I took my two friends from the states to afternoon here. We all found it very charming. Lovely presentation! Really enjoyed the coronation sandwich’s and the array of tea’s and sweet cakes. Sanyouita was incredibly helpful and a lovely host to us! Would recommend to anyone.

Been for the Mad Hatters Tea Party and every aspect was amazing...can't say a single bad word about it. The actual restaurant/hotel is stunning, the staff were friendly and professional and the atmosphere was cosy and relaxing. Variety of teas and other hot drinks to try, as well as lovely sandwiches, scones and cakes. Price very reasonable and the themed cutlery/crockery as well as flavoured tea 'potions' are available to purchase to take home separately as well. Will definitely come back here again.

Exotic hotel. Very modern vibes. SUPER friendly staffs. The interior design of the hotel was very bold and modern. It is much more lively than a typical five-star hotel. The room was very clean and modern, but somewhat homey and classy at the same time. Especially super good use of lights and colors was very impressive. 👏 There were welcome freshments and slippers even for the standard room. Four bottles of complimentary water was provided, two still and two sparkling.😎👍 (To be honest I was a bit stumped when I first saw the dark lifts with space screens and corridors with few lights, but after I've got used to it, I thought they were very cool and iconic.) Special thanks to all the staffs who have been so much helpful with warm smiles!!! They were so considerate and ALWAYS tried to do their best for me. THANK YOU❤ Unfortunately the room service was unavailable at the time. However, I bet the in-room dining will provide good foods later as the breakfast was great.

We have enjoyed an afternoon tea at the Sanderson and it was excellent. Our hostess was Rita and she looked after us with care. We came as a family of 6 and our dietary requirements were respected. The food was delicious and the presentation was really charming. We had a refill of sandwiches. We have really enjoyed our time.

I feel a bit bad about this rating as the service, food, and room were excellent during the first part of the week. The quiet bar was nice and decor is very intriguing. Room service was also superb. The first few nights really were great, and I was very happy with my stay. Thursday through Saturday they apparently have a DJ. Instead of maintaining the atmosphere from the rest of the week, they turn the bar right beneath the rooms into a dance club. If you're into that, this is the place for you. If you'd like a hotel where you can wind down after a long day and then go to sleep, look elsewhere. As I came in to settle down for my last night, the bass was booming through the room. The folks at the front desk said they'd help me find a solution and call me back. I'd been trying to get to sleep, but it's not like I was able to so I waited for a response. 20 minutes later I got a call from the night manager. I was offered some ear plugs, but my own were already insufficient as were my noise cancelling headphones. I come from the NYC area so I'm used to noise, but this was absurd. I was offered a room change a few minutes before the time I was told the DJ would leave, at which point it likely would have taken longer to move rooms than finish waiting it out. So because they had said it would end soon, at that point it seemed reasonable to stay. It did a bit quieter at the time they said it would stop, but it still continued on for a long time (between 30 minutes and an hour). If they had been up front about this I would have taken the room change, but for some reason they weren't.

If there is less than one star i will rated Very rude staff, poor attitude and very very bad service. I don't recommended at all. It doesn't deserve as 5 stars. The worst hotel

Multiple staff on front desk, only one dealing with customers. Poor customer focus by all staff. This is just view pre check in. Personally, it got worse.

The Sanderson is one of those hotels that makes you feel like everything is a *thing* and even the scents you smell are for sale in your room. There's well-dressed security who make coming to your home feel like you're getting the rope opened up for you at a nightclub. The sights, sounds and smells feel all high-end. The rooms are ultra-modern with glass bathroom "walls." The neighborhood is perfect and just blocks away from any bar or restaurant you might fancy. All-in-all a great experience.

Had the Mad Hatter’s afternoon tea here. It was so nice. Our waitress Wiem was very attentive and knew a lot about the menu especially the teas. Would definitely recommend a great experience!

