By far the worst hotel I have ever encountered (& I work away for a living). As I was checking in, a woman who had just checked in before me came back down to reception, after having viewed the state of her room, & refused to stay. We gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt. BIG mistake. The room was tiny, the walls paper thin. Mould & damp everywhere. The smell seaping out of the cupboard sized, hair infested bathroom was revolting & almost unbearable! The shower & toilet were faulty. It was a genuine living nightmare. On departure the hotel staff were very rude. This place is a health hazard & needs to be closed down!

Seriously I would stay as far away from this hotel as humanly possible. What an absolute nightmare my experience was. I don’t know where to even start with the problems with this hotel. Looks absolutely nothing like the photos on the website, they are all taken from a different hotel. The double room is an absolute joke, the shower and toilet are located in the space. You could sit on the toilet and have a shower at the same time. The shower room is no bigger than a 1m by 1m with the shower behind the door. It was also absolutely disgusting, the shower was filled with grime and mould. The cups to make tea were covered in Staines and seemed unwashed. The carpets were also stained and filled with dirt and hair. I would expect this from a cheap hostel or a really cheap hotel, but we paid a reasonable price to stay here. After complaining to the receptionist, they showed us around 3 other rooms that were all exactly the same, coffee stains as though someone had thrown coffee up the wall, and it was just left with no care or regard to clean it up. We could not justify staying here in the slightest, demand a refund and stayed in a much nicer hotel on the same road. Absolutely disgusting. I’d give it minus stars if I could.

Room did not reflect pictures at all. The noise level was ridiculous, stamping and scrapping of chairs from above All night !!! Bathroom was very dated and absolutely no room for 2 people. What is good is that it’s about 7 minute walk from Pimlico station which gets you into the tube really quickly. It’s all very dated and small. Paid £298 for 2 nights was not worth it! I paid £144 elsewhere and got luxury. please do work on your rooms

Great if you're on a budget. We had a triple room for my wife, my son and I. Everything was fine and clean. Shower toilet area was a little small but we made it work. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. It's a no thrills hotel but in a great location. Close to Victoria station and minutes walk to Buckingham Palace and Big Ben.

Reserved the room through the Choice App a few weeks in advance - the day before we got an email saying that they were closing for a special event and had moved our reservations to the other side of London. 4 hours later it was another email with a different reservation, and then another. Finally we found where they had moved our reservation. They also cancelled our stay after the dates so we didn't even get the Choice Rewards points for booking (initially) through them.

First room I was given smelled of cigarette smoke. Not old cigarettes. It was like someone had smoked in there on the day I arrived. Reception change rooms with no quibble. Second room seemed nice. I closed the window and went out for a bit. When I got back the room stank of feces. I suspect it was the smell from the drain in the shower or toilet. In hindsight I would have preferred to smell smoke instead of fecal matter. One star.

Booked this as it was reasonably priced, good location for the theatres and breakfast was included. Breakfast hasn't been included since COVID. There is a lift, free WiFi, kettle and TV in each room. It IS located a 10 min walk from the Victoria Apollo and others, with great shops and amenities near by. Room was so-so: clean but needed maintenance.

So many bad reviews... yet it was exactly as it said on the tin.... for the cost of the room you can't expect The Ritz. Yes the rooms are very compact but had everything that we required. The bed was comfortable and linen was perfectly clean and white. The shower room also compact but the shower was very good. The staff were pleasant, a very friendly smiley young girl checked us in.... Great location for Victoria Station, theatres Hyde Park all in walking distance.

I know it's cheap and cheerful but the first room we were offered the key didnt work, the room hadnt been cleaned, the French doors didnt actually shut and the kettle didnt work. We asked to change rooms which we were able to do. The second room the kettle didnt work so we were given another. Having said that, the beds were very comfortable and its close proximity to amenities is great. Staff were very helpful too. It was ok for that one stay but I wouldnt stay again.

I had my reservations after reading reviews before arrival. I was however genuinely surprised and found that the reviews were a little over the top. We arrived at 1200pm and checked into a clean, spacious, and bright room with a modern and huge bathroom on an upper level. Although a little tired in areas I found the room to be much better than the reviews depicted. Staff were welcoming and helpful with requests were very polite. I would 100% return if I was definitely going to be in that same room as i have heard other rooms might be a little smaller. Location is 10/10

Do not stay here. Photos on the website is not the reality of this hotel. Booked a 2 night family Christmas break with our 4 month old baby. We had requested a travel cot but when we got to our room there was no cot and no room for a cot. This room was very small and dirty, surfaces had to be cleaned with our own anti bac wipes. The bathroom was very grubby. Then when we told the reception they took their time to organise the cot. We had to tell them there’s no room for a cot and we were then moved to a family room, even with the bigger room there was very little space for the cot. This room was even dirtier than the first room, surfaces again had to be cleaned, the carpets and the curtains were extremely dirty. Again the bathroom was very dirty and even had mould. When using the shower it flooded the small bathroom and didn’t drain for some time after finishing the shower. The shower curtain again was dirty and wasn’t much room with it constantly touching you. This made you not want to use the bathroom. At night there was a lot of noise in the hotel itself making it hard to get our baby settled, waking many times during the night which isn’t like her. They then didn’t even offer breakfast after paying £268 for the 2 nights. For the price it was not worth the money, wasn’t worth even half the price. Our family holiday was tainted due to our stay here. We tried to contact the hotel to see what they would say but they didn’t even acknowledge our email over a week later. The standard of this hotel is not good enough for the price that was paid.

