Nasty staff at night, police were call and evidence collected, will be seeking compensation for emotional and property damage from the abuse and discrimination of the staff, refuse to do their job and told me to shut up and go away and called me names. Also will gang up make fun of you because they work together. Completely toxic negative vibration i hope noone need to go through like i do. You are warned.

Cannot identity this person who threatened my safety by name, so here is a video, if i see him again it is dangerous I had to put trespass notice on my door because he broke my door by force that never close properly now. Makes all kinds of racial slur towards me and calling me names, hearing this security guard swearing outside with loud profanity all night long and disturb peace and quietness of sleep. This person must be fired and reported and i need to be somewhere else safe. I will be taking action to seek emotional and physical damage comepnsation. I have uploaded more evidence to the threatening of my safety with police note.

The location of the hotel was brilliant, a couple of minutes walk from the tube station and really easy to find. The staff were helpful and friendly and check in was really easy. It was a bit of a maze to find our room but we found it okay with directions from the receptionist. Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were really comfortable, the only problem we had was the room smelt slightly damp. Breakfast was a basic continental but still nice enough. I would stay here again, it was quite good value for money
