Very friendly staff, delicate food, amazing atmosphere and nostalgic and classic music. Would recommend- highly, food tasted very fresh and arrived at a responsible time. Staff were very attentive and helpful, very classy comfortable atmosphere. would I've 10 stars but I'm capped to 5.😭

Over priced, pasta was not the best veryaverage got a cheese pizza for garlic bread which was ok. The service was very good and the staff was very polite and proffesional. 5 stars to the staff.

Little Frankie's is in a good location. The menu has good choice with some lighter dishes. Not too badly priced for food. Soft drinks however are extortionate. The tap water tastes like it was scooped from the toilets, which incidentally left a lot to be deserved with regards to hygiene. Our experience wasn't bad but not good enough for a second visit.

This place was open as of 12 Aug 2022. Not sure if still using Little Frankie moniker, but the pics online are the place. Went there in June 2022, and this past weekend, only because everything else is reserve in advance. First visit, mediocre and over-priced. Most prominent is the service...bad. June took a while to get our food. Last week, we waited 15 min and no one came to the table. Not even to ask for a drink. The lady working in the bar, and I think the waitress too, did not even make a motion to the table. The man who seated us, I told him we were ready to order, promised someone would serve us, and they didn't. We were the only customers inside, and 2 tables occupied outside. Walked out after that. I recommend the Angus Steak joint just up the street. They were the best service, really the only service too, during our week in London.

Just visited here and can't believe their attitude. So we are post lockdown and trying to support the retail industry. Enter the empty restaurant and told to sit at a certain table - ask to be seated elsewhere and given the whatever look. Service was terrible and the food poor - then they had the appalling decision to automatically add 12.5% to the bill Food: Poor - Service: Appauling - Attitude: Terrible Avoid at all costs !!!! - and know that GF is an extra £2.50 on pizzas !!!!

This place is not worth a 1 star. We had just arrived in London for work and went there for breakfast. We had a thought it used to be a frankie and bennys, but posing as something sicilly, from a distance I thought it said something sickly that's what I felt when we left. I wish I had gone to the toilet before I ordered as I would have walked out. The ceiling in one cubicle had caved in the hygiene as absolutely revolting. Needed a good industrial clean throughout. The breakfast was disgusting 3 English breakfast, the plate was covered in grease the bacon wasn't even cooked, the sausage was awful and the toast was just warmed bread and the whole plate was barely warm. As they could see from our plates we weren't happy ,we complained got the bill but the manager just stood there listened and still demanded we pay for the breakfast we had. We left and all of us felt extremely sick. An awful experience and they say breakfast is the most important part of the day.

First time here. It's changed its name to Little Italy (Sicilly)! Overpriced and 12.5% extra for services, unprofessional staff! Food wasn't tasty as well! Not recommend it at all!

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber nicht sonderlich gut zubereitet. Hätte hier mehr erwartet. Salat war matschig, die Pommes & Chicken nuggets ausgetrocknet und die Spaghetti waren überkocht. Die Bedienung war auch nicht besonders freundlich, eher genervt, dass die Kinder nicht schnell genug bei der Auswahl waren. Die räumliche Ausstattung war nett im 50er Jahre Stil.

Food was ok. Not to die for, but we were so hungry. A little expensive but it is close to National Gallery of London. I was expecting more.

Nice and quiet place. Food was very tasty. I give 4* as i received an, i will say dirty glass. Wath you see in picture is "Mushroom Alfredo", obvious mushrooms with some cheesy sos.

Great food, great service and great prices. Nice decor and lovely music as well. Would definitely recommend the traditional English breakfast, and their signature meatball dish.

A very good and high quality hotel. Food is available here in different countries and the food is very tasty to eat. I really like their service.

20th Jul and it was open... The prices are great for the area and the food was OK but let down by hygiene of the tables & chairs and the state of the toilets.... enough to put anyone off their dinner 😪😪

The attitudes of the staff here are worse than the food. We choose to eat here at 1.1 2020, but the staff greeted everyone with happy new year except us maybe because we are Asian. And they are inpatient, ignoring us all the time, even missed one dish. In general, terrible experience, not recommended.

We found this hidden gem during our first visit to London. I recall we satisfied a craving for a family place to have lunch. Despite we were in Trafalgar Square, which was particularly in the city centre, this restaurant was like a hole in the wall. They serve quite big portions, and I will not lie if I say that you can’t go wrong with anything you choose on their menu. There was really vibrant atmosphere, moreover, its owner hosted us on that day. We didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable and combined with top-notch service, I would say that this Italian restaurant was out of this planet. When we make our next trip to London, we will definitely make a repeat visit. Hope, it will open soon.