I had a windowless room in the basement. Don't worry, because the broken shower temperature knob, dirty carpet, fresh breeze of unvented, vintage basement air all come complimentary. A true exercise for both the lungs and the spirit; I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemies, because they too deserve better.

Had a basement room which could barely get phone signal, and the WiFi was too slow to even stream video. Dated dirty feeling room, dust build up all around the edges of the carpets. Radiator didn't work but had a portable heater. Asked for double bed but got 2 singles

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at in the UK, and I travel a couple of nights a week for work. To say the room was dreadful is an understatement and in no way was it worth the £100 it cost me. Let's start with the good. The reception is warm and welcoming and the location of the hotel is perfect for Westminster and Victoria. Most of the staff were welcoming, particularly the overnight guys. Now the bad. The room was dirty and dusty and felt like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. When I walked in the room was freezing and felt damp, the windows were wide open and rain was coming in. Once I'd managed to force the windows closed (they were very stiff) I realised the only heat was a small, old plug-in oil radiator - it didn't do much to warm up the room. The room as a whole was small and on a slope, and the bed itself was also small - I'm less than 6 foot and my feet were hanging off the end. I'm also glad I wasn't sharing as it would have been a squeeze! The bathroom was shockingly small - it felt like the toilet was in the shower and the leak from the light in the ceiling which caused a pool of water on the floor wasn't ideal. There was no shelf to put anything and the fan was very, very noisy. It took a few minutes to get the shower working, with just a dibble for quite a while before it suddenly sprung into action. It was far too hot to stand under - you could see the steam fill the room instantly (thankfully the bathroom door doesn't close properly) and the gauge to change the temperature didn't work. I also had a very tight hug from the shower curtain - I just hope the uncomfortable heat killed off any germs from when it undoubtedly hugged the previous guest. I had to give up. I asked to borrow an iron, but unfortunately it didn't work - I didn't have time to ask for a replacement by this point. I left luggage at the hotel when I checked out and was pleased when I had to record my details. When I collected my luggage that night, I literally walked off the street, asked to collect and was given the choice of anything in the luggage room. No-one checked I had stayed there or was collecting the correct bag. I was just pleased mine was still there. I wouldn't leave anything there again. Overall, very disappointing and I wish I'd read other reviews before staying. Thankfully I didn't have to try the breakfast.

The rooms I was given do not look at all like what was posted online. The room is the size of a small bedroom & the shower is literally at water closet. Outside my window are rags hanging on a pipe with crusty paint, etc The view is pretty hideous. Unfortunately, I can't get a refund as I used a 3rd party site to book. This is not a 3 star hotel. I brought my mom & family members here. Super embarrassing.

My experience with the staff members was excellent. Although the rooms are small and could not fit in the luggage we had , we were allowed to keep the luggage in their storage room. The staff members Narmada and Aadil were extremely helpful and made our stay pleasant.

Great location near Victoria Station. Easy walk to all main attractions anywhere from 15 to 30mins. Transportation is easy to get around. Nothing fancy about the room. It is a bit small but it does the trick. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and tour this spot will be great.

Would avoid! Stopped here 2 nights on a business trip. Paid about £150 a night for a double room, but upon arrival, we were given a room for 4 people. It was extremely tired looking and could use a bit of TLC. Bathroom was literally in a cupboard. Couldn't wait to leave. Constant noise through the wall from the property next door. Staff were helpful and friendly apart from the man who checked us in.

Grossest hotel I have ever stayed in. I know you get what you pay for, but this was below even the lowest standards for budget accommodations. 1) THE MOLD: the bathroom was literally covered in mold and it felt so gross to shower in there 2) The smell: the rooms and especially bathroom had a horrible lingering stench that really bothered my aunt with a sensitive nose 3) The bathroom is literally a closet and the floor completely floods when you shower 4) The room looks nothing like the photos. I honestly don’t believe those photos were even taken at this Comfort Inn 5) The noise: you can hear EVERYTHING in this hotel. Anytime someone takes a step upstairs, our whole light fixture shakes and makes a loud noise. We were also right next to a common bathroom so we heard people coming in and out all night and slamming the door. 6) The carpets are stained and disgusting and honestly don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in years. We wore shoes the whole time we were in the room. I could go on and on, but bottom line is that it is 110% worth it to spend a little more to stay in a more reputable place. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Staff members very helpful and showed us everything around! Special thanks to the manager!! Very welcoming. We had everything we needed in the rooms. Worth the money for the location

Reading the reviews I was convinced that this hotel is a terrible place but the location and price tempted us to stay there. Actually, it wasn't so bad. Room small and bathroom even smaller, but clean and warm. On our request the room was adapted to a family with a small child. If someone wants to stay in a room of a reasonable standard but in a great location and price, I recommend it.

We decided to have a break in London after our cruise was postponed for the third time. We lined ourselves up some shows and wanted somewhere close to the theatres. However, our experience here has ruined our vist. Firstly the room we were given hadn't been cleaned and that was news to the chap on reception, so we were given another. Although there was clean sheers and towels the room is full of dust. The bathroom cleanliness is just acceptable but we have no cold water for the shower, so it's either scold yourself or go without! We have just come back from a show and my husband asked if they had managed to get anyone to fix our shower, the reply was a curt NO!!! We are disgusted by the staffs attitude and we certainly never use this company again. We should have gone to the good old dependable Premier Inn which we will definitely do for our next stay. Do yourself a favour...DONT STAY HERE!!!!
