You’d
better
have
something
in
the
fridge
at
home,
because
this
restaurant
has
the
worst
customer
service
my
friends
and
I
have
ever
experienced.
Not
only
were
we
charged
for
the
take
away
boxes,
but
when
the
bill
was
given
to
is
all
it
had
was
the
final
amount
on
it,
it
was
not
broken
down
into
individual
prices.
When
we
asked
for
the
receipt
with
the
broken
down
costs,
they
were
very
reluctant.
When
we
finally
managed
to
get
the
breakdown
of
costs,
we
found
that
they
added
a
service
charge,
which
is
fine
but
when
we
questioned
it
to
double
check,
the
staff
became
aggressive
and
very
rude.
He
spoke
so
loud
that
the
whole
restaurant
could
hear.
At
this
point
we
decided
to
withdraw
the
service
charge
payment.
He
proceeded
to
scream
that
it
was
company
policy
to
pay
this
and
we
has
'no
choice'.
He
showed
us
the
menu
which
said
'we
will
add
a
service
charge
of
12.5%
on
the
final
bill'.
This
was
in
small
font
in
a
colour
that
blended
into
the
menu
background.
He
told
us
that
we
could
not
leave
the
restaurant
until
we
paid
this,
and
he
said
-
"call
a
lawyer,
call
the
police,
I
dont
care".
Which,
as
three
girls,
this
was
very
intimidating.
The
manager
then
came
and
reiterated
what
her
staff
had
said,
in
the
same
exact
manner
as
previously
told.
Absolutely
disgusting
behaviour
from
the
staff
and
the
manager.
To
put
it
mildly,
eating
sand
is
more
rewarding
than
ever
stepping
foot
into
this
restaurant.