Had the a Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea to celebrate my daughter's birthday, not only was it delicious and special, our hostess Melody was amazing! She is a credit to the Sanderson and clearly loves her job. She was attentive and made us feel special - thank you Melody!

Very nice place and vibes. Specially the decorations were amazing. They have an 8 ball 🎱 in a really nice room. The bar was good with a reseñable price, the bartenders were very friendly I really enjoyed the experience and they were a main reason.

Had a lovely experience at their afternoon tea! I’ve been to a few places in the states and this one blew me away. It was Alice in wonderland theme and the food and service was wonderful. Our server Sonyogita was friendly and attentive. They give you new cups for every tea and you can choose 5! We don’t get this in America. My favorite was the egg brioche roll and passion fruit tea. They have so many teas to choose from and give you so much variety in your tea tray. Definitely recommend!

A very interesting stay in a hotel designed and decorated in a very unique way. I must say that the eccentric style doesn't make the room very efficient, plugs only on one side of the bed and quite a small room. Position is very convenient as it is close to the heart of Soho.

First time back since COVID and happy to find that this exemplary hotel is unchanged and the staff remains tremendously friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are large, well appointed and comfortable. Location is perfect for access to anywhere in Central London. Love the hotel and the team there. Special thanks to Shivi at the Front Desk.

Disappointing hotel, it’s clean and spacious rooms, but besides that I would not recommend it. Extremely soft mattress, I had to sleep on the floor, when I called for an extra blanket it took ages to bring me one. No explanation of coffee menu so we had to take what flavour the capsules were. No free milk or milk sachets for coffee or tea in the room, curtain between the bathroom and room did not work, food choice at the restaurant is very limited and overpriced for what it is, I’ve had pasta (very good) and my friend had the salmon (dry and came with no sauce).

A real experience. The reception is large and inviting. There's a very instagramable chair next to reception. There's a billiard table through some curtains. The elevator is dark, but very cool (have a look at the video). The rooms are lovely, very luxurious and big. The beds are very comfortable. A great shower and bath tub too.

Stayed one night at the Sanderson hotel and had a pleasant experience. The decor around the hotel is funky and their bar serves good drinks and food. Our room was very spacious and clean. There was some functionality issues that were bit uncomfortable (e.g. bed in the middle of the room, transparent curtains in the bathroom). However, I would stay again.

First time staying in Sanderson. Staff was consistently friendly and helpful, from before the stay in email correspondences and all through the stay. The decor in the public areas and the room (Standard room) was modern, sleek and strikingly different from "usual" hotel rooms. For breakfast, the cold food was buffet style, while the hot main dish was served out from the kitchen, plated nicely. Nice different touch here, as most hotels would just put everything out buffet style. Looking forward to coming back here when I next visit London.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed. 5 star hotel ,has nice rooms some of them with terrace but no roof on the terrace ,decent staff. Has a gym ,a bar and a restaurant Which are interestingly decorated. They have a pool table and in the same room some really cool chairs with real animal horns.

Prior to my arrival I sent an email to the hotel to ask about transportation options from Luton airport to the hotel. While I was offered to have a taxi arranged for me, I'd appreciate a more honest reply that would mention the thameslink or coach options which are at least £100 cheaper. The location is excellent for waking around soho and neighboring areas and very close to several underground stations.

Amazing hotel will definitely visit again. Penthouse was clean and tidy. Staff were great. Only downside is the city never sleeps so a lot of outside noise which was hard to block out.

Minus one star for Internet connection. There are 3 different WiFi but neither worked, at least not for a long time. Room is nice, there were 2 bottles of water and some sweets waiting for us. 2 bathrobes, hair dryer, 2 sets of shampoo & conditioner, 2 pairs of slippers, even an umbrella that you can purchase for 15£. Food was fine, bar is open until 10 or 11 pm. Plus and this hotel's biggest asset is staff. Very friendly and helpful. Minus: price. For a room, food, drinks.
