest the spicer boneless chicken in the pics. I wasn't informed the coke is bottomless my wife knew it but she had to ask to confirm as we weren't told. Our waitress looked exhausted thought trying to make an effort (left some tips). The men's toilets are old and the automatic tap once pressed doesn't hold so washing your hands takes a bit of dexterity. Didn't use to be like this. Now it seems to be falling apart. Our table wasn't very clean.

Really good food, ordered gaze chicken strips and grill chicken+ salmon. It was really good and liked it. Their cocktail is not too strong and about right. Which all of us like it. Would recommend it to anyone. Customer service is really good and will recommend it just for that.

Awesome experience, I came with 2 friends and one of them was their birthday. The staff were so friendly including the manager. The food was absolutely gorgeous and the cocktails were very nice too. Also it was my first time to go Tgi and honestly it was a great time!

Pluses : Food was good. Very tasty and not bad value. Staff were friendly Minuses: Seating was appalling!! All torn and uncomfortable to sit on. Apparently its getting changed next week the man who seated us said ? We moved seats ourselves but all window seats available were ripped. They hadn't ripped recently I don't think as when I tried to fold it back it wouldn't, as if its been like that for a while? No soap in the ladies toilet and no toilet paper in the mens.
